Abstract

A hand scoop for ladling out food stuffs has a second arm made of a springy, elastically yielding material which acts together with the first arm in such a way, that it can be moved against it by force of hand to cause a stripper to move. The stripper returns to its original position by itself due to the inherent elasticity of the material when the force of hand is removed. The cup pref. goes over into the first arm by way of a short shaft which forms a single unit with the cup. The first and second arms are pref. made of plastic. The scoop is of simple construction and does not have to be stripped for cleaning.
