Description
dadurch gekennzeichne t, daß das Präpolymere
A mindestens eine olefinisch ungesättigte Endgruppe, mindestens eine Urethangruppe, mindestens
eine Harnstoffgruppe, mindestens eine Hydroxylgruppe und gegebenenfalls eine oder mehrere
tertiäre Aminogruppen aufweist, mit der Maßgabe, daß auf eine Doppelbindung in der ungesättigten
Endgruppe eine oder zwei Hydroxylgruppen kommen,
wobei das Präpolymere A entweder dadurch erhalten worden ist, daß in erster Stufe eine
hydroxylgruppenhaltige Verbindung a mit einem Diisocyanat b umgesetzt wird, wobei zwei Isoeyanatgruppen
von b auf eine Hydroxylgruppe von a kommen,
daß in einer zweiten Stufe das entstandene Isocyanat
umgesetzt wird mit einem Diamin el, welches eine
primäre und eine sekundäre Aminogruppe trägt, wobei auf eine Isocyanatgruppe eine primäre
Aminogruppe kommt, und
daß in dritter Stufe die sekundäre Aminogruppe mit einem ungesättigten Epoxid d umgesetzt wird, wobei
auf eine Aminogruppe eine Epoxidgruppe kommt,
oder
oder
daß in einer ersten Stufe eine hydroxylgruppenhaltige Verbindung a mit einem Diisocyanat b umgesetzt
wird, wobei auf eine Hydroxylgruppe von a zwei Isocyanatgruppen von b kommen,
daß in einer davon unabhängigen zweiten Stufe ein Monoamin c2, welches eine primäre Aminogruppe trägt, mit einem ungesättigten Epoxid d umgesetzt wird, wobei auf eine Aminogruppe eine Epoxidgruppe kommt,
daß in einer davon unabhängigen zweiten Stufe ein Monoamin c2, welches eine primäre Aminogruppe trägt, mit einem ungesättigten Epoxid d umgesetzt wird, wobei auf eine Aminogruppe eine Epoxidgruppe kommt,
und daß in einer dritten Stufe das Isocyanat der ersten Stufe mit dem sekundären Amin der zweiten
Stufe umgesetzt wird, wobei auf eine Aminogruppe eine Isocyanatgruppe kommt.
Die Erfindung betrifft strahlungshärtbare Überzugsmassen auf Basis von Umsetzungsprodukten aus
hydroxylgruppenhaltigen Verbindungen, Diisocyanaten, Aminen sowie einer olefinisch ungesättigten Epoxidverbindung.
Die dabei entstehenden Präpolymeren, die im Molekül olefinisch ungesättigte Endgruppen. Urethan·
gruppen, Harnstoffgruppen sowie gegebenenfalls tertiäre Aminogruppen und eine der Anzahl der Doppelbindungen
äquivalente oder doppelt so hohe Anzahl Hydroxylgruppen enthalten, sind bisher noch nicht
beschrieben. Diese Präpolymeren können in Gegenwart von flüssigen copolymerisierbaren Verbindungen durch
energiereiche Strahlen auspolymerisiert werden.
Es ist bekannt, daß durch Bestrahlung olefinisch ungesättigter Verbindungen mit UV-Licht oder Elektronenstrahlung
Radikale erzeugt werden, die eine Polymerisation induzieren. Durch ionisierende Strahlung
härtbare Präpolymere, die Urethangruppen und polymerisierbare Doppelbindungen enthalten, sind
ίο beispielsweise beschrieben in der DE-OS 16 44 797. Sie
werden hergestellt durch Umsetzung von hydroxylgruppenhaltigen Polymeren (z. B. gesättigten oder ungesättigten
Polyestern) mit Diisocyanaten und hydroxylgruppenhaltigen monomeren Acrylestern. Diese Umsetzungsprodukte
werden in Vinylmonomeren gelöst und stellen härtbare Anstrichs- und Überzugsmassen dar.
Sie haben den Nachteil, daß die Aushärtung in Gegenwart von Luft stark inhibiert ist, so daß die
Polymerisation erst nach einer mehr oder weniger langen Induktionsperiode einsetzt, und daß ihre
Haftung auf Metallen nicht befriedigend ist.
