Haltevorrichtung für einen zusammenleqbaren Kraftstoffbehälter Die
Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Haltevorrichtung für einen zusammenlegbaren Kraftstoffbehälter
in einem Fahrzeug, insbesondere für einen Zusatzbehälter in einem Panzer, wobei
die Vorrichtung am Aufbau angelenkt ist und einen den Behälter, bzw den Aufnahmeraum
des Behälters umschließende KlaPpe aufweist Es ist ein Transcortfahrzeug bekannt
(DT-OS 1 580 567) das im Laderaum einen aus biegsamen, bzw faltbaren Material bestehenden
Behälter aufweist, der bei Nichtgebrauch zusammenlegbar und durch Abdeckplatten
vom übrigen Laderaum getrennt angeordnet und abgedeckt ist Die Entleerung des Behälters
erfolgt durch eine im unteren Bereich angeordnete Be- und Entladeöffnung Aufgabe
der Erfindung ist es, eine Haltevorrichtung für einen zusammenlesbaren Behälter
zu schaffen, die neben einer Haltefunktion auch eine kontinuierliche Entleerung
des Behälters unterstützt
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch
gelöst, daß die Klappe Schließorgane umfaßt und unter Spannung am Behälter anliegend
in Abhängigkeit vom Füllzustand des Behälters verschwenkbar ist0 Nach der Erfindung
ist das Schließorgan durch eine am Aufbau und an der Klappe angeordnete Drehstabfeder
gebildet Ferner ist vorgesehen, daß die Klappe sich in Längsrichtung des Fahrzeuges
erstreckt und mit Wandungen des Aufbaues einen den zusammengelegten Behälter aufnehmenden
Raum bildet, wobei die vordere Wandung des Raumes von der Klappe gebildet wird0
Zum Zusammenfalten des Behälters ist nach der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß an den Stirnseiten
Zugmittel vorgesehen sind, die sich von der Behälteraußenseite zum Boden des Raumes
erstrecken0 Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen im wesentlichen darin,
daß in konstruktiv einfacher Weise der Faltbehälter am Aufbau gehalten und entsprechend
dem Füllzustand des Behälters von der Klappe geschützt werden kann, Darüber hinaus
übt die Klappe gleichzeitig eine den Entleervorgang des Behälters unterstützende
Funktion aus0 Die Anordnunq des Behälters und der Klappe wurde in vorteilhafter
Weise derart gelöst, daß trotz Vorsehens dieses Behälters im Drehbereich des Turmes
und seiner Waffe dieser in seiner Rotation nicht beeinträchtigt wird Ein Ausführungsbeispiel
der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben0

statt der Drehstabfeder 6 eine hydraulische, bzw pneumatisch betätigte Klappenvorrichtung
zu verwenden Der Raum 3 erstreckt sich in Längsrichtung des Panzers 1 und ist oberhalb
der Kette 7 an beiden Seiten des Fahrzeuges angeordnet Der Raum hat eine Rückwand
8 sowie Seitenwände 9, die der Panzerwandung des Aufbaus 2, bzw der Wanne des Fahrzeuges
entsprechen Die vordere Wandung des Raumes 3 wird von der Klappe 5 gebildet
Der
Behälter 4 besteht vorzugsweise aus einem biegsamen selbstdichtenden Material und
ist zusammenlegbar An seinen Stirnseiten weist der Behälter diagonal verlaufende
Zugmittel 19 auf, die einerseits an der Behälteraußenseite und andererseits am Boden
des Raumes 3 gelenkig befestigt sind Diese Zugmittel 19 bestehen aus Federn oder
der., die bewirken sollen, daß der Behälter 4 sich beim Entleeren in vorbestimmter
Art zusammenfalten kann, wie Fig 2 näher zeigt Es wäre auch denkbar den Behälter
4 durch den beim Entleervorgang entstehenden Unterdruck zusammenzuhalten Um eine
vorbestimmte Faltung zu erreichen, weist der Behälter entsDrechende Faltkanten auf
Der Behälter 4 ist an der Rückwand 8 des Raumes 3 über eine vulkanisierte Verstärkung
11 und zusätzlich an der Klappe 5 bei 12 befestigt In Fig 3 ist der gefüllte Behälter
4 dargestellt, sowie strichpunktiert ein teilweise entleerter Behälter Durch die
über die Drehstabfeder 6 angelenkte Klappe 5 kann diese dem entleerenden sowie dem
füllenden Behälter 4 kontinuierlich nachfolgen Sie drückt beim Entleervorgang auf
den Behalter 4 und träqt somit zur Entleerung bei Die Entleerung; bzw die Füllunq
des Behälters 4 erfolgt über einen Einfüllstutzen 10 Bei entleertem Behälter 4 liegt
dieser zusammengefaltet im Raum 3, der dann von der Klappe 5 abgeschlossen wird

Erfindung ist nicht auf das gezeigte Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt So ist es durchaus
denkbar die Anlenkung der Klappe beispielsweise von mehreren sich ergänzenden Klappen
über eine obenliegende Drehstabfeder oder auch durch vertikal angeordnete Drehstabfedern
zu ermöglichen
