"Herbizide und pestizide Mittel"
Die Erfindung betrifft SuIfoxirainderivate, die herbizide
und pestizide Eigenschaften aufweisen.
Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung biologisch aktive Mittel aus einem Träger oder einem oberflächenaktiven Mittel
oder sowohl einem Träger wie einem oberflächenaktiven Mittel zusammen mit wenigstens einem Sulfoximinderivat der allgemeinen
Formel:

in der R- eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Arylgruppe, R„ eine

Alkyl- oder Arylgruppe oder IL und Hp zusammen eine PoIymethylengruppe
und H^ ein Wasserstoff- oder Halogenatom oder eine Nitro- oder Acylgruppe bedeuten, oder Salze solcher
Verbindungen als Wirkstoff. Beispiele geeigneter Substituenten an der Arylgruppe sind Halogenatome, Hydroxy-, Nitro-,
Alkyl-, Alkylamino- und Dialkylaminogruppen sowie Dialkylphosphorothionatgruppen.
Unter "Acylgruppe" wird im folgenden im weitesten Sinn eine Gruppe verstanden, die durch. Entfernen einer Hydroxylgruppe
aus einer organischen Säure erhalten worden ist und nicht P ausschließlich Gruppen umfaßt, die von Garbonsäuren und ihren
Thioanalogen abgeleitet sind, wie z.B. Alkaneylgruppen und
substituierte Carbamoylgruppen, sondern auch Gruppen, die
von substituierten Garbonsäuren und Thiocarbonsäuren abgeleitet sind, z„B. Alkoxycarbonylgruppen und Alkylthiocarbonylgruppen,
oder solche, die von organischen Schwefelsäuren abgeleitet sind$ z.B. eine Alkyl- oder Arylsulfonylgruppe.
Bevorzugte Mittel gemäß der Erfindung sind solche, bei denen der Wirkstoff ein SuIfoximinderivat der Formel I ist,
wobei ü. eine Phenylgruppe darstellt, die gegebenenfalls mit
einem oder mit mehreren Halogenatomen, z.B. Chlor-, Bromfc oder Jodatomen oder durch eine oder mehrere Nitrogruppen
oder eine Hydroxy- oder Alkylgruppe, wie eine Methylgruppe oder Alkylaminogruppe, z.B. die Propylaminogruppe, eine
Dialkylaminogruppe, z.B. die Dipropylaminogruppe oder Dialkylphosphorothionatgruppe,
z.B., Diäthylphosphorothionatgruppe, substituiert ist, E2 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen
ist, z.B. die Methyl- oder eine Phenylgruppe oder It. und Rp zusammen eine Polymethylengruppe mit bis
zu 5 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeuten, z.B. die Tetramethylengruppe und S7 ein Wasserstoff- oder Chloratom, eine gegebenenfalls
chlorierte Alkanoylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen,

oder Dimethylcarbamoylgruppe, eine Alkoxycarbonylgruppe, insbesondere
eine Äthoxycarbonylgruppe, eine Aralkoxycarbonylgruppe,
insbesondere eine Benzyloxycarbonylgruppe, eine (Alkylthio)carbonylgruppe, insbesondere die (Äthylthio)-carbonylgruppe
oder eine Alkyl-, Aryl- oder Alkarylsulfonylgruppe,
25.B. eine Methylsulfonyl-, Phenylsulfonyl- oder Tosylgruppe
oder ein Sulfat oder Alkarylsulfonat, z.B. Toluolsulfonat
einer solchen Verbindung bedeutet.
Besonders bevorzugte Mittel sind solche, die als aktiven Bestandteil die Verbindung
S-(3,5-Dinitro-4-N',N'-dipropylaminophenyl)-S-methylsulfox-
imin enthalten.
Der größte Teil der Verbindungen,* die in den erfindungsgemäßen
Mitteln verwendet werden, sind neue Verbindungen. Daher umfaßt die Erfindung auch neue SuIfoximinderivate
der Formel I, in der E., R„ und R, die genannte Bedeutung
haben mit der Maßgabe, daß, wenn R^ und R„ jeweils eine
Phenylgruppe oder zusammen eine Tetramethylengruppe bedeuten
oder R1 eine Phenylgruppe ist, die in 4-Stellung
durch ein Chloratom oder eine Nitro- oder Methylgruppe substituiert ist und R2 eine Methylgruppe darstellt, R,
kein Wasserstoffatom darstellt.
Bevorzugte und besonders bevorzugte SuIfoximinderivate mit
der genannten Maßgabe sind diejenigen, die oben als aktive

