  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein durch den Oberbegriff des An-
  • spruchs 1 charakterisiertes Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerät.
  • Bei den bekannten Hochfrequenzchirurgiegeräten dieser Art befindet sich die Behandlungselektrode an dem Ende eines zweiadrigen Kabels, dessen eine Ader den aktiven Leiter und dessen zweite Ader den Hilfsleiter bildet. In dem Handgriff der Behandlungselektrode ist ein in unbetätigtem Zustand offener Tastschalter vorgesehen,#der bei Betätigung die beiden Adern miteinander verbindet. Im HF-Generator ist die eine Ader über eine Drossel und ein Relais mit dem einen Ausgang einer Gleichstaxiuelle verbunden, deren anderer Ausgang ebenfalls tilger eine Drossel mit der zweiten Ader des Kabels verbunden ist. Das Relais ist zum Schalten des Generators vorgesehen. Wenn bei diesem bekannten Gerät der HF-Generator eingeschaltet werden soll, wird der Tastschalter im Handgriff der aktiven Elektrode gedrückt so daß dadurch der Stromkreis des Gleichstromgenerators geschlossen, das Relais betätigt und dadurch der HF-Generator eingeschaltet wird.
  • Dieses bekannte Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerät hat den Nachteil, daß eine Schadstelle der Kabelisolation zu schweren Verbrennungen sowohl des Chirurgen als auch des Patienten führen kann. Aus diesem Grunde besteht eine zwingende Vorschrift des VDE, daß die Hersteller von Elektrochirurgiegeräten in den Begleitpapieren auf diese Gefahr hinzuweisen haben. Damit das den HF-Generator mit der Behandlungselektrode verbindende zweiadrige Kabel möglichst biegsam und leicht und bei einer Operation möglichst wenig hinderlich ist, kann kein abgeschirmtes zweiadriges Kabel verwendet werden, weil dieses sonst zu steif und schwer wäre.
  • Dies hat jedoch den Nachteil, daß der aktive Leiter des in der Regel etwa 4 m langen Kabels als Antenne für Hochfreauenzschwingungen wirkt, durch die telemetrische Uberwachungseinrichtungen im Operationssaal sowie EKG- und EEG-Einrichtungen erheblich gestört werden.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, ein Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerät zu schaffen, das bei Bedarf so ausgestaltet werden kann, daß der aktive Leiter im Kabel keine störende Antennenwirkung hat und bei Schadstellen der Kabelisolation keine Verbrennungen befürchtet werden müssen.
  • Diese Aufgabe ist durch die im Anspruch 1 genannten Merkmale gelöst.
  • Dadurch, daß dem Fühler eine Steuerschaltung des HF-Generators zugeordnet ist, die den HF-Generator aus- oder seine Ausgangsspannung höchstens auf eine kleine Restspannung schaltet, wenn der Fühler im Hilfsstromkreis anzeigt, daß der Schalter geschlossen ist, wird die Möglichkeit geschaffen, einen in seinem betätigten Zustand geschlossenen und somit in seinem unbetätigten Zustand offenen Schalter vorzusehen.
  • Dadurch, daß der Schalter in seinem betätigten Zustand offen ist, ergibt sich die sehr vorteilhafte Möglichkeit, zum Verbinden des HF-Generators mit der Behandlungselektrode ein Koaxialkabel zu vervzenden, dessen Innenleiter den aktiven Leiter und dessen schlauchförmiger Außenleiter den Hilfsleiter bildet, so daß der Hilfsleiter während der Operation stromlos ist und den aktiven Leiter abschirmt. Dadurch, daß der Hilfsleiter mit der Körperelektrode galvanisch oder mindestens über einen Wechselstromwiderstand verbunden ist, dessen Widerstandswert klein ist gegenüber dem Widerstandswert des Patienten, wird erreicht, daß der Hilfsleiter und somit gegebenenfalls die Abschirmung des Koaxialkabels mindestens hinsichtlich der HF-Spannung die gleiche Spannung hat wie die Körperelektrode, so daß bei der Berührung des Kabels mit dem Patienten überhaupt keine Gefahr einer Verbrennung od.dgl. besteht. Der als Abschirmung dienende Hilfsleiter bildet hierbei gleichzeitig auch einen mechanischen Schutz des Kabels. Da die neutrale Körperelektrode immer mit dem neutralen Ausgang des Generators verbunden und dieser in der Regel geerdet ist, sind dann auch der die Abschirmung des Kabels bildende Hilfsleiter und die Körpereleketrode geerdet, was die Sicherheit noch weiter erhöht. Diese Sicherheit ist auch gegeben, wenn die Isolation des Kabels schadhaft werden sollte. Außerdem wird bei Verwendung eines Koaxialkabels der aktive Leiter durch die die Abschirmung umgebende Außenisolation, die als Hilfsleitqr dienende Abschirmung und die diese von der aktiven Leitung trennende Innenisolation, also dreifach, geschützt.
