Parasol holder

The present innovation concerns a parasol holder, in particular for holding parasols in unpaved terrain.

It is well known that a parasol can be held by a heavy base into which the shaft of the parasol can be inserted. Such bases consist, for example, of a concrete block or of hollow bodies that can be filled with water or sand. Such holders are heavy and unwieldy, so they are mainly used in stationary applications, e.g. on the terrace or balcony. Mobile use, e.g. on the beach or when camping, is difficult due to the size and weight of such holders.

The aim of the innovation is therefore to propose a parasol holder that is particularly intended for mobile use and can be used on unpaved terrain, and is therefore handy and lightweight.

This object is achieved by the features mentioned in claim 1.

The innovation ensures that the parasol can be held securely in unpaved terrain by

the parasol holder can be easily anchored firmly in the ground.

Another advantage is the small size and low weight of the umbrella holder, which allows you to take the umbrella holder anywhere without any effort.

Because the holder is essentially only two-dimensional, it can be stowed away in a space-saving manner and, for example, laid flat on the floor of the trunk of a car without causing any disruption.

The umbrella holder should preferably be long enough to ensure it stays securely in the ground. For use on the beach, e.g. in the sand, the umbrella holder can be made a little longer so that it works perfectly there too.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention emerge from subclaims 2 to 4.

The innovation is explained in more detail below using drawings that merely show one way of carrying out the invention. The drawings and their descriptions reveal further features and advantages of the innovation that are essential to the invention.

The subject matter of the present innovation arises not only from the subject matter of the individual protection claims, but also from the combination of the individual protection claims with one another.

As Figures 1 to 3 show, the umbrella holder 1 preferably consists of a metal rod bent at a right angle or a metal tube bent at a right angle. The preferred metal is galvanized steel or stainless steel.

The umbrella holder 1 has an approximately L-shape with a longer leg 2 and a shorter leg 3. The longer leg 2 has a tip 4 at its lower end.

A bracket 5, preferably a screw clamp, is arranged in the upper area of the longer leg 2. This is screwed, riveted or simply welded onto the leg 2.

By means of the bracket 5, the shaft 8 of the parasol is firmly connected to the parasol holder 1, as shown in the figure

1 shows. In this embodiment, the holder 5 consists of a screw clamp which has wing screws 5 and lock nuts 7 so that the shaft 8 of the parasol can be secured in the holder 5.

If the parasol is firmly connected to the parasol holder 1, the entire arrangement is held on the ground with the pointed end 4, so that the parasol holder 1 can be easily pressed into the ground with the foot by pressing on the leg 3. The parasol is thus firmly in the ground.