Bestandteile der bevorzugten und besonders bevorzugten herbiziden und pestiziden mittel genannt worden sind.
Die Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls" Verfahren zur Herstellung

wobei R, ein Wasserstoffatom bedeutet, werden durch Umsetzen
eines Sulfoxids der Formel:

mit Stickstoffwasserstoffsäure, die zweckmäßig in situ
durch Einwirken einer Säure, z.B. Schwefelsäures auf ein
Alkalimetallazid, z.B. Natriumazids erzeugt werden kann, hergestellt.
Die Reaktion kann in einem organischen Lösungsmittel, wie Chloroform, durchgeführt werden.
Diejenigen Verbindungen, in deren Formel I R^ eine Acyl-;
gruppe bedeutet, können im allgemeinen dadurch erhalten werden, daß eine Verbindung der Formel I, in der R^ ein Wasserstoff
atom bedeutet, mit einem Acylhalogenid, zweckmäßig einem Acylchlorid, vorzugsweise in Gegenwart eines Akzeptors
für Halogenwasserstoff, z.B., einem tertiären Aaiin, wie
Triäthylamin oder Pyridin, umgesetzt wird. Die Reaktion
kann gegebenenfalls in einem inerten organischen Lösungsmittel, z.B0, Äther, durchgeführt werden.
Andere Verfahren können in bestimmten Fällen angewendet werden, Vielehe manchmal als zweckmäßigere Verfahren vorzuziehen
sind. Diejenigen Verbindungen, in deren Formel I R, eine Alkanoyigruppe bedeutet, können durch Umsetzen des ent-

sprechenden Sulfoximins mit einem Säureanhydrid, zweckmäßig
in Gegenwart der entsprechenden Säure, erhalten werden. Diejenigen Verbindungen, in deren Formel I R^ eine
mono-N-substituierte Carbamoylgruppe bedeutet, können durch Umsetzen des Sulfoximins mit einem organischen Isocyanat
hergestellt werden.
Diejenigen Verbindungen, in deren Formel I R, ein Halogenatom
bedeutet, können durch Umsetzen des Sulfoximins mit einem Halogenierungsmittel erhalten werden, das z.B.
elementares Halogen oder ein Alkalimetallhypohalogenit, wie Natriumhypochlorit in saurer Lösung, vorzugsweise in
wäßriger Essigsäurelösung, sein kann. Die Verbindungen, in deren Formel IR, eine Nitrogruppe bedeutet, können durch
Nitrieren des Sulfoximins hergestellt werden, wobei z.B. ein Gemisch von Salpetersäure und Schwefelsäure verwendet
wird.
Unter "Träger" wird im folgenden ein Material verstanden, das anorganischer oder organischer oder synthetischer oder
natürlicher Herkunft sein kann, mit welchem die aktive Verbindung vermischt oder formuliert wird, um die Anwendung
auf Pflanzen, Samen, den Boden oder einen anderen zu behandelnden Gegenstand oder die Lagerung, den Transport
oder die Handhabung zu erleichtern. Der Träger kann fest oder eine Flüssigkeit sein. Die gewöhnlich zur Formulierung
von Herbiziden und Pestiziden angewendeten Mittel können als Träger verwendet werden.
Geeignete feste Träger sind natürliche und synthetische Tone und Silikate, z.B. natürliche Siliciumdioxide, wie
Diatomeenerde, Magnesiumsilicate, z.B. Talkarten, Magnesiumaluminiumsilicate, z.B. 'Attapulgite und Vermiculite,
Aluminiumsilicate, z.B. Kaolinite, Montmorillonite und Glimmer, Calciumcarbonate, Calciumsulfat, synthetische hydra-

tisierte Siliciumoxide und synthetische Calcium- oder Aluminiumsilicate, Elemente, z.B. Kohlenstoff und Schwefel,
natürliche und synthetische Harze, z.B. Cumaronharze, Polyvinylchlorid und Styrolpolymerisate und -copolymerisate,
feste Polychlorphenole, Bitumen, Wachse, z.B. Bienenwachs,
Paraffinwachs und chlorierte Mineralwachse, sowie feste Düngemittels z.B. Superphosphate»
Geeignete flüssige Träger sind Wasser, Alkohole, z.B. Isopropanol und Glykole, Ketone, z„Bo Aceton, Methyläthylketon,
Hethylisob,utylketon und Cyclohexanon, Äther, aromati-
w sehe Kohlenwasserstoffe, z.B. Benzols Toluol und Xylol,
Petroleumfraktionen, z.B. Kerosin, leichte Mineralöle,
chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffes z.B. Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
Perchloräthylen und Trichloräthan sowie verflüssigte, gewöhnlich
dampfförmige oder gasförmige Verbindungen. Gemische von verschiedenen Flüssigkeiten sind häufig geeignet.
Das oberflächenaktive Mittel kann ein Emulgator oder ein Dispergiermittel oder ein Netzmittel sein. Es kann nicht
ionisch oder ionisch sein« Die gewöhnlich bei der Formulierung von Herbiziden oder Pestiziden verwendeten oberflächenaktiven
Mittel können verwendet werden. Beispiele fe geeigneter oberflächenaktiver Mittel sind die Natriumoder
Calciumsalze von Polyacrylsäuren und Ligninsulfonsäuren,
die Kondensationsprodukte von Fettsäuren oder aliphatischen Aminen oder Amiden mit wenigstens 12 Kohlenstoffatomen im
Molekül mit Äthylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid, Fettsäureester von Glycerin, Sorbit^Sucrose oder Pentaerythrit,
■Kondensate dieser Verbindungen mit Äthylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid, Kondensationsprodukte von Fettalkoholen oder
Alky!phenolen, z.B. p-Octylphenol oder p-Octylcresol mit
Äthylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid, Sulfate oder Sulfonate dieser Kondensationsprodukte, Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetallsalze,
vorzugsweise Natriumsalze von Schwefelsäureestern oder