In der DE-OS 21 40 306 sind photopolymerisierbare Überzugsmassen beschrieben auf Basis von Präpolymeren,
welche außer olefinisch ungesättigten Gruppen mindestens eine Urethanbindung und mindestens eine
sekundäre Aminogruppe, eine tertiäre Aminogruppe oder eine Harnstoffgruppierung enthalten. Sie werden
bevorzugt hergestellt durch Umsetzung eines Polyisocyanates mit hydroxylgruppenhaltigen monomeren
Acrylaten und einem hydroxylgruppenhaltigen tertiären Amin. Die so eingebauten Aminogruppen ergeben in
Kombination mii üblichen Photoinitiatoren eine beschleunigte
Polymerisation bei Bestrahlung mit UV-Licht. Auf diese Weise kann zwar für den Fall der
UV-Härtung die Inhibierung durch Luftsauerstoff vermindert werden, das Problem wird dadurch jedoch
immer noch nicht befriedigend gelöst. Nachteilig an diesen photopolymerisierbaren Überzugsmassen ist
auch deren aufwendige Herstellung, zu der mindestens zwei Reaktoren notwendig sind, sowie die noch
ungenügende Elastizität der damit erzeugten Überzüge. Außerdem zeigen auch diese Überzugsmassen eine zu
geringe Haftung auf Metall.
Der Erfindung lag also die Aufgabe zugrunde, die genannten Nachteile zu vermeiden und strahlungshärtbare
Überzugsmassen bereitzustellen, welche durch ein einfaches Verfahren hergestellt werden können, für sich
allein oder zusammen mit copolymerisierbaren, flüssigen Monomeren mit niedriger Strahlungsdosis auch in
Gegenwart von Luftsauerstoff gehärtet werden können und fest haftende, witterungsbeständige Überzüge
liefern.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind strahlungshärtbare Überzugsmassen aus
A 10 bis 70 Gew.-°/o eines Präpolymeren, das außer olefinisch ungesättigten Gruppen mindestens eine
Urethanbindung und mindestens eine Harnstoffgruppierung enthält,
B 20 bis 80 Gew.-% mindestens eines von A verschiedenen, bei Raumtemperatur flüssigen,
copolymerisierbaren Monomeren,
C 0 bis 20 Gew.-% eines nicht polymerisierbaren, flüssigen organischen Lösungsmittels, sowie
C 0 bis 20 Gew.-% eines nicht polymerisierbaren, flüssigen organischen Lösungsmittels, sowie
bj D gegebenenfalls weiteren üblichen Zusatzstoffen.
die dadurch gekennzeichnet sind, daß das Präpolymere A mindestens eine olefinisch ungesättigte Endgruppe,
mindestens eine Uretitangruppe, mindestens eine
Harnstoffgruppe, mindestens eine Hydroxylgruppe und gegebenenfalls eine oder mehrere tertiäre Aminogruppen
aufweist, mit der Maßgabe, daß auf eine Doppelbindung in der ungesättigten Endgruppe eine
oder zwei Hydroxylgruppen kommen,
wobei das Präpolymere A entweder dadurch erhalten worden ist, daß in erster Stufe eine hydroxylgruppenhaltige Verbindung a mit einem Diisocyanal b umgesetzt wird, wobei zwei Isocyanatgruppen von b auf eine to Hydroxylgruppe von a kommen,
wobei das Präpolymere A entweder dadurch erhalten worden ist, daß in erster Stufe eine hydroxylgruppenhaltige Verbindung a mit einem Diisocyanal b umgesetzt wird, wobei zwei Isocyanatgruppen von b auf eine to Hydroxylgruppe von a kommen,
daß in einer zweiten Stufe das entstandene Isocyanat umgesetzt wird mit einem Diamin el, welches eine

daß in dritter Stufe die sekundäre Aminogruppe mit einem ungesättigten Epoxid d umgesetzt wird, wobei

oder daß in einer ersten Stufe eine hydroxylgruppenhallige Verbindung a mit einem Diisocyanat b umgesetzi wird, wobei auf eine Hydroxylgruppe von a zwei Isocyanatgruppen von b kommen,
oder daß in einer ersten Stufe eine hydroxylgruppenhallige Verbindung a mit einem Diisocyanat b umgesetzi wird, wobei auf eine Hydroxylgruppe von a zwei Isocyanatgruppen von b kommen,
daß in einer davon unabhängigen zweiten Stufe ein Monoamin c2, welches eine primäre Aminogruppe
trägt, mit einem ungesättigten Ep./xid d umgesetzt wird, wobei auf eine Aminogruppe eine Epoxidgruppe
kommt,
und daß in einer dritten Stufe das Isocyanat der ersten Stufe mit dem sekundären Amin der zweiten Stufe
umgesetzt wird, wobei auf eine Aminogruppe eine Isocyanatgruppe kommt.
