Abstract
Description
Spray, suction and dry cleaning device for cleaning floors The devices known so far are exclusively machines that either for the spray-suction process (spray-extraction devices) or use be used as a dry cleaning device (vacuum cleaner). Spray-suction devices are the best known from the following Components: Includes a fresh water tank the cleaning solution. This is via a pump and hose lines with a Working nozzle connected. This is the cleaning solution for the fresh water tank sprayed on the flooring and vacuumed in the same workbang.
Suction nozzles made of metal are used for cleaning text dividers, Extraction nozzles with rubber lamellas for cleaning elastic floor coverings or hard floors. The dirty water taken up by the suction nozzles becomes the dirty water tank fed. A suction turbine removes the dirt solution through its vacuum. The dirty water tank has the function of a water separator.
However, these devices have the disadvantage that they are very are unwieldy and too complex and expensive to build.
The task at hand is to avoid these and other disadvantages Innovation.
The solution to the problem is characterized in that the fresh water tank in the upper, open face of the dirty water tank is removably inserted and held, the fresh water tank with his Flange inserts into the edge of the waste water tank and is held by the attached housing cover, whereby this continues with its all-round running The groove on the top edge of the dirty water container.
How the innovation can be carried out in detail emerges from the following description and the neiclznun-, in which the device according to the invention is shown pulled apart in three main parts, for example, partly in a front view and partly in a central vertical section from one mobile frame 1, the crimute water container 2, which is preferably round in cross section, is supported and is firmly connected to it. In the lower part of the dirty water collecting container 3, the dirt collects when the device is in operation and is occasionally removed from it. On the side, preferably in the upper area on the vtainung of the dirty water container 2, the 6auganschluss 4 is provided for the known spray-suction nozzle, not shown in the drawing, which represents the working device. According to the innovation, the fresh water tank 5, which preferably has a conical, bucket-shaped shape, is inserted into the upper open edge of the dirty water container 2. Here, the flange 6 of the fresh water tank 5 sits in the upper edge 7 of the dirty water container 2, specifically on the fixed edge 8 of the dirty water container. One, but preferably several openings 9 in the upper edge of the fresh water here as an air passage for the suction process. On the uppermost edge 7 'of the dirty water container - in which the fresh water tank is completely contained. - the housing cover 10 is placed with its all-round groove 11, in which the entire electrical and mechanical system of the complete device is housed. In the housing cover 10, the suction turbine (not shown) is housed, which was ready for operation through the openings 9 and through the upper part of the dirty water tank and through the suction connection 4, the dirty water mixed with air, the air being blown through the openings in the housing cover , the dirty water collects in the dirty water collecting tank. The cleaning liquid is fed to the spray suction nozzle (tool, not shown) via the spray pressure connection 12, the sum that is housed in the housing cover 10 taking the required cleaning liquid from the fresh water tank 5 via a pipe connection 13.
In the working device, the spray liquid, after it has penetrated the floor covering, mixes with the suction air and gets mixed with the dirt into the dirty water collecting container the dirty water collecting tank he will fall. This is how it is to be able to remove the fresh water tank 5 clean from the device at any time in order to refill it.
If a magnetic membrane pump is used to distribute the cleaning fluid is used, the one previously used in all spray extraction processes is no longer applicable Water return to create pressure equalization.
This floor cleaning device is thanks to his universal Can be used as a spray, suction and dry cleaning device for hard and carpeted floors marked and made possible by the use of a special, hera @ recognizable Fresh water tanks in connection with one located in the area of the suction turbine cover Pump the universal cleaning insert.
sie Neuerung ist nicht auf die dargestellten und beschriebenen Einzelheiten beschlänkt, vielmehr auch abgeändert ausführbar, sofern nur die Erfindungsmerkmale zum Ausdruck komien.the innovation is not limited to the details shown and described limited, rather also modified executable, provided that only the features of the invention to express themselves.