  • Bei den bekannten Hochfreguenzchirurgiegeräten ist das Kabel durch ein lösbares Verbindungsglied, nämlich eine Steckverbindung, mit dem HF-Generator verbunden. Durch dieses lösbare Verbindungsglied werden der aktive Leiter und der Hilfsleiter in einen generatorseitigen und einen elektrodenseitigen Teil getrennt. Durch die Ausbildung nach Anspruch 4 wird erreicht, daß beim Lösen des lösbaren Verbindungsgliedes, nämlich der Steckverbindung zwischen Kabel und Gerät, die Ausgangsspannung des Generators automatisch höchstens auf eine kleine Restspannung geschaltet wird.
  • Die Erfindung ist in der folgenden Beschreibung an Hand von Ubersichtsschaltplänen im einzelnen erläutert.
  • Es zeigen: Fig. 1 einen Ubersichtsschaltplan eines bekannten Hochfreqqenzchirurgiegerätes; Fig. la einen Schnitt des zweiadrigen Kabels des Gerätes nach Fig. 1; Fig. 2 bis 5 teilweise als Blockschaltbilder dargestellte Ubersichtsschaltpläne von vier Ausführungsbeispielen des Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerätes gemaß der Erfindung; Fig. 2a einen Schnitt des Koaxialkabels der Geräte nach Fig. 2 bis 5.
  • Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Ubersichtsschaltplan zeigt tung eines bekannten Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerätes, dessen HF-Generator/ Gehäuse a angeordnet ist, das eine Steckdose b für einen Kabelstecker c aufweist, der an dem einen Ende eines zweiadrigen Kabels d angeordnet ist, dessen eine Ader e mit der Behandlungselektrode f des Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerätes verbunden ist.
  • Die zweite Ader g des Kabels d ist durch einen Tastschalter h mit der Ader e verbindbar. Dieser Tastschalter ist in einem Handgriff i angeordnet, an dem die Biandlungselektrode f befestigt ist. Beim Zusammenstecken der durch Steckdose b und Kabelstecker c geb deten Steckverbindung wird die mit der Bchandlungselektrode f verbundene aktive Ader e mit einem aktiven Leiter e' im Gehäuse a und die zweite Hilfsader g des Kabels d mit einem Hilfsleiter g' im Gehäuse verbunden. Der Hilfsleiter e' ist über eine Drossel L1 und ein Relais R mit dem einem Ausgang einer Gleichstrom quelle G verbunden, deren anderer Ausgang über eine Drossel L2 mit dem Hilfsleiter g' verbunden ist. Außerdem ist der aktive Leiter e' über einen Kondensator k mit dem einen Ausgang des HF-Generators HF-G verbunden, dessen anderer Ausgang an Masse liegt und mit einer Körperelektrode m verbunden ist, die großflächig an einen Körperteil des Patienten n anlegbar ist.
  • Sobald der Tastschalter h gedrückt und dadurch die aktive Ader e mit der Hilfsader g verbunden wird, wird der Stromkreis der Gleichstromquelle geschlossen und dadurch das Relais R erregt, das den HF-Generator HF-G einschaltet. In diesem eingeschalteten Zustand führen beide Adern e und g des Kabels d die Hochfrequenzspannung, so daß eine Verletzung der Isolation des Kabels sehr leicht zu Verbrennungsschäden führen kann. Auch bildet das Kabel d eine Antenne für Hochfrequenzspannungen, wodurch telemetrische Uberwachungseinrichtungen im Operationssaal sowie EKG-und EEG-Einrichtungen erheblich gestört werden.
