Die Erfindung ist dem Wassersport - speziell dem Kanu-Wildwasserfahren - zuzuordnen und stellt eine Vorrichtung zur Eigen- oder Fremdrettung in Not befindlicher Personen dar. Allein von 1992-1994 registrierte der Deutsche Kanu-Verein (DKV) in Deutschland 49 Todesfälle. Ein Drittel der Unfälle ereignete sich im Wasserrücklauf von künstlichen Wehren in Flüssen, ein Fünftel im Wildwasser. Menschenleben hätten gerettet werden können und würden in Zukunft geschützt, wenn z.B. einem Kanuten nach Verlassen seines Bootes eine Möglichkeit geboten würde, eine Verbindung zum Ufer oder ggf. zu Helfern zu schaffen. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die sehr vorteilhafte Vorrichtung an einem Lukenverschluß (z.B. in Form einer sogenannten Spritzdecke) zwischen Mensch und Luke zur integriertenThe invention is related to water sports - specifically whitewater canoeing - and is a device for rescuing people in distress, either by yourself or others. Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 stellen zur Visualisierung des Standes der Technik einen im Boot befindlichen Fahrer 30 dar (Boot nur als Umriß angedeutet, Sitzschale, Fußstütze und Spritzdecke 20 sind nicht dargestellt), der eine Schwimmweste 31 am Oberkörper trägt. Haftverschlußband oder Druckknöpfe). Zum Erreichen des Wurfsackes ist noch das Öffnen der Spritzdecke 20 notwendig (durch Anziehen der Beine und Hochdrücken des Tellers 21 bzw. Gummizuges 23 vom Süllrand 11 mit den Oberschenkeln oder durch Abziehen der Öffnungslasche 22), doch muß der Fahrer dazu nicht aus dem Boot steigen wie unter Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 notwendig. Fig. 9 und Fig. 10 zeigen eine Ausführung der Erfindung derart, daß ein Wurfsack 40 durch ein elastisches Element, hier ein breites, am Teller 21 befestigtes Band 53 (Halfter) aus Elastomermaterial, dessen Umfang den des Wurfsackes um ein definiertes Maß unterschreitet (um die geforderte Haltekraft zu erzeugen). Dazu wird in den Teller 21 der Spritzdecke eine Tasche 51 integriert, deren Volumen und Abmessungen mindestens denen eines verwendeten Wurfsack entsprechen und deren Inhalt durch eine Öffnung 52 (hier ein Schlitz im Teller 21) mit einem Griff entnommen werden kann (illustriert durch stilisierte Hand des Fahrers 30).
