Abstract
Description
Verfahren zum nachträglichen Einrichten einer Wärme- Procedure for the subsequent installation of a thermal
Auch kann durch eine undichte Dachhaut Wasser eindringen. insulation on a sloping roof and thermal insulation device for such Roofs addendum to patent ... (patent application P 29 02 587.4) The main application relates refer to a method for the subsequent installation of thermal insulation in a inclined roof, - with rafters, possibly roof battens, Roof skin and Attic cladding, with a thermal insulation material in insulating spaces between adjacent ones Rafters, roof cladding and attic lining is introduced. In the main registration is claimed that in the insulating spaces between adjacent rafters, roof cladding and attic lining first a refillable hose made of rubber sheet or Plastic film is introduced, which is associated with its in the filled state Isolierraum completely fills, and that in the hose the thermal insulation material under pressure is filled in such a way that the filled hose on the rafters, if necessary on the roof battens, the roof skin and the attic lining fits tightly. Can be used as thermal insulation the most varied of substances, such as expanded, granular perlite, expanded, granular Vermiculite, but also foam plastic, into which hoses are inserted. - If you work according to the teaching of the main application, the refillable hoses are laid down when filling in the thermal insulation material against neighboring rafters, if applicable to existing ones Roof battens, on the roof skin and on the attic lining are easily sufficient tight when the thermal insulation material is filled into the hoses with a suitable pressure will. This filling creates between the named components and the outer wall of the hose a facility and also a sufficient seal in the sense of a Labyrinth seal, so that water vapor is no longer up to the roof cladding to a disruptive extent can diffuse and condense there. As with the usual pitched roofs in the general in the field of Ridges or in the area of a pointed floor the aforementioned insulation spaces between the rafters, roof cladding and attic lining are freely accessible, the hoses can be inserted and without difficulty these are then filled with the thermal insulation material. All of this has to do with it proven, but with this procedure a ventilation space under the roof cladding can be used cannot be realized. However, such a ventilation space is often desired and is also useful in the context of the measures of the main application, because steam is still diffuse through the rafters or leaky areas like Penetrate cracks or gaps in the rafters and condense on the roof cladding can. Water can also penetrate through a leaky roof cladding.
The invention is based on the object of the method according to the main application to lead in such a way that a ventilation space remains free under the roof cladding. The invention is also based on the task of finding a suitable for the modified method Specify device.
The invention relates to (abstracting from the main application and subsequently to the inventive idea of the main application) a method for subsequent setup a thermal insulation with a sloping roof, - with rafters, possibly roof battens, Roof cladding and attic lining, with a thermal insulation material in spaces between adjacent ones Rafters, roof cladding and attic lining is introduced and after that Main patent in the spaces between adjacent rafters, roof cladding and attic cladding First, a refillable tube made of rubber or plastic sheeting was introduced that im padded State an assigned isolation room fills out. To solve the above problem, the invention teaches that the hose completely fills the space between the rafters when filled, but a ventilation space to the roof skin and possibly to the roof battens so free and that the thermal insulation material is filled into the hose under pressure in such a way that that the hose is only tight against the rafters and on the attic lining rests. Also within the scope of the invention, with expanded, granular perlite or expanded, granular vermiculite can be used as thermal insulation material.
But it is also possible to work with foam plastic, be it by foaming the entire hose, be it by introducing granular ones Foam particles. The hoses are also regularly used within the scope of the invention after the thermal insulation material has been filled in, the filling side is closed.
If you work according to the teaching of the invention, the fillable ones are laid down Hoses against neighboring rafters when filling the thermal insulation material, also they lie about the influence of gravity on the attic lining, it however, the ventilation space described remains. By attaching to the rafters There is still a sufficient seal in the sense of a labyrinth seal. But it cannot even create a disturbing steam atmosphere from something that has somehow penetrated it Water or water vapor form because of the ventilation that is in the Sets ventilation rooms by itself, is discharged. Indeed the ventilation rooms are without further ado regularly to the so-called pointed floor even The ventilation is sufficiently open towards the edge of the roof for such ventilation itself basically takes place under the influence of thermal driving forces and / or Extraction by wind flowing past the openings, although in exceptional cases too additional fans can be arranged. As in the context of the main patent the hoses in the area of a pointed floor can be used in the rooms described without more can be freely introduced because these rooms are accessible from the loft are. The filling of the thermal insulation material does not cause any difficulties, as with the usual auxiliary equipment for the production or for the conveying of foam plastic or with the usual conveying devices for expanded, granular perlite, expanded, granular vermiculite or expanded, granular foam plastic worked can be. The thermal insulation devices themselves are simple and, like those of the Main patent can be built up from rubber foil or plastic foil. You define even the rooms that function as isolation rooms.