  • Von diesem Stand der Technik unterscheidet sich das im Blockschaltbild nach Fig. 2 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dadurch, daß hier die in einem Gehäuse 10 angeordneten Einrichtungen des Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerätes durch eine Steckverbindung 11 mit einem Koaxialkabel 12 verbindbar sind, an dessen freiem Ende ein Handgriff 13 vorgesehen ist, der die Behandlungselektrode 14 trägt und mit einem Tastschalter 15 versehen ist, der in unbetätigtem Zustand den Innenleiter mit dem Außenleiter verbindet, wobei der Innenleiter hier den mit derBEhandlungselektrode 14 verbundenen aktiven Leiter 16 bildet und der schlauch-Ermige Außenleiter als Hilfsleiter 17 dient und eine Abschirmung des aktiven Leiters 16 bildet. Die Innen- und Außenisolationen des Koaxialkabels 12 sind mit 20a bzw. 20b bezeichnet.
  • Im Gehäuse 10 ist ein durch die Steckverbindung 11 mit dem aktiven Leiter 16 verbindbarer aktiver Leiter 16' über einen Kondensator 18 mit dem einen Ausgang eines HF-Generators 19 verbunden, dessen zweiter# Ausgang an Masse liegt und mit einem Hilfsleiter 17' verbun#en ist, der durch die Steckverbindung 11 mit dem lIilfsleiter 17 des lxabels 12 verbindbar ist. Sowohl für den aktiven Leiter 16' als auch für den Hilfsleiter 17' sind im Gehäuse 10 Stromfühler 21 bzw. 22 vorgesehen. Die Ausgänge dieser Stromfühler 21 und 22 sind mit den beiden Eingangen einer Verknüpfungsschaltung 23 verbunden, deren Ausgang mit einem Regeleingang des HF-Generators 19 verbunden ist. Das Verknüpfungsglied 23 ist hierbei als exklusive Oder-Schaltung geschaltet, das die folgende Funktionstabelle hat:

    wo E1 und E2 die beiden Eingänge und A den Ausgang dieser Verknüpfungsschaltung 23 bezeichnen.
  • Der zweite an Masse liegende Ausgang des HF-Generators 19 ist weiterhin mit einer Körperelektrode 24 verbunden, die,an ein Körperteil des Patienten 25 großflächig anlegbar ist.
  • Solange der Tastschalter 15 nicht betritigt ist, wird der HF-Generator 19 durch den Tastschalter kurzgeschlossen, so daß beide Fühler 21 und 22 Strom anzeigen, was dazu führt, daß an den beiden Eingängen der Verknüpfungsschaltung Signale auftreten, die .ein Null-Signal am Ausgang dieser Schaltung bewirken, wodurch die Ausgangsspannung des HF-Generators 19 auf eine kleine Restspannung geschaltet wird. Außerdem liegt durch diese Schaltung der die Abschirmung bildende Hilfsleiter 17 des Kabels durch seine Verbindung mit dem an Masse liegenden Ausgang des HF-Generators an Masse und ist gleichzeitig mit der Nörperelektrode 24 verbunden, so daß kein Schaden verursacht werden kann.
  • Sobald der Tastschalter 15 betätigt wird, wird die Verbindung zwischen dem aktiven Leiter 16 und dem Hilfsleiter 17 unterbrochen. Wenn nun die Eehandlungselektrode 14 den Körper des Patienten berührt, fließt ein HF-Strom durch den aktiven Leiter 16, 16', während der Hilfsleiter 17, 17' stromlos bleibt. Der Fühler 21 verursacht also ein Signal an dem einen Eingang der Verknüpfungsschaltung 23, während am zweiten mit dem Ausgang des Fühlers 22 verbundenen Eingang der Verknüpfungsschaltung 23 kein Signal vorhanden ist. Dadurch wird am Ausgang der Verknüpfungsschaltung 23 ein Signal erzeugt, das den HF-Generator 19 einschaltet. Da der aktive Leiter 16 durch den schlauchförmigen Hilfsleiter 17 in seiner ganzen Länge abgeschirmt ist, wird vom Kabel keine HF-Spannung abgestrahlt, so daß die oben geschilderten Störungen anderer im Operations saal befindlicher elektronischer Geräte vermieden werden. Auch ist der aktive Leiter 16 des Kabels 12 nicht nur durch die Isolation, sondern auch durch den immer an Masse liegenden Hilfsleiter 17 geschützt, so daß selbst bei einer Beschädigung der Isolation nicht mit Verbrennungen des Chirurgen oder des Patienten gerechnet werden muß.