Die Überzugsmasse enthält 10 bis 70, bevorzugt 25 bis
Gew.-% des Präpolymeren A, 20 bis 80, bevorzugt 20 bis 70 Gew.-°/o mindestens eines von A verschiedenen,
bei Raumtemperatur flüssigen, copolymerisierbaren
Monomeren B, bis zu 20, vorzugsweise 2 bis 10 Gew.-% eines nicht polymerisierbaren, flüssigen organischen
Lösungsmittels C, sowie gegebenenfalls weitere übliche Zusatzstoffe, wie Füllstoffe, Pigmente, Verlaufshili'smittel,
Stabilisatoren oder Photoinitiatoren.
Die erfindungsgemäßen strahlungshärtbaren Überzugsmussen
sind einfach herstellbar, und die damit erhaltenen Überzüge zeigen gute Kratzfestigkeit bei
überraschend hoher Flexibilität und guter Haftung auf Metall.
Das Präpolymere A kann prinzipiell auf zwei etwas verschiedenen Reaktionswegen hergestellt werden:
A 1. Hier wird in der ersten Stufe eine hydroxylgruppenhaltige
Verbindung a mit einem Diisocyanat b umgesetzt, wobei zwei Isocyanatgruppen von b auf
eine Hydroxylgruppe von a kommen. In einer zweiten Stute wird das entstandene Isocyanat
umgesetzt mit einem Diamin el, welches eine primäre und eine sekundäre Aminogruppe trägt,
wobei auf die primäre Aminogruppe eine Isocyanatgruppe kommt. In einer dritten Stufe wird dann
die sekundäre Aminogruppe mit einem ungesättigten Epoxid d umgesetzt, wobei auf eine Aminogruppe
eine Epoxidgruppe kommt. Folgendes Formelschema I stellt eine bevorzugte Ausführungsforrn
dar, wobei Ri, R2, R3, R4 jeweils ein- oder
zweiwertige Substituenten symbolisieren:

A 2. Bei dem anderen Reaktionsweg wird in einer ersten Stufe eine hydroxylgruppenhaltige Verbindung a
mit einem Diisocyanat b umgesetzt, wobei wieder auf eine Hydroxylgruppe von a zwei Isocyanatgruppen
von b kommen. In einer davon unabhängigen zweiten Stufe wird ein Monoamin c2, welches
eine primäre Aminogruppe trägt, mit einem ungesättigten Epoxid d umgesetzt, wobei auf eine
Aminogruppe eine Epoxidgruppe kommt. In einer dritten Stufe wird nun das in der ersten Stufe
gebildete Isocyanat mit dem in der zweiten Stufe gebildeten sekundären Amin umgesetzt, wobei auf
eine Aminogruppe eine Isocyanatgruppe kommt. Das Formelschema II stellt eine bevorzugte
Ausführungsform dar, wobei Ri, R2 und Rj wieder

Als hydroxylgruppenhaltige Verbindungen a, die in der ersten Stufe eingesetzt werden, können sowohl
mono- als auch mehrfunktionelle Alkohole verwendet werden, z.B. lineal e oder verzweigte gesättigte
Monoalkohole, lineare oder verzweigte ungesättigte Monoalkohole, ferner mehrfunktionelle Alkohole (z. B.
Äthylenglykol, Butandiol, Neopentylglykol, Trimethylolpropan, Pentaerytrit), Mercapto- und Aminoalkohole
mit primären und sekundären Aminogruppen (z. B. Mercaptoäthanol. Mercaptopropanol, Monoäthanolamin,
Monomethyläthanolamin), sowie Äther- und Esterdiole (z. B. Diäthylenglykol, Dipropvlenglykol,
Hydroxypivalinsäureneopentylglykol und andere Umsetzungsprodukte auf Basis von Monoestern von
1,3-Propandiolen mit 3-Hydroxypropionsäure). Darüber
hinaus sind auch polymere hydroxylgruppenhaltige Verbindungen geeignet, wie gesättigte oder ungesättigte
Polyester, Polyäther, sowie Vinylcopolymere, vorzugsweise Acrylestercopolymere, die z. B. Hydroxyäthyl-,
Hydroxypropyl- oder Hydroxybutylacrylat einpolymerisiert enthalten.