The invention also provides a thermal insulation device for inclined Roofs, which consists of a hose made of rubber or plastic sheeting, which is placed in the inflated state an associated insulating space between adjacent rafters and the loft lining in the sloping roof fills, with a hose in Thermal insulation material can be filled in. The thermal insulation devices according to the invention are characterized in that the hose in the longitudinal direction by one or through divided several spacers and thereby to a non-circular, im substantial rectangular or oval cross-section can be filled. the Spacing devices are therefore subject to tension when the hose is filled with the thermal insulation material and prevent the hose from extending into the areas when filling which should function as ventilation spaces according to the teaching of the invention. Included the spacer devices can be designed as longitudinal walls with openings be. This is advantageous because the hose is still on simple Way filled with the thermal insulation material through a filling opening on one side which also passes through the openings and consequently the interior the hoses are completely filled. The spacing devices can also be simple Be retaining straps. One is distinguished by its simplicity and functional reliability Embodiment which is characterized in that the hose consists of a base hose exists, which in the filled state has a diameter that is approximately the thickness corresponds to the isolation room, and that on the base hose on the one hand or each other diametrically opposite, supplementary foils are placed on both sides in a U-shape, wherein the wall areas of the base tube, which are from the supplementary film or from the supplementary foils are covered, are provided with the breakthroughs. As part of The invention is to have several basic tubes next to one another in the manner described to be arranged, with simple covering film webs then between two adjacent base tubes are arranged as supplementary film webs. By appropriately dimensioning the Spacers can be easily achieved that the filled hoses Form one or more channels running in the longitudinal direction of the hose on their backs, the serve to drain any water that may have penetrated or condensed.
In the following the invention is based on only one embodiment Illustrative drawing explained in more detail. It shows in a schematic representation: Fig. 1 is a vertical section through a sloping roof with insulating space, which is subsequently is to be equipped with thermal insulation, Fig. 2 shows the object of Fig. 1 with a refillable hose introduced into the isolation room, FIG. 3 the object according to Fig. 2 after filling the thermal insulation material into the hose and Fig. 4 in opposite 1, on a much enlarged scale, shows a section in the direction A-A through the Item according to FIG. 3.
In the figures, you can initially see sections of a sloping one Roof with rafters 1, battens 2, roof skin 3 and loft cladding 4.
Between the rafters 1, the roof skin 3 and the attic lining 4 there are free spaces which are provided with the reference symbol R as a whole. In thermal insulation is to be implemented in these free spaces R. -In Fig. 1 is such a space R shown cut and still completely free.
In Fig. 2 is in this space R between its adjacent rafters 1 and the attic lining 4 a refillable hose 5 made of rubber film or Plastic film introduced. The arrangement is made so that the hose 5 in filled state, although the space between the rafters 1 completely fills, above itself, however, a ventilation space Rv to the roof skin 3 and possibly leaves free to the roof battens. The mentioned space R is thus divided into one Isolation room R. and into a ventilation room Rv The thermal insulation material 6 is in the hose 5 is filled under pressure so that the hose 5 is only partially rests tightly against the rafters 1 and the attic lining 4, - This results everything in particular from a comparative consideration of FIGS. 2, 3 and 4th
In FIG. 3, the thermal insulation material is in the hose 5 via a conveying line 7 6 has been filled under pressure. From Fig. 4 it can be seen that due to the dense Plant of the hose 5 on the rafters 1 to the extent that a labyrinth seal is realized is. A water vapor diffusion in the labyrinth gap is practically impossible.
The thermal insulation material 6 may be expanded, granular Perlite Act. It is promoted via the already mentioned delivery line 7, which is connected to a corresponding, not shown conveyor is connected. over waste Air can of course escape during the filling process. Make the figures at first immediately clear that there are no difficulties with an inclined Roof in the manner described first in the space R the fillable hoses 5 to introduce and then to fill the hoses 5, in which case they only have the Fill in the isolation room R., but leave the ventilation area Rv free. In the exemplary embodiment the hoses 5 were pushed through the openings 8 into the rooms R, the ones in the loft area 9 between the roof skin 3 and the attic lining 4 are exposed anyway. Should be a such opening 8 are not exposed, they can be easily produced.
In particular from FIG. 4 one can see how the thermal insulation device is constructed in detail. It consists of a hose 5 made of rubber sheet or Plastic film, which in the filled state the insulating space Ri between neighboring Fills rafters 1 and attic lining 4 in the sloping roof, one takes however, from Fig. 4 that the tube 5 in the longitudinal direction by a longitudinal one Spacing device 10 divided and thereby to a substantially non-circular, almost rectangular cross-section is filled. The spacer device 10 forms a longitudinal wall in the interior of the hose 5, it has openings 11. In the exemplary embodiment and according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the arrangement to taken so that the tube 5 consists of a base tube that is filled in State has a diameter that is approximately the same as the ceiling of the isolation room R.
entspricht. In the exemplary embodiment, the base tube 5 is on one side a supplementary film 12 placed in a U-shape, z. B. welded on. The wall areas 13 of the base tube 5, which are covered by the supplementary film 12, are with provided the aforementioned openings 11 and the arrangement is on the whole like that met that when filling the tube 5 with the thermal insulation material 6 the 4 recognizable water drainage channel 14 forms in which water can run off.Es this may in particular be water, which is caused by a leaky roof membrane 3 has penetrated. To this extent, the thermal insulation device fulfills within the scope of the invention an additional function for draining off such water.