  • Wird die Steckverbindung 11 gelöst, dann zeigen beide Fühler 21 und 22 keinen Strom an, was am Ausgang der Verknüpfungsschaltung kein Signal ergibt, wodurch die Ausgangsspannung des HF-Generators 19 auf eine kleine Restspannung geschaltet wird.
  • Bei einem abgewandelten Ausführungsbeispiel kann der in Fig. 2 dargestellte Fühler 21 auch weggelassen werden, so daß dann der Ausgang des Fühlers 22 unmittelbar oder über einen Verstärker od.dgl. mit dem Regeleingang des HF-Generators so verbunden werden kann, daß immer dann, wenn der Fühler 22 einen Strom im Hilfsleiter 17' anzeigt, die Ausgangsspannung des Generators 19 auf eine kleine Restspannung heruntergeschaltet wird. In diesem Fall muß allerdings in Kauf genommen werden, daß beim Lösen der Steckverbindung der Generator 19 mit voller Ausgangsspannung arbeitet. Dies ist aber lediglich ein geringfügiger, in vielen Fällen in Kauf zu nehmender Nachteil insbesondere da bei gelöster Steckverbindung 11 das ganze Gerät abgeschalte# werden kann.
  • Der in Fig. 3 dargestellte Ubersichtsschaltplan zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel, bei dem alle Teile, die in ihrer Funktion im wesentlichen mit den Teilen des Ausführungsbeispiels nach Fig. 2 übereinstimmen, mit gleichen Bezugszahlen bezeichnet sind, so daß durch diesen Hinweis auf die vorhergehende Beschreibung Bezug genommen wird.
  • Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 3 sind als Fühler 21 und 22 Induktionswicklungen 26 und 27 vorgesehen. Jede der beiden Induktionswicklungen 26 und 27 ist mit den Eingängen je eines Operationsverstärkers 28 bzw. 29 verbunden, deren Ausgänge wieder über Gleichrichter 31 bzw. 32 mit den beiden Eingängen eines Und-Gatters 33 verbunden sind, wobei der mit dem Gleichrichter 32 verbundene Eingang mit einer Nein-Schaltung versehen ist, z.B.
  • dadurch, daß der Ausgang des Gleichrichters 32 über einen Inverter 34 mit dem Eingang des Und-Gatters 33 verbunden ist. Der Ausgang dieses Und-Gatters 33 ist mit dem Regeleingang des Generators 19 verbunden.
  • Die Wirkungsweise des Ausführungsbeispiels nach Fig. 3 ist im wesentlichen die gleiche wie die Wirkungsweise des Ausführungsbeispiels nach Fig. 2. Ist das Kabel 12 durch die Steckverbindung 11 mit den im Gehäuse 10 befindlichen Einrichtungen verbunden, dann zeigen, solange der Tastschalter 15 nicht betätigt ist, beide Wicklungen 26 und 27 einen Strom an, so daß der Gleichrichter 31 an dem einen Eingang des Und-Gatters 33 ein Signal abgibt. Der andere Gleichrichter 32 leitet zwar ein Signal an den Eingang des Inverters 34, der dieses Signal jedoch in ein Nicht-Signal umwandelt, so daß am Ausgang des Und-Gatters kein Signal auftritt und die Ausgangsspannung des Generators 19 auf eine kleine Restspannung zurückgeschaltet wird. Das gleiche tritt ein, wenn die Steckverbindung 11 gelöst wird. Dann zeigen beide Induktionswicklungen 26 und 27 keinen Strom an, was dazu führt, daß an dem mit dem Gleichrichter 31 verbundenen Eingang des Und-Gatters kein Signal und durch den Inverter 34 am anderen Eingang des Und-Gatters 33 ein Signal auftritt, so daß am Ausgang des Und-Gatters wiederum kein Signal erscheint und die Ausgangsspannung des HF-Generators 19 auf eine kleine Restspannung zurückgeschaltet wird.
