Die Erfindung betrifft eine Handpresse für Früchte od. dgl., die aus zwei mit ungleich langen Armen ausgebildeten doppelarmigen Hebeln besteht, deren kürzere Arme als Drücker und Siebteil und deren längere
Arme als Griffe ausgebildet sind, eine mit Stiften, Dornen od. dgl. besetzte Platte od. dgl. Fläche vorgesehen ist, deren Stifte, Dorne od. dgl. in der Anordnung der Löcher des Siebteiles von der Platte abstehen und in die
Löcher des Siebteiles einführbar sind.
Pressen dieser Art dienen vor allem als Tischgeräte und werden vorwiegend zum Würzen von Speisen mit frisch gepresstem Knoblauchsaft verwendet. Bei den früher bekannten zangenartigen Geräten mit einem Siebteil und einem Drücker bestand der Nachteil, dass Fasern des Knoblauches die Sieblöcher bald verlegten und nur mühevoll entfernt werden konnte. Zur Erleichterung dieser Reinigungsarbeit wurde bereits der Vorschlag gemacht, den die Saftöffnungen aufweisenden Teil in der Längsrichtung der Hebel, d. h. an seinem freien Ende, flach auslaufend zu machen. Die dadurch erzielte Erleichterung der Reinigung brachte jedoch nur teilweisen
Erfolg, da es nur mit einer schmalen Bürste möglich war, in den zu beiden Längsseiten geschlossenen Behälter einzudringen und die Löcher zu reinigen.
Doch häufig konnten auch Bürsten die Löcher nicht ausreichend reinigen, so dass die Hausfrau zur Beseitigung von Rückständen aus den Löchern diese mit einem spitzen
Gegenstand einzeln durchstechen musste, anderfalls die Gefahr einer Geschmacksbeeinträchtigung des Pressgutes durch verdorbene Rückstände bestand.
Durch die franz. Patentschrift Nr. 1. 111. 677 ist es bekanntgeworden, den Drücker an seiner den Sieblöchern zugekehrten Fläche in der Anordnung der Löcher mit Stiften zu besetzen, welche am Ende des Pressvorganges in die Sieblöcher eindringen und diese dadurch nach jedem Pressvorgang reinigen. Dieser Vorteil wird jedoch mit dem Nachteil erkauft, dass beim Auspressen einer Frucht nicht nur der Saft, sondern auch die Fasern durch die Sieblöcher gedrückt werden und in die Speise gelangen.
Schliesslich wurde auch der Vorschlag gemacht, Handpressen dieser Art mit einem herausnehmbaren Siebplättchen zu versehen. Wohl ist ein solches Siebplättchen leichter als ein Siebboden zu reinigen, welcher einen festen Bestandteil des Gerätes bildet, doch befreit es die Hausfrau nicht von der Pflicht, die Löcher einzeln durchzustecken, will sie das Siebplättchen gründlich gereinigt haben.
Die der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe besteht darin, unter Vermeidung der geschilderten Nachteile durch besondere Massnahmen die Reinigung des Siebteiles nach Beendigung des Pressvorganges abseits der Speisen leicht und gründlich durchführen zu können.
Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, wird von einer Handpresse der eingangs erwähnten Art ausgegangen und vorgeschlagen, dass erfindungsgemäss die mit Stiften, Dornen od. dgl. besetzte Platte od. dgl. Fläche ausserhalb der mit dem Siebteil zusammenwirkenden Fläche des Druckes angeordnet ist und die Stifte in die Löcher des Siebteiles nach Beendigung des Pressvorganges und nachdem der Drücker vom Siebteil entfernt wurde einführbar sind.
Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist der den Drücker besitzende Hebel an seinem Griffarm im Anschluss an die Lagerstelle mit der von Stiften, Dornen od. dgl. bedeckten Fläche versehen, auf welche der Siebteil des andern Hebels in geöffneter Strecklage der beiden Hebel mit ihren Löchern über den Stiften zu liegen kommt. Durch diese Massnahme besteht die Möglichkeit, die Löcher des Siebteiles nach jedem Gebrauch rasch reinigen zu können.
Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert, in welchen ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen Handpresse dargestellt ist. Es zeigen Fig. l eine Seitenansicht der Handpresse im halboffenem Zustand, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht derselben im offenen Zustand und Fig. 3 einen Längsschnitt der Handpresse zu Beginn der Presstätigkeit.
Die Handpresse der erfindungsgemässen Bauart besteht aus zwei doppelarmigen, bei--5--miteinander gelenkig verbundenen Hebeln --1, 2-- mit ungleich langen Armen--l', l"bzw. 2', 2"--von welchen die längeren--l', 2'--als Griffstelle und die kürzeren--l"bzw. 2"--als Drücker--3--bzw. Siebteil --4-- dienen. Hiebei kann das Gelenk auch lösbar bzw. offen sein, so dass die beiden Hebel zu Reinigungszwecken voneinander gelöst werden können. Sowohl Drücker --3-- als auch Siebteil--4-- besitzen einen Boden--6 bzw. 7--und eine diesen in Längsrichtung an einer Seite flankierende Wand--8 bzw. 9--, während die andere Seite offen ist.

Selbstverständlich können im Rahmen der Erfindung verschiedene konstruktive Änderungen vorgenommen werden. So ist es beispielsweise möglich, die Stifte--14--, Dorne od. dgl. auf einer eigenen Platte vorzusehen, die mit dem Hebel--l--bzw. dessen längerem Arm lösbar verbunden wird. Sie kann aber auch in einem der beiden Hebel untergebracht und nur zum Gebrauch herausnehmbar sein.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Handpresse für Früchte od. dgl., die aus zwei mit ungleich langen Armen ausgebildeten doppelarmigen Hebeln besteht, deren kürzere Arme als Drücker und Siebteil und deren längere Arme als Griffe ausgebildet sind, eine mit Stiften, Dornen od. dgl. besetzte Platte od. dgl. Fläche vorgesehen ist, deren Stifte, Dorne od. dgl. in der Anordnung der Löcher des Siebteiles von der Platte abstehen und in die Löcher des Siebteiles einführbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit Stiften (14), Dornen od. dgl. besetzte Platte od. dgl.
