Abstract

The spring sets and terminals are intended for the field coil of a compact miniature relay, whose terminals can be secured in its housing. The terminal inner ends are fitted with switching and contact springs, or extensions for securing the lead wires of the field coil, as in 2830074. The terminals (6-9) are stamped from a flat metal strip. The stamping process leads connecting straps between the stamped terminals. Then stationary contacts (23, 23') are welded to the contact springs, while a switching spring (6') is provided with welded switching contacts (24). Then the connecting straps are severed and the ends with the contacts are angularly bent. Then the assembly is inserted as a unit into the relay housing.