  • Sobald bei angeschlossenem Kabel 12 der Tastschalter 15 betätigt wird und die aktive Elektrode 14 den Körperteil des Patienten 25 berührt, fließt ein HF-Strom durch den aktiven Leiter 16, während der Hilfsleiter 17 stromlos bleibt. Infolge der Nein-Schaltung 34 erscheinen dann an beiden Eingängen des Und-Gatters 33 Signale, die am Ausgang des Und-Gatters ein Signal verursachen und dadurch den Generator 19 auf volle Ausgangsspannung schalten.
  • Das in Fig. 4 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel unterscheidet sich von dem in Fig. 2. dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel lediglich dadurch, daß der Hilfsleiter 17' unmittelbar mit der neutralen Körperelektrode 24 verbunden ist und daß der auf den Schaltzustand des Tastschalters 15 ansprechende Fühler 22 zur Messung der Spannung zwischen dem aktiven Leiter 16' und der neutralen Körperelektrode 24 dient. Dementsprechend ist bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel als Verknüpfungsschaltung 23 ein Und- Gatter vorgesehen.
  • Bei nicht betätigtem Tastschalter 15 ist der aktive Leiter 16 mit der neutralen Körperelektrode 24 kurzgeschlossen, so daß der Fühler 22 Spannung Null mißt und ein Null-Signal an den Eingang der als Und-Gatter ausgebildeten Verknüpfungsschaltung 23 abgibtdaherhl der Straafühler 21 hierbei ein Signal ahdaher gibt, erscheint/am Ausgang der Verknüpfungsschaltung 23 ein Null-Signal, so daß die Ausgangsspannung des Generators 19 auf eine kleine Restspannung geschaltet wird. Sobald der Tastschalter 15 dagegen betätigt wird, wird die Verbindung zwischen dem aktiven Leiter 16, 16' und der Körperelektrode 24 unterbrochen, so daß der Fühler 22 den durch den HF-Generator 19 verursachten Spannungsunterschied anzeigt. Jetzt erscheinen an beiden Eingängen der Verknüpfungsschaltung 23 Signale, so daß auch am Ausgang derselben ein den Generator auf volle Spannung schaltendes Signal erscheint.
  • Wie aus dem Vorstehenden hervorgeht, ergibt die Erfindung die Möglichkeit, den Generator voll elektronisch zu schalten, so daß sich gegenüber dem an Hand der Fig. 1 beschriebenen bekannten Gerät auch noch der Vorteil ergibt, daß keine mechanisch beweglichen Teile aufweisende Relais od.dgl., die eine begrenzte Lebensdauer haben, und keine kostspieligen Drosseln erforderlich sind.
  • Das in Fig. 5 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel unterscheidet sich nun von den Ausführungsbeispielen nach den Fig. 2 bis 4 dadurch, daß hier zum Aktivieren des auf den Schaltzustand des Schalters 15 ansprechenden Fühlers 23 eine an sich bekannte Gleichstromquelle 35 in den durch einen Teil des aktiven Leiters 16, 16', den Schalter 15 und den Hilfsleiter 17, 17' gebildeten Hilfsstromkreis geschaltet ist. Hier kann nun der Fühler 22 ebenso wie bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 als Relais ausgebildet sein, das dann den HF-Generator 19 wie bei dem bekannten Gerät unmittelbar steuert. Der Fühler 22 kann aber auch für eine rein elektronische Messung der Gleichspannung der Gleichstromquelle 35 ähnlich wie das Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 4 ausgebildet sein.
  • In Fig. 5 ist die oben angedeutete Lösung dargestellt, bei der der Fühler 22 als Relais ausgebildet ist. Zur Trennung des Hilfsstromkreises vom HF-Stromkreis ist der eine Pol der Gleichstromquelle 35 über eine Drossel 36 mit dem aktiven Leiter 16' verbunden. Außerdem sind dieser Pol der Gleichstromquelle 35 und der der Gleichstromquelle 35 abgekehrte Eingang des Fühlers 22 über Kondensatoren 37 bzw. 38 mit der Körperelektrode 24 für HF-Strom leitend mit der Körperelektrode 24 verbunden.
