Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Federsätzen und Anschlüssen für die Erregerwicklung mit im Gehäuse fixierbaren Anschlüssen, die an den inneren Enden Schalt- und Kontaktfedern bzw. Die Erfindung hat eine weitere Ausbildung des Gegenstandes des Hauptpatentes, dadurch zum Inhalt, dass die Anschlüsse gemeinsam gleichzeitig unter Belassung von Verbindungsstegen aus einem ebenen Metallstreifen ausgeschnitten, nachfolgend mit Festkontakten und einer Schaltfeder mit Schaltkontakten verschweißt, sodann von weiteren Verbindungsstegen befreit und an den die Festkontakte und der Schaltfeder zugewandten Enden abgewinkelt sowie weitere Verbindungsstege weggeschnitten werden und danach als einstückiger Schnittformteil in das Gehäuse des Relais eingesetzt und durch Freischneiden von den restlichen Verbindungsstegen unabhängig werden. Nach Verschweißen einer Schaltfeder 6´ auf den Anschluss 6 und der Festkontakte 23, 23´ auf die Anschlüsse 7 und 8 werden die Anschlüsse 6, 7, 8, 9 von den Verbindungsstegen 1´, 2´, 3´, 4´ befreit und die Anschlüsse 6, 7, 8 um die Biegelinien 39, 40, 41 abgewinkelt sowie die Verbindungsstege 1´´, 2´´, 3´´, 4´´, 5´´ weggeschnitten.
