Description

  • K l e b e b a n d Die Erfindung betrifft ein Klebeband zum Verhinden von Bauteilen.
  • Es ist bekannt, Glasfaserplatten mit eingedickten Duroplast-Komponenten zu imprögnieren und derartige Matten zwischen beheizten Pressmatritzen unter Druck und Wärme zum Ausfließen und Aushärten zu brirren. Wälirend das besclxriebene Verfahren ausschlißlich zur Herstellung von Körpern Verwendung findet, ist zum Verkleben von Banteilen bislang lediglich der Einsatz jeweils entsprechendeer duroplastischer kleber be..armt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt demgegenüber insbesondere die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine neue Nöglichkeit zum Verkleben von Bauteilen, besonders von groben und unhandlicnen Bauteilen, zu schaffen. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Kombination folgender Herkmmle gelöst; a) das Klebehand ist ungesöttigten und unter Wärmezufuhr reaktionsfähigen Duroplast-Komponenten versehen; b) die Duroplast-Komponenten sind voreingedickt; c) im und/oder an Klebebaud ist eine Beizeinrichtung vorgesehen.
  • Ersichtlicherweise können durch die Erfindung optimal einfach Bauteile derart verklebt werden, daß sie zunächst unter Zwischenfügen des erfindungsgemäßen Klebebands in die Geväzlschte Relatilage zueinander gebracht werden und zu einem beliebig wählbaren Zeitpukt durch Betätigen der Heizeinrichtung kurzfristig die Iteaktionverklebung vollendet wird.
  • Der erfindungsgemäß erreichte technische Fortschritt wird dabei sowohl durch die Kombination als auch insbesondere durch die neuon offenbarten Einzelmerkinale gewährleistet, diese Elementschutz beantragt wird.
  • Selbstverständlich kann das Klebeband Je nach Anwendungsfall und Material der zu verbindenden Bauteile mit geeigneten Duroplast-Komponenten versehen sein und dabei gleichfalls entweder starr oder flexibel ausgebildet werden.
  • Der Heilvorgang faßt sich dabei einfach beverkstelligen, wenn die induktive Heizelemente aufweist. Dazu bietet sich insbesondere die Anordnung von metallischen Kdrpern, wie z.B. Stahldraht oder Stahldrahtgeflechten an, welche unter Einfluß eines Induktionsfeld in beliebig regelbarem Ausmaß erhitzt werden können.
  • Besonders vorteilhaft läßt sich die Beheizung des Klebobandes auch herbeiführen, wenn die Heizeinrichtung ohmsche Heizelemente aufweist. Die Heizelemente können dabei z.B.
  • verflochtene oder parallel gerichtete Viderstandsdrähte sein, bzw. als unregelmäßiger Taserverbund ausgebildet sein.
  • Als Winderstandselemente können dabei beliebige stromleitende Materialen, wie insbesondere metallische Workstoffe oder Kohlenstoff vorgesehen werden. Die Ausbildung der Winderstandsdrähte kann auch vortelhaft durch Beschichten von Nichtleitern mit derartigen leitfähigen Werkstoffen erreicht werden. @benfalls vorteilhaft lassen sich flächige Leiterschienten zur Anwend@ @@riegen, da dadurch insbesondere gleich@äßi@e Wärmeübetranung auf die Duroplast-Komponenten gewährleistet wird.
  • Sofern zur Erreichung bess@erer Festigkeitsei enschaften sowie einfacherer Handhabbazeit das Klebeband ein Trägerband zur Aufnabne der Duroplast-Komponenten aufweist, kann ohne veiteres das Trägerband selbst durch entsprechende Beschichtung und/oder @aier alansvahl als Heizelement ausgebildet sein. Andrerseits ist ohne weiteres das einfache Linflechten und/oder zin- bzw. Auflegen von Heizelementen auf das Trägeband denkbar. Dabei lassen sich sowohl Glasfasern als auch Textil- oder @anstfasern besonders einfacht mit drahtförmigen Heizl@@nenten verweben bzw. verlochten und/oder durch entsprechenden leitfähigen Überzug leitfähig und da@it elektrisch beheizbar machen.
  • Zur Materialeinse@rung können band- oder drabtförmige Heizelemente selbstverständlich regelmäßig oder unregelmäßig mit Abswand venerinander in Kunststoffband angeordnet werden. Die Anordnung kann dabei z.B. in Längsrichtung, was elektrisch gesehen einer Parallelschaltung entspricht, oder beliebig mäanderförmig, entsprechend einer Serienschaltung, vorgenommen werden.
  • Fiir die von Körpern alls verschiedenen Materialien kann es zur Gewährleistung eines optimale Verbunds von Vorteil sein wenn die Heizelemente außermittig im Klebebandquerschnitt angeordnet sind, so daß jeweils unterschiedliche Harzmenge und/oder Harzerhitzung entsprechende der Materialpaarung erreicht wird.
  • Dabei können auch die Banoberflächen mit Haftvermittler beschichtet werden oder in weiterer Ausgestaltung auf den Bandoberflächen Jeweils verschiedene Ilarzeinstellungen und/oder Harz-Komponenten aufgetragen sein.
  • Insgesamt ermöglicht die Erflndlng die Anwendung von Kunststoff-Klebe techniken in völlig neuen Bereichen und Di ensionen. Der technische Fortschritt und der erfinderische Inhalt des Anmeldungsgegenstandes wird dabei jeweils sowohl durch die offenbarten neuen Einzelmersmale als nach insbesondere durch Kombination und Unterkonibination aller Verwendung findenden Merkmale gewährleistet.

Claims (14)

Patentansprüche
1. Klebeband zum Verbinden von Bauteilen, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination folgender Merkmale: a) das Klebeband ist mit ungesättigten und unter Wärmezufuhr reaktionsfähigen Duroplast-Komponenten vorsehen; b) die Duroplast-Komponenten sind voreingediclct; c) iii und/oder al Klebeband ist eine Heizeinrichtung vorgesehen.
2. Klebeband nach Anspruch 1 d a d u r c h g 2 e k e n nz e i c h n e t, d a ß die Heizeinrichtung induktive Heizelemente aufweist.
3. Klebeband nach Anspruch 1 d a d a r c h C; e k e n nz c i c h n e t, d a ß die Heizeinrichtung ohm'sche Heizelemente aufweist.

5. Klebeband nach Anspruch 4 d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a ß das Trägerband aus Glas fasern besteht.

9. Klebeband nach Anspruch 4 d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a ß das Trägerband aus einer Thermoplastband besteht.
10. Klebeband nach Anspruch 9 d a d u r c h g e k e n nz e i c h n e t, d a ß das Thes @oolastband perforiert ist.
11. Klebeband nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 10 d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a ß die Weizelwerte Widerstandsdrähte sind.
12. Klebeband nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 10 d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a ß die Weizelwerte G@ne @@@ene eine flächige Leiterschicht gebildet werden.
13. Klebeband nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 10 d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a ß die Weizelwerte behaftige wird zur aufwerden und als Trager und zur anlichelbaren Aufnahme der Meroplast- komponenten vorgesehen sind.
14. Klebeband nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 13 d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a ß Träkerband und/oder Weizelwerte a@@shrittig im Lebeband-Querschnitt angeordnet sind.
11. Klebeband nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche d ad u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, d a ß Heizelemente und/oder Trägerband streifenförmig mit Abstand voneninander angeorndet sind.