Als Diisocyanate b können eingesetzt werden: Isophorondiisocyanat, 2,4- und 2,6-Toluylendiisocyanat,
sowie die entsprechenden hydrierten Produkte Phenylendiisocyanat, 2,4-Diisocyanatodiphenylmethan,
p-Mentandiisocyanat, 4,4'-Diisocyanato-monophenylmonocyclohexylurethan,
1,6-Hexamethylendiisocyanat, M-Cyclohexylendiisocyanat. Diese Verbindungen können
entweder allein oder als Mischung verwendet werden.
Als gemischte Diamine el werden bevorzugt
hydrierte Additionsprodukte aus primären Aminen und Acrylnitril verwendet, z. B. N-(n-Butyl)-propylendiamin-1,3,
N-(t-Butyl)-propylendiamin-l,3, N-Methylpropylendiamin-1,3.
Allgemein können alle gemischten primären und sekundären Amine der allgemeinen Formel
H2N-R3-NHR4 verwendet werden, wobei Rj ein
Alkylenrest oder ein aromatischer oder cycloaliphatischer zweiwertiger Rest mit 1 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen
sein kann und R4 ein aromatischer, cycloaliphatischer
oder aliphatischer Rest mit 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen. Aufgrund der erheblichen Reaktivitätsunterschiede
zwischen der primären und der sekundären Aminogruppe reagiert bei der Umsetzung mit Isocyanaten
bevorzugt die primär*-' Aminogruppe zu dem entsprechenden
Aminoharnsf'ff.
Als primäre Amine c2 können sowohl aromatische wie aliphatische unc' cycloaliphatische Monoamine
verwendet werden. Beispiele sind Methylamin, Äthylamin.
Propylamin, Bvtylam'in, 1,4-Dimethy)pentylamin.
Tridecylamin, 2-Methoxyäthylamin, 3-Methoxypropylamin,
3-(2-Äthyl-hexyloxy)-propylamin, sowie allgemein analoge 2-Alkoxyäthyl- und 3-Alkoxypropylamine.
ferner Cyclohexylamin, 2-Methylcyclohexyl-NorbonyI-amin,
Benzylamin, 2-Phenyläthylamin, Anilin, o-Toluidin,
4-Nitro-2-Toluidin, 2,6-Dibrom-4-nitranilin, p-Methoxyphenylthioharnstoff, 6-Methoxy-2-amino-benzothiazol,
4-(3-Aminopropyl)-morpholin, 2-Aminopyrimidin, !-(2-Aminoäthyl)-piperazin. Es ist wesentlich,
daß das primäre Amin nur mit einem Mol einer ungesättigten Epoxidverbindung umgesetzt wird. So wird
aufgrund des sehr großen Reaktivitätsunterschiedes zwischen einer sekundären Aminogruppe und einer
sekundären Hydroxylgruppe bei Umsetzung mit dem Isocyanat in der Stufe 3 sichergestellt, daß nur die
sekundäre Aminogruppe zu dem entsprechenden substituierten Harnstoff reagiert.
Als ungesättigtes Epoxid d wird bevorzugt Glycidylmethacrylat
oder Glycidylacrylat verwendet. Man kann auch Umsetzungsprodukte aus einem Mol einer
Diepoxidverbindung mit einem Mol Acryl- oder Methacrylsäure verwenden. Als Diepoxidverbindungen
eignen sich dabei besonders Butandiol-Diglycidyläther und Bisphenol A-Diglycidyläther. Diese Umsetzungsprodukte tragen eine Hydroxylgruppe und eine
Epoxidgruppe; die daraus hergestellten Präpolymeren enthalten daher zwei Hydroxylgruppen pro Doppelbindung.
Die Umsetzungen, die zu Präpolymeren der beschriebenen Typen A 1 und A 2 führen, werden zweckmäßigerweise
in Gegenwart einer bei Raumtemperatur flüssigen, nicht CH-aciden ein- oder mehrfach olefinisch
ungesättigten Verbindung B oder flüssigen Gemischen solcher Verbindungen durchgeführt. Diese dienen
einerseits als Lösungsmittel, andererseits sind sie beim Aushärten der Überzugsmassen Reaktionspartner und
werden mit in die Überzugsmassen einpolymerisiert. Als Monomere B kommen beispielsweise in Frage: Vinylverbindungen,
wie Styrol, substituierte Styrole und N-Vinylpyrrolidon, N-Vinylcaprolactam, N-Vinylimidazol,
Vinylacetat, Vinylisobutyläther; Divinylverbindungen, wie Divinylbenzol, Divinyldioxan, Divinyläther ein-
und mehrwertiger Alkohole, wie Divinyläthylenglykol: Aerylverbindungen, wie Ester der Acryl-, Methacryl-
oder Crotonsäure mit Alkoholen und Ätheralkoholen mit 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen: Polvacrvlverbindunsen.
