Endoprothese für den proximalen Hüftteil (Priorität: 4. Mai 1972 UdSSR Fr. 1776052)
Die Erfindung "betrifft künstliche Gelenke, die operativ als Gelenkersatz eingesetzt werden, insbesondere eine Endoprothese für den proxiiua le n Hüftteil. Eine derartige Endoprothese kann sowohl einzeln als auch zusammen mit einem künstlichen Hüftgelenk eingesetzt werden, um die verlorene Beweglichkeit des Hüftgelenkes infolge der Eschterewschen Krankheit, vei-forinender Arthrose, . rheumatischer Arthritis und ." aseptischer Nekrose des Schenkelkopfes sowie infolge Schenkelfraktur bei älteren Personen . wiederherzustellen.
Es sind Endoprothesen für den proximalen Hüftteil "bekannt, z.B. eine Endoprothese für den proximalen Hüftteil, die zu einem künstlichen Hüftgelenk von Siwasch (Urheberschein Nr. 278022» 1966, UdSSR) gehört. Diese Endoprothesen bestehen aus einen· Zopf mit einem Hals und einem Stift mit einem Feststeller für den großen Rollhügel.

Bei dieser Endoprothese sind der Schenkelkopf und -hals mit dem Stift fest verbunden. Im Falle eines Verschleisses des Schenkelkopfes oder einer Schenkelhalsfraktur ist die Endoprothese völlig, also einschließlich des Stiftes zu entfernen.
Darüber hinaus läßt die besagte Endoprothese keine Veränderung der Länge des Schenkelhalses in Anpassung an anatomische Besonderheiten des Kranken zu.
Das Ziel der Erfindung besteht in der Entwicklung einer von den besprochenen Nachteilen freien Endoprothese für proximalen Hüftteil.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Endoprothese für den proximalen Hüftteil zu entwickeln, deren Kopf und Hals mit dem Stift lösbar verbunden sind.
Die Aufgabe wiri dadurch gelöst, daß bei der Endoprothese für den proximalen Hüftteil, die aus einem Kopf mit einem Hals sowie einem Stift mit einem darin befestigten Feststeller- für den großen Rollhügel besteht, gemäß der Erfindung der Kopf und der Hals mit dem Stift verschraubt werden, wozu das proximale Stiftende eine Verbreiterung hat, die längs der Halsachse eine Aussparung zur Aufnahme eines im. unteren Teil des Halses angebrachten geschlitzten Gewinde schaftes besitzt, während a.ev Feststeller für den großen Rollhügel gegen sein innerhalb des Stiftes befindliches Ende verlängert und verbreitert ist und gleichzeitig als Raste für den geschlitzten Schaft des Halses dient.

Die vorgeschlagene Endoprothese für den proximalen Hüftteil hat den Vor-teil, daß im Notfall der Kopf ohne Herausnehmen des Stiftes aus dem Knochenkanal ersetzt und der Hals je nach den anatomischen Besonderheiten des Kranken verlängert bzw. verkürzt werden kann.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand des in der beigefügten Zeichnung dargestellten. Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Fig. 2 die Ansicht (Pfeil A der Fig. 1) auf einen geschlitzten Schaft.
Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Endoprothese für den proximalen Hüftteil besitzt einen Kopf 1 mit einem Hals 2 und einen Stift 3 mit Fenstern 4, in die das Knochengewebe hineinwachsen soll. Das proximale Stiftende 3 hat eine Verbreiterung 5, die längs der Achse 6 des Halses 2 eine Aussparung 7 zur Aufnahme eines im Unterteil des Halses 2 angebrachten geschlitzten Gewindeschaft 8 aufweist.
Weiterhin ist in der Verbreiterung 5 längs der Rollhügelachse 9 eine Bohrung 10 vorgesehen, worin ein als Schraube 11 ausgestalteter Feststeller für den großen B.ollhügel eingebracht ist, dessen innerhalb der Verbreiterung 5 befindliches Ende verlängert und verbreitert ist. Die Schraube 11 und der Schaft 8 sind so zueinander angeordnet, daß die Schraube 11 bei ihrem Eintritt durch den Schlitz

des Schaftes 8 als Raste dieses Schaftes dient und dadurch später ein selbsttätiges Herausschrauben des Halses 2 verhindert.
Die Schraube 11 ist mit zwei Muttern 12 gesichert.
in Darüber hinaus ist eine weitere Bohrung 13 der Yerbreiterung
5 vorgesehen,die den operativen Eingriff erleichtern soll.
In Fig. 2 ist eine Ansicht auf den Schaft 8 nach Pfeil A gezeigt, die die ßchlitzform des Schaftes 8 erkennen läßt.
Die beschriebene Endoprothese für den proximalen Hüftteil wird folg ender maß en zusammengebaut·
In die Aussparung 7 (Fig· 1) schraubt man den Hals 2 ein. Dann wird die Schraube 11 mit ihren chnialen Ende in die Bohrung 10 so eingeführt, daß sie durch den Schlitz des Schaftes nxndurchgehtj anschließend kontert man die Schraube 11 mittels zweier Muttern 12, wobei . die Schraube 11 gespannt und der Schaft 8 zuverlässig gegen ein selbsttätiges Herausschrauben gesichert wird.

    Endoprothese für den proximalen Hüftteil, die einen in seinei Hals übergehenden Kopf und einen mit diesem Hals verbundenen Stift mit einem darin befestigten Feststeller für den großen Rollhügel aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Hals (2) mit dem Stift (3) verschraubt wird, wozu das proximale Ende des Stiftes (3) eine Verbreiterung (5) aufweist, die längs ä.ev Achse (6) des Halses (2) eine Aussparung (7) zur Aufnahme eines im unteren Teil des Halses (2) angebrachten geschlitzten Gewindeschaftes (8) besitzt, wobei der Feststeller für den großen Rollhügel gegen sein innerhalb des Stiftes (3) "befindliches Ende verlängert und verbreitert ist und gleichzeitig als Raste für den geschlitzten Schaft (8) des Halses (2) dient.