Sulfonsäureester]! mit wenigstens 10 Kohlenstoffatomen im
Molekül, z.B. Nat-riumlauryl sulfat, Natrium-sek.-alkylsulfate,
Natriumsalze von sulfoniertem Riziniusöl und Natriumalkylarylsulfonate, wie Natriumdodecylbenzolsulfonat,
sowie Polymere von Äthylenoxid und Copolymere von Äthylenoxid und Propylenoxid.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel können als benetzbare Pulver, Staubpräparate, Granulate, Lösungen, emulgierbare Konzentrage,
Emulsionen, konzentrierte Suspensionen und Aerosole formuliert werden. Benetzbare Pulver werden gewöhnlich so
zusammengestellt, daß sie 25, 50 oder 75 Gew.-% Wirkstoff
und gewöhnlich außer dem festen Träger 3 bis 10 Gew.-%
eines Dispergiermittels und, falls erforderlich, 0 bis 10 Gew.-% Stabilisatoren und/oder anderer Zusätze, wie
Mittel zur Verbesserung des Eindringens oder des Haftens,
enthalten. Staubpräparate werden gewöhnlich als Staubkonzentrat ähnlicher Zusammensetzung wie diejenige von
benetzbaren Pulvern, aber ohne Dispergiermittel, formuliert und auf dem Feld mit weiterem festen Träger verdünnt,
wobei ein Mittel erhalten wird, das gewöhnlich 1/2 bis 10 Gew.-% Wirkstoff enthält. Granulate werden gevröhnlich so
hergestellt, daß ihre Große einer lichten Siebmaschenweise von 1,6?5 bis 0,152 mm entspricht, wobei die Herstellung
durch Agglomerations- oder Imprägnierungsverfahren erfolgt.
Im allgemeinen enthalten die Granulate 1/2 bis 25 Gew.-%
Wirkstoff und 0 bis 10 Gew.-% Zusätze, wie Stabilisatoren, Mittel zur Verlangsamung der Wirkstoffabgabe und Bindemittel.
Emulgierbare Konzentrate enthalten gewöhnlich zusätzlich zum Lösungsmittel und, falls erforderlich, Kolösungsmittel,
10 bis 50 Gew.-% Wirkstoff, 2 bis 20 Gew.-%
Emulgatoren und 0 bis 20 Gew.-% entsprechender Zusätze, wie Stabilisatoren, Mittel zur Verbesserung des Eindringens und

Korrosionsinhibitoren, auf das Volumen bezogen. Eonzentrierte
Suspensionen werden so zusammengestellt, daß ein stabiles, nicht sedimentierendes fließfähiges Produkt
erhalten wird. Sie enthalten gewöhnlich 10 bis 75 Gew.-% Wirkstoff, 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-% Dispergiermittel, 0,1 bis
10 Gew.-% Suspendiermittel, wie Schutzkolloide und thixotrope Mittel, 0 bis 10 Gew.-% entsprechender Zusätze,
wie Entschäumungsmittel, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Stabilisatoren,
Mittel zur Verbesserung des Eindringens und Haftens sowie als-Träger Wasser oder eine organische Flüssigkeit,
k in welcher der Wirkstoff praktisch unlöslich ist. Bestimmte organische Feststoffe oder anorganische Salze können im
Träger gelöst sein, um die Sedimentation zu verhüten oder als Frostschutzmittel bei der Anwendung von Wasser.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel können auch andere Bestandteile enthalten, z.B. andere Verbindungen mit herbiziden,
Pestiziden oder fungiziden Eigenschaften.
Wäßrige Dispersionen und Emulsionen, z.B. Mittel, die durch Verdünnen eines benetzbaren Pulvers oder eines
emulgierbaren Konzentrats gemäß der Erfindung mit Wasser erhalten werden, liegen ebenfalls im Erfindungsbereich.
Diese Emulsionen können Wasser-in-Öl-Emulsionen oder Öl-inWasser-Emulsionen sein und sie können ein dickes mayonnaiseartiges
Aussehen haben. -
Im Bereich der Erfindung liegt ebenfalls ein Verfahren
zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und/oder Insekten und/oder Acariden bei Anbauflächen, was darin besteht, daß auf die
Anbaufläche eine biologisch wirksame Menge eines Mittels oder eines Sulfoximinderivats gemäß der Erfindung aufgebracht
wird. . ,
Die Erfindung wird durch die folgenden Beispiele näher erläutert,

