Claims (10)

1. Verbessertes Polyesterfüllgemisch, bestehend im wesentlichen, gewichtsmässig, aus (a) etwa 60 bis etwa 95 % gekräuselter Polyesterspinnfaser, und (b) komplementär bis auf insaesamt 100 %, etwa 5 bis etwa 40 % gekräuselter Bindespinnfaser enthaltend ein Polymer von einer Bindetemperatur unterhalb der Erweichungstemperatur der Polyesterspinnfaser, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyesterspinnfaser einen darauf gehärteten überzug einer Slickener-Ausrüstung hat, die im
!5 wesentlichen aus Ketten von Poly(alkylenoxid) besteht.
2. Gemisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyesterspinnfaser mit einem segmentierten Copolymeren von Poly(ethylenterephthalat) und Poly(alkylenoxid) in Mengen von etwa.0,1 bis etwa 1% vom Gewicht der Polyesterspinnfaser überzogen ist.
3. Gemisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyesterspinnfaser mit einem modifizierten Poly(alkylenoxid), das mit funktionell en, Vernetzung ermöglichenden Gruppen bepfropft ist, in Mengen von etwa 0,1 bis etwa 1 % vom Gewicht der Polyesterspinnfaser überzogen ist.
4. Gemisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyesterspinnfaser mit der Slickener-Ausrüstung in Mengen von etwa 0,15 % bis etwa 0,6 % vom Gewicht der PoIyesterspinnfaser überzogen ist.
5. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gebundenen Vlieses von PoIyesterfaserfülIstoff, worin Polyesterfaser, die einen darauf gehärteten überzug einer Slickener-Ausrüstung hat, die im
1- wesentlichen aus Ketten von Poly(alkylenoxid) besteht, mit Bindefaser gemischt wird, das Gemisch in ein Vlies geformt und das Vlies wärmebehandelt wird, um mittels der Bindefaser Bindung an den Kreuzungspunkten des überzogenen Polyesterfaserfüll Stoffs zu bewirken.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindefasern Kern/Mantel-Fasern sind, bei denen der Mantel Binder vorsieht und der Kern in dem gebundenen Vlies verbleibt, um Punkte für das Binden mit dem überzogenen Polyesterfaserfüllstoff zu schaffen.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Einkomponenten-Bindefasern verwendet werden, wobei die Bindefasern den überzogenen Polyesterfaserfüllstoff an den Kreuzungspunkten binden.
8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, bei dem das Gemisch nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4 ist.
9. Ein durchgebundendes Vlies von Polyesterfaserfüllstoff von verbesserter Haltbarkeit und Feuchtigkeitstransport, weicher Bindung und geringer Entflammbarkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyesterfasern mit einer Slickener-Ausrüstung überzogen sind, die im wesentlichen aus Ketten von Poly(alkylenoxid) besteht.
10. Vlies nach Anspruch 9, worin der Slickener ein solcher wie in einem ider Ansprüche 2 bis 4 ist.