wie Bulandioldiacrylat, Neopentylglykoldiacrylai. Äthylenglykoldiacrylat,
Diäthylenglykoldiacrylat, Trinielhylolpropantriacrylat,
Pentaerythrittri- und -tetraacrylat; Ester «,^-ungesättigter Dicarbonsäuren, Acrylnitril,
sowie Allylverbindungen, wie Allylester und Allyläther. Bevorzugt werden Gemische aus Polyacrylverbindungen
und Monoacrylestern verwendet.
Selbstverständlich können die Umsetzungen auch in Gegenwart herkömmlicher Lösungsmittel, wie Essigester,
Toluol, Butylacetat, Methylethylketon, Benzol oder Dioxan durchgeführt werden. Dabei kann dann am
Ende der Reaktion eine der vorstehenden Monomeren B zugesetzt werden und das Lösungsmittel C abdestilliert
werden. Durch dieses Verfahren können allein oder zusätzlich auch flüssige, ein- oder mehrfach olefinisch
ungesättigte CH-aciden Monomere eingesetzt werden, wie Acryl-, Meihacry!- und Crotonsäure, Hydroxylgruppen
haltige Acrylester, wie Hydroxypropylacrylat oder Hydroxymethylacrylat; Methylolacrylamid, Methylolacrylamidäther
und -thioäther, sowie davon abgeleitete Hydroxyverbindungen, ferner Acrylamid, Vinylthioäthanol.
Allylalkohol und 1 -Äthinylcyclohexanol.
Die Umsetzungen selbst werden zweckmäßigerweise bei Temperaturen zwischen 0 und 100°C, vorzugsweise
zwischen 20 und 80°C bei Normaldruck unter Inertgas vorgenommen. Die Umsetzung ist im allgemeinen nach
1 bis 20, vorzugsweise nach 2 bis 10 Stunden beendet. Die bei Urethanreaktionen üblichen Zusatzstoffe, wie
Beschleuniger, z. B. Dibutylzinndilaurat, Zinnoctoat oder Amine sowie Inhibitoren, wie Hydrochinon,
Hydrochinonmonomethyläther oder mehrfach substituierte Phenole können anwesend sein.
Die fertige Überzugsmasse kann die üblichen Zusatzstoffe, wie anorganische oder organische Pigmente,
Füllstoffe, Verlaufshilfsmittc! (z. B. niedrigviskose
Silikonöle), Stabilisatoren, sowie — im Fall von Härtung durch UV-Strahlen — auch die üblichen
Photoinitiatoren enthalten.
Die Vern^jitung der Überzugsmassen kann durch
Spritzen, Gießen, Rakeln oder Walzen auf die zu beschichtende Unterlage erfolgen. Als Unterlage
kommen Metall, Holz, Papier oder Kunststoff in Frage. Die Filmdicke kann zwischen 10 und 300 μπι liegen. Das
Aushärten der Überzugsmasse erfolgt nach bekannten Methoden mit energiereichen Strahlen, wie UV-Licht
oder Elektronenstrahlen.
In einem 2-I-Kolben — ausgerüstet mit Rührer,
Thermometer und Rückflußkühler — werden 393 g eines gesättigten Polyesters aus Adipinsäure, Hexandiol
1.6 und Neopentylglykol mit einer Hydroxylzahl von 111
in 150 m! Essigester gelöst und 207 g !sophorondiisocyanat
zugesetzt Nach 1 Stunde Reaktionszeit bei 40° C wird abgekühlt auf 10°C. 107 g 3-Methylaminopropylamin,
gelöst in 550 g Essigester werden sehr schnell zugesetzt und 1 Stunde bei 10° C gerührt. Anschließend
werden 346 g eines ungesättigten Epoxides, hergestellt durch Umsetzung von 1 Mol Buiandioldiglycidyläther
mit 1 Mol Acrylsäure zugesetzt Nach 3 Stunden Reaktionszeit bei 750C ist die Umsetzung beendet Der
Essigester wird abdestilliert, gleichzeitig werden 300 g Butandioldiacrylat zugesetzt Nachdem der Essigester
vollständig entfernt wurde, wird durch Zugabe von Butandioldiacrylat die gewünschte Endviskosität von
120 Sekunden (Auslajfbecher Nr. 4. 20°C) eingestellt.
Die Viskosität von 120 sek wird erreicht, wenn 44 Teile
des Präpolymeren in 100 Teilen Butandioldiacrylat gelöst sind.