Beispiel 1 S-(2-Chlor~4-nitrophenyl)-S-methylsulfoximiii
Es wurden 11 g 2-Chlor-4-nitrophenyl-methylsulfoxid in
einem Gemisch aus 200 ml trockenem Chloroform und 20 ml konzentrierter Schwefelsäure gelöst. Zu dem auf 48 Ms
53°C über 3 h gehaltenen Gemisch wurden 6,5 g trockenes
Natriumazid zugefügt. Das Gemisch wurde weitere 24 h
bei dieser Temperatur heftig gerührt und dann in Eiswasser gegossen. Die Chloroformschicht wurde abgetrennt
und die wäßrige Schicht wurde mit wäßriger Natriumcarbonatlösung
neutralisiert. Die neutralisierte Lösung wurde mit Chloroform extrahiert und die kombinierten Chloroformlösungen
wurden über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet und unter vermindertem Druck zur Trockene eingedampft.
Es wurde das gewünschte Produkt vom F. 85 bis 880C erhalten.

Es wurden 1,5 g S-(2~Chlor-4-nitrophenyl)-S-methylsulfoximin,
das wie gemäß Beispiel 1 hergestellt worden war, sowie 1 ml Essigsäureanhydrid in 4 ml Eisessig 1 h auf 5O0G erhitzt.
Zu dem Gemisch wurde Wasser zugefügt und die erhaltene feste Substanz wurde abfiltriert, getrocknet und aus einem
Gemisch aus Aceton und Petroläther (Kp. 40 bis 60°C) umkristallisiert. Es wurde das gewünschte Produkt vom i1.
161 bis 163°C erhalten.

50 ml trockenem Chloroform mit gasförmigem Chlor unter Bestrahlung
mit einer Heizlampe 2 h behandelt. Das Gemisch wurde abfiltriert und die erhaltene feste Substanz wurde
aus einem Gemisch aus Aceton und Petroläther (Kp. 40 bis 6O0G)

umkristallisiert. Es wurde das gewünschte Produkt vom F. 158 bis 1600C erhalten.

S-Methyl-S-(4- nitrophenyl)-N-(N', N'-dimethylcarbamoyl)-sulfoximin
Es wurden 0,75 g S-Methyl-S-(4-nitrophenyl)sulfoximin und
0,4 g DimethylcarbamoylChlorid in'40 ml trockenem Pyridin
6 h am Rückfluß erhitzt. Die Lösung wurde unter vermindertem Druck zur Trockene eingedampft. Der Rückstand wurde mit
verdünnter Salzsäure behandelt und mit Benzol extrahiert. Die Benzolextrakte wurden getrocknet und unter vermindertem
Druck zur Trockene eingedampft. Es wurde das gewünschte Produkt vom F. 135 bis 137°C erhalten.

Es wurden 1,0g S-Methyl-S-(4-nitrophenyl)sulfoximin und
0,6 g Phenylisocyanat in einem Gemisch aus Toluol und Petroläther (Kp. 60 bis 8O0C) von 2:1 4 1/2 h am Rückfluß erhitzt.
Die Lösung wurde filtriert und unter vermindertem Druck zur Trockene eingedampft. Der Rückstand wurde mit einem
heißen Gemisch aus Aceton'und Petroläther (Kp. 60 bis 800C)
verrührt. Es wurde das gewünschte Produkt als kristalline

Substanz vom P. 148 bis 150°C erhalten.

filtriert und unter vermindertem Druck zur Trockene eingedampft.
Es wurde das gewünschte Produkt vom F. 70 bis 73°C erhalten.

