Description
Die Neuerung betrifft eine Reinigungstextilie, bestehend aus einem Grundgewebe und damit verbundenen Borsten.The innovation concerns a cleaning textile consisting of a base fabric and bristles connected to it.

Vielzahl von Einzelfasern (sogenannten Kapillaren) besteht. Grundsätzlich kann jede Kunststoffaser verwendet werden. Besonders geeignet ist monofiles Polyethylen (PE) oder PVDC oder Polyester (PES). Bei Kunststoff ist das Wasserspeicherungsvermögen zwar nicht so groß wie bei Baumwolle oder anderen Materialien, ein Wasserspeicherungsvermögen ist aber bei einem Spültuch nicht erforderlich. Die vollständige Ausführung des Spültuchs aus Kunststoff hat den Vorteil, daß das Wasser vollständig aus dem Spültuch wieder verschwindet, so daß sich keine Bakterien bilden können. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, alle Fasern aus Polyethylen zu fertigen. Die Stärke beträgt vorzugsweise 1.360 dtex. Dadurch, daß die einzelnen Kapillaren sehr eng beieinanderstehen, wird ein sehr guter Reinigungseffekt erzielt. Hierfür ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die einzelnen Kapillaren einen verhältnismäßig großen Durchmesser aufweisen. Die Reinigungswirkung ist dann besonders gut. Der Schmutz wird also besonders gut von der zu reinigenden Oberfläche entfernt. Er bleibt allerdings kaum in den Borsten, da die Kapillaren nicht auffächern, sondern sehr eng beieinanderstehen, so daß sie zwischen sich den Schmutz kaum festhalten können.In the embodiment shown in Fig. 5, the ends of the individual capillaries of the filament yarn are close together. Die Reinigungstextilie nach Fig. 6 ist demnach dann besonders gut geeignet, wenn die Verschmutzung und Verkrustung nicht besonders stark sind und wenn der abgelöste Schmutz gut festgehalten werden soll. Für den stabilen Stand der Borste auch während des Putzvorgangs (um die abrasive Wirkung zu erhalten) hat sich eine Florhöhe von etwa 2 mm als besonders vorteilhaft bewährt. Besonders gut geeignet sind ferner auch sogenannte minifile Filamentgarne (minifiles Filamentgarn besteht aus drei bis fünf Einzelfilamenten). Die einzelnen Filamente des Polgarns weisen vorzugsweise einen Stärke von etwa 30 dtex auf, um genügend Stabilität zu haben.