  • Das Relais 22 ist so geschaltet, daß beim Entregen seiner Spule der HF-Generator 19 eingeschaltet und demnach beim Erregen der Spule des Relais 22 der HF-Generator 19 ganz abgeschaltet wird.
  • Auch bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist für die Verbindung des aktiven Leiters 16, 16' mit dem Hilfsleiter 17, 17' ein in seinem unbetätigten Zustand eingeschalteter Tastschalter 15 vorgesehen und dem Fühler 22 ist die Steuerschaltung des llF-Generators zugeordnet, die die Ausgangsleistung des HF-Generators abschaltet, wenn der Fühler 22 im Hilfsstromkreis anzeigt, daß der Schalter 15 eingeschaltet ist.

Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerät Patentansprüche: 1) Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerät mit einer aktiven Behandlungselektrode (f) und einer neutralen Körperelektrode (m), die über den Patienten miteinander und von denen die Behandlungselektrode über einen aktiven Leiter (e) und die Körperelektrode über einen neutralen Leiter mit dem aktiven bzw. neutralen Ausgang eines HF-Generators (HF-G) verbindbar sind, sowie mit einem Hilfsleiter (g), der über einen von Hand schaltbaren Schalter (h) mit mindestens einem Teil des aktiven Leiters einen Hilfsstromkreis bildet, der zum Schalten des HF-Generators einen Fühler (R) aufweist, der auf den Schaltzustand des Schalters anspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Fühler (22) eine Steuerschaltung des HF-Generators zugeordnet ist, die den HF-Generator aus- oder seine Ausgangsspannung höchstens auf eine kleine Restspannung schaltet, wenn der Fühler im Hilfsstromkreis anzeigt, daß der Schalter geschlossen ist, daß ein in seinem betätigten Zustand offener Schalter (15) vorgesehen ist und daß der Hilfsleiter (17, 17') mit der Körperelektrode (24) galvanisch oder mindestens über einen Wechselstromwiderstand (38) verbunden ist, dessen Widerstandswert klein ist gegenüber dem Widerstandswert des Patienten (25).
  2. 2) Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Verbinden des HF-Generators (19) mit der Behandlungselektrode (14) ein Koaxialkabel (12) vorhanden ist, dessen Innenleiter mindestens einen Teil des aktiven Leiters (16, 16') und dessen schlauchförmiger Außenleiter mindestens einen Teil des Hilfsleiters (17, 17') bildet.
  3. 3) Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als auf den Schaltzustand des Schalters (15) ansprechender Fühler (22) ein Spannungs fühler vorgesehen ist, der auf die HF-Spannung zwischen dem aktiven Leiter (16, 16') und der Körperelektrode (24) anspricht.
  4. 4) Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Fühler für durch den Hilfsstromkreis strömenden HF-Strom eine den stromführenden Leiter (16', 17') umfassende Induktionswicklung (26, 27) vorgesehen ist.
  5. 5) Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Induktionswicklung (26, 27) ein Verstärker (28, 29) nachgeschaltet ist.
  6. 6) Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Aktivieren des auf den Schaltzustand des Schalters (15) ansprechenden Fühlers (22) in an sich bekannter Weise eine Stromquelle (35) vorhanden ist, die in den Hilfsstromkreis geschaltet ist.
  7. 7) Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Fühler (22) in an sich bekannter Weise ein Relais vorgesehen ist, dessen Kontakt bei ein- oder ausgeschaltetem Schalter (15) den HF-Generator aus- bzw. einschaltet.
  8. 8) Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem aktiven Leiter (16') des Hilfsstromkreises ein zweiter Fühler (21) zugeordnet ist, der die Ausgangsspannung des HF-Generators höchstens auf eine kleine Restspannung schaltet, wenn der zweite Fühler im aktiven Leiter keinen Strom anzeigt.
  9. 9) Hochfrequenzchirurgiegerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgänge beider Fühler (21, 22) mit zwei Eingängen einer Verknüpfungsschaltung (23) verbunden sind, deren Ausgang mit einem Regeleingang des HF-Generators (19) verbunden ist.
