Description
The invention relates to an elevator on ships with a vertical guide frame, a conveyor box movable therein and a drive.
Solche Aufzüge sind bekannt.Such elevators are known.
Modern supertankers are of considerable size and their tanks are usually deep from 25 to 30 m. During the construction period no elevators were used within the ship's hull, because these are difficult to transport into and out of the ship's hull and likewise difficult to accommodate there.
Schließlich ist es dem Bedienungspersonal einer derartigen Arbeitsbühne auch nicht möglich, die Bewegung der Bühne durch die Öffnungen im Deck zu beobachten und damit auch nur die primitivste Forderung an eine sichere Steuerung der Bühnen zu erfüllen.in the journal "Schiff und Hafen", no. 2, 1971. pp. 108 and 109, it has been suggested that access to the bulkheads and bulkhead decks of a ship be dadc-ch during the construction period and later during inspection, maintenance and repair work make it easier that special working platforms, which can be moved up and down with the help of fixed wire ropes, are introduced into the ship's hull. The wire ropes of the working platforms are guided through permanent openings in the deck. Such work platforms are not suitable for transporting building materials and people. In particular, their lifting and lowering speed is not designed for such transport work, quite apart from the fact that they do not offer sufficient security for the transport of valuable goods. Finally, it is also not possible for the operating personnel of such a working platform to observe the movement of the platform through the openings in the deck and thus to meet even the most primitive requirement for safe control of the platforms.
To solve the transport problems inside the ship during the construction phase, it is therefore necessary to use elevators of the type described above. Permanently installed pullers are unsuitable for this. The present invention is based on the object of constructing an elevator for quick and uncomplicated installation in the hull of a ship, which elevator can grow with the construction of the ship and can be removed without difficulty when the construction work is completed.
This object is achieved according to the invention in an elevator of the type described in that the guide frame is suspended in an opening in the deck of the ship so that it can be dismantled and extends into the interior of the ship, that a part of the frame projects beyond the deck and that the frame is at the opening is vertically adjustable.
Such an elevator can be set up in the ship and easily removed therefrom when it is no longer needed. Daüber, the elevator of the invention to different hulls r depth can be adjusted in accordance with light.
Es zeigiThe invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing described and explained. It shows

With S is a built up from several parts'; Filling rack called. The connection between the sections is denoted by 2. The frame has vertical tubes 3. Within the frame 1 : a conveyor box 4 is movably guided. The frame i?,; provided with suspension eyes 5 in a suspension yoke 6 which is attached to the upper end of the frame. At these suspension eyes 5, the frame 1 in the assembled state can be lowered into the ship to a desired depth with the aid of a crane through an opening in a ship deck 7. The frame ! can be hung in the deck 7 with the aid of beams 8 which are arranged around the frame and which are designed in such a way that they can be fastened to the pipes 3 at a suitable height. The lowest part 9 of the frame 1 is intentionally left free; -the underlying parts of the ship or its floor.
Doors 10 and stop bracket 11 are preferred adjustable along the frame 1 to a allow easy adjustment to the desired stop height of the conveyor box.
The feeder box 4 for example, is operated du r ch racks or cable. For the construction of the frame, for example, components from conventional building structures can be used.