Beispiel 7
1,0 g S-(4-Chlorphenyl)-S-methylsulfoximin wurde tropfenweise
mit 3 ml rauchender Schwefelsäure und anschließend mit
1 ml rauchender Salpetersäure bei 5 "bis 15°C behandelt. Das Gemisch wurde 6 h bei 30 bis 35°C gerührt und danach
in eine Lösung von Natriumhydroxid in Eis gegossen. Nach heftigem Rühren wurde ein weißer Niederschlag erhalten,
der abfiltriert, getrocknet und aus einem Gemisch aus Aceton und Petroläther (Kp.. 40 bis 6O0C) umkristallisiert wurde.
Es wurde S-(4-Chlor-3-nit,rophenyl)-S-methyl-N-nitrosulfoximin
als farblose kristalline Substanz vom F. 164 bis168°C erhalten.

aus Äthanol das gewünschte Produkt vom F. 125 bis 127°C ergab. '

Zur Prüfung der Herbizidwirkung wurden die erfindungsgemäßen
Verbindungen gegenüber einer repräsentativen Auswahl folgender Pflanzen geprüft: Mais, Zea mays (Mz); Hafer,
Avena sativa (0); Eaigras, Lolium perenne (RG); Erbse,
Bsum sativum (P); Lein, Linum usitatissium (L); Senf,
Sinapis alba (M); und Zuckerrübe, Beta vulgaris (SB).
Die Versuche wurden in zwei Gruppen als Vorauflaufversuche und als Nachauflaufversuche durchgeführt. Die Vorauflaufversuche
bestanden darin, daß eine flüssige Formulierung der Verbindung auf den Boden gespritzt wurde, in welchen
die Samen der genannten Pflanzenarten kurz .vorher ausgesät worden waren. Die Nachauflaufversuche bestanden aus zwei
Versuchsgruppen, nämlich der Tränkung des Bodens und Blattsprühversuchen. Bei der Bodentränkung wurde der Boden,
in welchem Sämlinge der genannten Pflanzenarten wuchsen, mit einer flüssigen Formulierung getränkt, die eine erfindungsgemäße
Verbindung enthielt. Bei den Blattsprühversuchen wurden Sämlinge der Pflanzen mit einer derartigen
Formulierung besprüht.
Der in den Versuchen verwendete Boden war mit Wasserdampf
sterilisierter modifizierter John Innes Compost, bei dem die Hälfte des Torfs in losen Massen durch Vermiculit
ersetzt worden war.
Die bei den Versuchen verwendeten Formulierungen wurden dadurch hergestellt, daß die Verbindungen mit Wasser ver
dünnt und Lösungen der Verbindungen in Aceton mit 0,4 Gew.-% eines Alkylphenol-äthylenoxid-Kondensats (Triton X 155)
verwendet wurden. Bei den Sprühversuchen auf den Boden und auf die Blätter wurden die Acetonlösungen mit einem glei-

chen Volumen Wasser verdünnt und die erhaltenen Formulierungen wurden in zwei Dosierungen entsprechend 10 und 1 kg Wirkstoff
je ha in einem Volumen entsprechend 400 1 je ha aufgebracht.
Bei den Bodentränkversuchen wurde ein Volumen der Acetonlösung
auf 155 Volumina mit Wasser verdünnt und die erhaltenen Formulierungen in einer Dosierung, entsprechend 10 kg Wirkstoff
je ha in einem Volumen entsprechend etwa 3.000 1 je ha angewendet.
Bei-den Vorauflaufversuchen wurde der unbehandelte besäte
Boden und bei den Nachauflaufversuchen unbehandelter Boden mit Pflanzensämlingen als Vergleichsversuche geprüft.
Die Herbizidwirkungen der Verbindungen wurden visuell 7 Tage nach dem Bespritzen der Blätter und dem Tränken des
Bodens und 11 Tage nach dem Spritzen des Bodens geprüft und in eine Wert skala von 0 bis 9 eingetragen. Eine Bewertung
0 zeigt keine Wirkung bei den behandelten Pflanzen, eine Bewertung 2 zeigt eine Verminderung des Frischgewichts von
Stengeln und Blättern der Pflanzen von etwa 25 %, eine
Bewertung 5 zeigt eine Verminderung von etwa 55 % und eine
Bewertung 9 eine Verminderung von 95 % usw. an*
Die Versuchsergebnisse sind in der folgenden Tabelle II wiedergegeben.
In den Versuchen mit bestimmten Verbindungen wurde Hafer
durch Reis Oryza sativa (R) und Raygras durch Hühnerhirse Echinochloa crusgalli (BG) ersetzt. Die Ergebnisse dieser
Versuche sind in Tabelle III wiedergegeben.