Die Lösung wird auf ein 0,8 mm dickes Stahlblech aufgegossen, so daß ein 40 Mikron dicker Film entsteht,
der durch Elektronenbestrahlung bei 320 kV, 50 mA und
ίο 1,4 Mrad aushärtet. Der erhaltene Lackfilm ist völlig
farblos, kratzfest und äußerst elastisch. Pendelhärte nach König (DIN 53 157) 55 Sekunden. Bemerkenswert
ist, daß sich die elastischen Eigenschaften auch bei Bestrahlung mit einer lOfachen Dosis nur sehr
ιό geringfügig ändern und die Pendelhärte nur auf 80
Sekunden ansteigt.
In einem 2-I-Kolben — ausgerüstet mit Rührer,
2n Thermometer und Rückflußkühler — werden 238 g Isophorondiisocyanat in 100 ml Essigester gelöst und
hierzu 40 g Trimethylolpropan — gelöst in 100 ml Essigester — zugetropft bei ca. 40°C. Nach einer Stunde
Reaktionszeit wird abgekühlt auf 0°C und 132 g 3-Methylaminopropylamin gelöst in 650 ml tert. Bu!anol
schnell zugesetzt, wobei die Temperatur bei etwa 5°C gehalten wird. Anschließend wird langsam erwärmt bis
auf 65°C und 430 g des in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen ungesättigten Epoxides zugesetzt. Die Reaktion ist nach
insgesamt 4 Stunden beendet Danach werden pro 30 Teile des Präpolymeren 100 Teile Butandioldiacrylat
zugesetzt und das Lösungsmittel (Essigester) abdestilliert. Die Lösung hat nach vollständiger Entfernung des
Essigesters eine Viskosität von 120 Sekunden (Auslaufbecher Nr. 4, 200C). Nach Zusatz von 3 Gew.-% eines
Photoinitiators (z. B. Benzoinisopropyläther) wird ein 10 Mikron dicker Film auf ein bedrucktes Papier gegossen.
Dieser Film härtet bei UV-Bestrahlung mit einer 1 kW Phillips HTR 7-Lampe, (N2) in weniger als 10 Sekunden
klebfrei aus Der so hergestellte Überzug zeichnet sich
durch hohe Flexibilität, gute Haftung und hohen Glanz aus.
In der in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Apparatur werden 219 g (3 Mol) Monobutylamin — gelöst in 200 g
Butandioldiacrylat — bei 70°C innerhalb von 2 Stunden umgesetzt mit 426 g 3 Mol Glycidylmethacrylat Zu
diesem Umsetzungsprodukt wird ein Polyisocyanat (hergestellt aus 134 g Trimethylolpropan und 666 g
Isophorondiisocyanat und gelöst in 400 g Butandioldiacrylat) zugesetzt. Nach 2 Stunden Rühren bei 40° C ist
der isGcyanaiweri <0,l. Die Reaktionsiösung wird mit
Hydroxypropylacrylat auf eine Fließviskosität von 120 Sekunden (Auslaufbecher Nr. 4, 20°C) eingestellt. Diese
Lösung wird auf ein 0,8 mm dickes Stahlblech in einer Schicht von 60 Mikron aufgerakelt und durch
Elektronenbestrahlung (320 KV, 50 mA) mit einer Dosis von 3,5 Mrad ausgehärtet
Der erhaltene Lackfilm war farblos, kratzfest und zeigte eine ausgezeichnete Haftung. Pendelhärte nach
König (DIN 53 157) 80 Sekunden.

- Patentanspruch:
Strahlungshärtbare Überzugsmassen ausA 10 bis 70 Gew.-% eines Präpolymeren, das außer olefinisch ungesättigten Gruppen mindestens eine Urethanbindung und mindestens eine Harnstoffgruppierung enthält,B 20 bis 80 Gew.-°/o mindestens eines von A verschiedenen, bei Raumtemperatur flüssigen, copolymerisierbaren Monomeren,C 0 bis 20 Gew.-% eines nicht polymerisierbaren, flüssigen organischen Lösungsmittels, sowieD gegebenenfalls weiteren üblichen Zusatzstoffen,
