Vollschaftfräser aus Cermet-Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steigungswinkel (&THgr;) einer Schneidkante (2) im Bereich von 40° bis 50° liegt, und daß das Cermet-Material im wesentlichen aus einerCermet-Materialzusammensetzung auf NbC-TiC-TiN-Basis besteht. - 2. Cermetfraser mit Vollschaft nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steigungswinkel (&THgr;) 45°+ 2° beträgt und daß die Cermet-Zusammensetzung eine Hartmaterialphase auf NbC-TiC-TiN-WC-Mo-C-Basis und eine Metallphase, die Ni oder Co oder eine Legierung von Ni und Co aufweist, enthält.
- 3. Cermetfraser mit Vollschaft nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Cermet-Zusammensetzung 10 bis 50 % NbC, 10 bis 40 % TiC, 5 bis 10 % TiN, 10 bis 25 % WC und 5 bis 20 % Mo3C als Hartmaterialphase enthält.
- 4. Cermetfräser mit Vollschaft nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Cermet-Zusammensetzung eine Hartmaterialphase-mit 50 % NbC, 10 % TiC, 5 % TiN, 10 % WC und 5 % Mo„C aufweist.
- 5. Cermetfräser mit Vollschaft nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Cermet-Zusammensetzung eine Hartmaterialphase mit 30 % NbC, 20 % TiC, 5 % TiN, 15 % WC und 15 % Mo3C aufweist.
- 6. Cermetfräser mit Vollschaft nach einem der■Ansprüche 1 bis 5,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil des NbC durch TaC ersetzt ist.
- 7. Cermetfräser mit Vollschaft nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die halbe Menge an NbC durch TaC ersetzt ist.— 3 —1
- 8. Cermetfraser mit Vollschaft nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein kreisförmiger Schneidrücken (21) am Ende des Fräser-5 schaftes vorgesehen ist, um den Schneidwinkel (&THgr;1) zu vergrößern.
- 9. Cermetfraser mit Vollschaft nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, 10 daß der Schneidwinkel (&THgr;1) ungefähr 90° beträgt.