Be i s ρ i e 1 11 Insectizid- und Acarizidwirkung
Die Insectizidwirkung und die Acarizidwirkung der Verbindungen
gemäß der Erfindung wurden wie folgt geprüft.
I. Es wurde eine Lösung von 1 Gew.-% der Verbindung in
Aceton hergestellt und in einer Mikrometerspritze aufgenommen.' Es wurden erwachsene weibliche Stubenfliegen (Musca
domestica) (jeweils zwei) mit Kohlendioxid betäubt und auf dem unteren Hinterleib wurde ein Tropfen von 1 yul abgestreift.
Insgesamt wurden 20 Fliegen behandelt. Die behandelten Fliegen wurden 24 h in Glaskrügen gehalten, die
jeweils etwas gekörnten Zucker als Futter enthielten. Der Prozentsatz der toten und sterbenden Fliegen wurde danach
aufgezeichnet.
II. Es wurden jeweils 0,1 ml einer 1-gew.-%igen Lösung der Versuchsverbindung in Aceton in einem Becherglas mit
100 ml Wasser vermischt. Es wurden zwanzig Mückenlarven (Aedes aegypti), die 5 bis 6 Tage alt waren (4. Häutung)
in das Glas gesetzt und die Becher 24 h aufgehoben.
Danach wurde der Prozentsatz der toten und sterbenden Larven wiedergegeben.
III. Die Verbindungen wurden als Lösungen oder Suspensionen in Wasser mit 20 Gew.-% Aceton und 0,05 Gew.-% Triton X
als Netzmittel angesetzt. Die Lösung enthielt 0,7 Gew.-% der Versu0hsverbindung. Es wurden Pflanzen von Rüben und
von dicket' Bohnen, die auf je ein Blatt beschnitten waren,
auf der Unterseite des Blattes mit den Formulierungen jeweils besprüht.!Das Besprühen wurde mit einer Sprühmaschine
durchgeführt, die 1,14 l/ha lieferte, wobei die Pflanzen
auf einem Förderband unter den Sprühstrahl geführt wurden.

Es wurden zehn 8 Tage alte Larven von Diamantmotten (Plutella maculipennis) (4. Häutung) oder zehn erwachsene
1 bis 2 Wochen alte Senfkäfer (Phaedon cochleariae) auf dem besprühten Blatt jeder Rübenpflanze und zehn
saugende (6 Tage alte) Wickenmilben (Megoura viciae) auf das besprühte Blatt jeder Bohnenpflanze gebracht. Die
Pflanzen wurden im Glaszylinder eingeschlossen, die an einem Eide mit Musselin verschlossen waren. Die Sterblichkeit
wurde nach 24 h ausgezählt.
IV. Bei Versuchen gegen Treibhaus-Spinnmilben (Tetranychus ) urticae) wurden Blattscheiben aus Pflanzen von französischen
Bohnen ausgeschnitten und gemäß III besprüht. Eine Stunde nach dem Besprühen wurden die Scheiben mit zehn erwachsenen
Milben besetzt. Die Sterblichkeit wurde 24 h nach dem Besetzen ausgezählt.
V« Bei Versuchen mit Larven des großen Kohlweißlings
(Pieris brassicae) wurden Blattscheiben aus Kohlblättern in der unter III beschriebenen Weise besprüht. Es wurden
zehn 8 bis 10 Tage alte Raupen (3. Häutung) auf die Scheiben zwischen Petrischalen gesetzt. Die Mortalität
wurde 24 h nach der Besetzung ausgezählt.
Die Ergebnisse dieser Versuche sind in der folgenden Tabelle V angegeben, wobei A vollständige Abtötung, B eine Teilabtötung
und 0 keine Tötung der Versuchsinsekten bedeutet.

Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRÜCHE1) Herbizide und pestizide Mittel aus einem Träger oder einem oberflächenaktiven Mittel oder sowohl einem Träger wie einem oberflächenaktiven Mittel und einem Wirkstoff, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an einem Sulfoximinderivat der allgemeinen Formel:V (D%2 °in der Η,, eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Arylgruppe, R2 eine Alkyl- oder Arylgruppe oder R^ und Rp zusammen eine Polymethylengruppe und R, ein Wasserstoff- oder Halogenatom oder eine Nitro- oder Acylgruppe bedeuten, : oder ein Salz dieser Verbindungen als Wirkstoff.2) Mittel nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an einem Sulfoximinderivat der Formel I, in der R^ eine Phenylgruppe, die gegebenenfalls durch ein oder mehrere Halogenatome, eine oder mehrere Nitrogruppen .oder eine Hydroxy-, Alkyl-, Alkylamino-, Dialkylamino-, oder Dialkylphosphorothionatgruppe substituiert ist, R2 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine Phenylgruppe oder R^ und R2 zusammen eine Polymethylengruppe mit bis zu 5 Kohlenstoffatomen und R, ein Wasserstoff-oder Chloratom, eine Nitrogruppe, eine gegebenenfallschlorierte Alkanoylgruppe mit Λ bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Cycloalkylcarbonylgruppe mit bis zu 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Aroylgruppe, eine N-substituierte oder N,N-di-- 29 109 8.5 3/197 5substituierte Carbamoylgruppe, eine Alkoxycarbonylgruppe, eine Aralkoxycarbonylgruppe, eine (Alkylthio)carbonylgruppe oder eine Alkyl-, Aryl- oder Alkarylsulfonylgruppe bedeutet, oder ein Sulfat oder Alkarylsulfonat dieser Verbindungen, als Wirkstoff.3) Mittel nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an einem SuIfoximinderivat der Formel I, in der R^ eine Phenylgruppe, die gegebenenfalls durch ein oder mehrere Chlor-, Brom- oder Jodatome, eine oder mehrere Nitrogruppen oder eine Hydroxy-, Methyl-, Propylamino-, Dipropylamino- oder Diäthylphosphorothxonatgruppe substituiert ist, Ro eine Methyl- oder Phenylgruppe oder R^ und Ro zusammen eine Tetramethylengruppe und R^ ein Wasserstoffoder Chloratom oder eine Nitro-, Formyl-, Acetyl-, Chloracetyl-, Dichloracetyl-, Trichloracetyl-, Propionyl-, Dichlorpropionyl-, Butyryl-, Isobutyryl-, Cyclopropylcarbonyl-, Benzoyl-, Methylcarbamoyl-, Äthylcarbamoyl-, Phenylcarbamoyl-, Chlorphenylcarbamoyl-, Dichlorphenylcarbamoyl-, Tolylcarbamoyl-, Dimethylcarbamoyl-, Äthoxycarbonyl-, Benzyloxycarbonyl-, (Äthylthio)carbonyl-, Methylsulfonyl-, Phenylsulfonyl- oder Tosylgruppe bedeutet, oder ein Sulfat oder Toluolsulfonat einer solchen Verbindung als Wirkstoff.4) Mittel nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an einem Sulfoximinderivat der Formel I, in der R^, eine Phenylgruppe, die gegebenenfalls durch ein oder mehrere Chloratome oder eine oder mehrere Nitrogruppen oder eine Methyl- oder Dipropylaminogruppe substituiert ist, Rp eine Methyl- oder Phenylgruppe und R^ ein Wasserstoff- oder Chloratom oder eine Nitro-, Acetyl-, Methylcarbamoyl-, Äthylcarbamoyl-, Phenylcarbamoyl-, Chlorphenylcarbamoyl-, Dichlorphenylcarbamoyl-, Dimethylcarbamoyl-, Äthoxycarbonyl- oder (Äthylthio)carbonylgruppebedeutet, als Wirkstoff.- 30 -10985 3/197 55) Mittel nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt von S-(3,5-Dinitro-4-N',N'-dipropylaminophenyl)-S-methylsulfoximin als Wirkstoff.6) Mittel nach Anspruch 1 bis 5» gekennzeichnet durch eine Fonnulierungsform als Pulver, Staubpräparat, Granulat, Lösung, emulgierbares Konzentrat, Emulsion, konzentrierte Suspension oder Aerosol.SuIf oximinverbindungen der Formel I, in der K,-, E2 und L die im Anspruch 1 genannte Bedeutung haben, oder deren Salze, mit der Maßgabe, daß, wenn R^., R2 jeweils eine Phenylgruppe bedeuten oder zusammen eine Tetramethylengruppe darstellen oder R^ eine in 4-Stellung durch ein Chloratom, eine Nitrogruppe oder eine Methylgruppe substituierte Phenylgruppe bedeutet und R2 eine Methylgruppe darstellt,R, kein Wasserstoffatom ist.8) SuIfoximinverbindungen nach Anspruch 7» in deren Formel I R^, eine Phenylgruppe, die gegebenenfalls durch eine oder mehrere Halogenatome, eine oder mehrere Nitrogruppen oder eine Hydroxy-, Alkyl-, Alkylamino-, Dialkylaminο- oder Dialkylphosphorothxonatgruppe substituiert ist, R2 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine Phenylgruppe oder R,, und R2 zusammen eine Polymethylengruppe mit bis zu 5 Kohlenstoffatomen und R, ein Wasserstoff- oder Chloratom, eine Nitrogruppe, eine gegebenenfalls chlorierte Alkanoylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Cycloaxkylcarbonylgruppe mit bis zu 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Aroylgruppe, eine N-substituierte oder N,N-disubstituierte Carbamoylgruppe, eine Alkoxycarbonylgruppe, eine Aralkoxyc arbony 1 gruppe, eine (Alkylthio)carbonylgruppe oder eine Alkyl-,· Aryl- oder Alkarylsulfonylgruppe bedeutet, oder ein Sulfat oder Alkarylsulfonat dieser Verbindung.