Process and device for the continuous production of chipboard,
Fiberboard or the like. Addition to P 23 60 141.4 The invention relates to a method
and a device for the continuous production of chipboard, fiberboard
or the like. According to patent application P 23 60 141.4.
In the main application are a method and a machine for continuous
Manufacture of chipboard described in which on the chip material to be pressed
alternately a lower surface pressure and a very high line pressure exerted
will. In this case, one or more areas of high pressure are in the press section with a
Press length of at least 7 cm each inserted, in which the product from pressure
and temperature is significantly higher than in the respective adjacent pressing areas.
This ensures that with a short length of the treatment section (pressing section
+ Curing section) a deformation-free chipboard sheet is achieved. Because of
the moisture contained in the chip fleece there is a risk that the material,
when it leaves the wide press nip with a press length of at least 7 cm, something
springs back, as a result of which the glue bridges formed in the press nip partially tear
can.
The invention is based on the object of creating a method
with which this hazard is avoided. The invention
consists in
that the last area of high pressure with a press length of at least 7 cm
leaving chip cake is subjected to a surface pressure of such a size that a
Enlargement of its volume is reduced to such an extent that any rupture of the
Glue bridges formed in the area of high pressure, which the individual particles of matter
connect, is prevented.
A machine for carrying out the method according to the invention is
characterized in the subclaims.
der Preßtrommel 5 und der Andrückwalze 13.To explain the invention in more detail, an exemplary embodiment is given below
a machine for carrying out the method described with reference to the drawing.
This shows a machine with a forming station 1, a first endless belt 2
made of steel or the like., an infeed roller 3, a first press drum 4, a second
Press drum 5 and a tension roller 6. Between infeed roller 3 and press drum 5
one or more pressure rollers 7 can also be provided. The arrangement and
Adjustability of the first band 2 and the rollers and drums 3,4,5,6,7 corresponds
the structure in the main application. The endless belt 2 encloses the rollers
6,3,5 and 7 and surrounds the circumference of the press drum 4 to form a press section.
To achieve a further distance with a surface pressure exerted on the chip fleece
is an additional one in direct contact with the press drum 4
endless printing belt 12 is arranged, which wraps around the pressure roller 5 and partially
be tensioned by a roller 13 adjustable in the direction of the pressure roller 5
can. Pressure rollers 14 contribute to the surface pressure generated by the tensioned
Volume 12, to keep, or to increase. The chip fleece occurs between the infeed roller
3 and the press drum 4 in the press section, but not in direct contact
with the circumference of the press drum 4, but between the two endless belts 2
and 12. The chip fleece remains between these bands until it emerges
the press drum 5 and the pressure roller 13.