- 31 -1098-53/197 59) Sulfoximinverbindungen nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet } daß in Formel I E^. eine Phenylgruppe, die gegebenenfalls durch ein oder mehrere Chlor-, Brom- oder Jodatome, eine oder mehrere Nitrogruppen oder eine Hydroxy—, Methyl-, Propylamino-, Dipropylamino- oder Diäthylphosphorothionatgruppe substituiert ist, E~ eine Methyl- oder Phenylgruppe oder E, und Ep zusammen eine Tetramethylengruppe und B, ein Wasserstoff- oder Chloratom oder eine Nitro-, Formyl-, Acetyl-, Chloracetyl-, Dichloracetyl-, Trichloracetyl-, Propionyl-, Dichlorpropionyl-, Butyryl-, Isobutyryl-, Cyclopropylcarbonyl-, Benzoyl-, Methcarbamoyl-, Äthylcarbamoyl-, Phenylcarbamoyl-, Chlorphenylcarbamoyl-, Dichlorphenylcarbamoyl-, Tolylcarbamoyl-, Dimethylcarbamoyl-, Äthoxycarbonyl-, Benzyloxycarbonyl—, (Äthylthio)carbonyl-, Methylsulfonyl-, Phenylsulfonyl- oder Tosylgruppe bedeutet oder ein Sulfat oder Toluolsulfonat dieser Verbindungen.10) Sulfoximinverbindungen nach Anspruch 9» dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß in Formel I Ex. eine Phenylgruppe, die gegebenenfalls durch eine oder mehrere Chloratome oder eine oder mehrere Nitrogruppen oder eine Methyl- oder Dipropylaminogruppe substituiert ist, E^ eine Methyl- oder Phenylgruppe und E, ein Wasserstoffoder Chloratom oder eine Nitro-, Acetyl-, Methylcarbamoyl-, Äthylcarbamoyl-, Phenylcarbamoyl-, Chlorphenylcarbamoyl-, Dichlorphenylcarbamoyl-, Dimethylcarbamoyl-, Äthoxycarbonyl- oder (Äthylthio)carbonylgruppe bedeutet.,11) S-(3,5-Dinitro-4-N',N'-dipropylaminophenyl)-S-methylsulfoximin.12) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Sulfoximinverbindungen nach Anspruch 7, wobei 'in Formel I B5 ein Wasserstoffatom (II)mit Stickstoffwasserstoffsäure umsetzt.13) Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man die Stickstoffwasserstoffsäure in situ unter Einwirkung einer Säure auf ein Alkalimetallazid erzeugt.14) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1'3, dadurch -gekennzeichnet , daß man als Säure Schwefelsäure und als Alkalimetallazid Natriumazid verwendet.15) Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man die Umsetzung in
einem organischen Lösungsmittel durchführt.16) Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch g e k e η η zeichnet, daß man als Lösungsmittel Chloroform verwendet.1.7) ' Verfahren zur Herstellung von Sulfoximinverbindungen nach Anspruch 7, wobei in Formel I E^ eine Acylgruppe
darstellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man die entsprechende Verbindung, in der E-, ein Wasserstoffatom ist, mit einem Acylhalogenid umsetzt.18) Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man als Acylhalogenid ein Acyl-- 33 109853/1975Chlorid verwendet.19) Verfahren nach Anspruch 17 "bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man die Umsetzung in Gegenwart eines Akzeptors für Halogenwasserstoff vornimmt.20) Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man als Akzeptor für Halogenwasserstoff ein tertiäres Amin verwendet.21) Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man als tertiäres Amin Triathylamin oder Pyridin verwendet.22) Verfahren nach Anspruch 17 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet , uaß man die Umsetzung in einem organischen Lösungsmittel durchführt.23) Verfahren nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man als Lösungsmittel Äther verwendet.24) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Sulfoximinverbindungen nach Anspruch 7* wobei in Formel I R, ein Halogenatom bedeutet, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man die entsprechende Verbindung, in der R, ein Wasserstoffatom ist, mit einem Halogenierungsmittel umsetzt.25) Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man als Halogenierungsmittel das elementare Halogen oder ein Alkalimetallhypohalogenit verwendet.26) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Sulfoximinverbindungen nach- 34 ■109853/1975Anspruch 7 j wobei in Formel I R, eine Nitrogruppe darstellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet t daß man die entsprechende Verbindung, in der E^ ein Wasserstoffatom ist, mit einem Gemisch von Salpetersäure und Schwefelsäure nitriert.109853/1975
