More specifically, the subject of the invention is a casing whose purpose is to form a protective element, in particular of a hygienic nature, and an advertising medium for offers and advertising messages for the beverage cans, which ensure a simple and efficient way of ensuring adequate hygienic conditions on the surface of the can so that they can be safely taken to the mouth and drink straight from the can without fear of the presence of dirt or bacteria before opening the closure and, at the same time, covering the entire can facilitates the printing of offers and advertising messages , which can be carried out on this support much cheaper and easier than the conventional imprint on metal.

Background of the invention

As is known, beverage cans are a widely used type of packaging, the essential advantage of which is that they are easy to use, since no glass or other containers are needed to adequately and conveniently take their contents. However, this type of packaging has a major drawback due to the fact that during transport and / or storage, which can take a very long time, dirt of all kinds can very easily accumulate on the cans, from simple dust to any other substance that may be present spilled or accumulated, excretions or urine from various animals (rats, cockroaches, ants, flies) that are generally unhindered in warehouses and similar facilities.

This problem is sometimes solved in part by the plastic wrappers of the "packs" or multiple packs that certain companies use. However, these casings do not have a guarantee closure, except that they do not completely cover the cans, as they are usually partially open, and on the other hand, this wrapper is torn or completely removed when these "packs" are cut into individual cans or smaller multipacks whereby the cans are again exposed to any unsanitary or even pathogenic elements that may enter our mouths when we drink directly from the can.

On the other hand, the printing of information and / or advertising messages on a plastic carrier can be carried out more economically, easier and cheaper than directly on the metal can.

Another disadvantage is ultimately the fact that it is difficult to apply messages and / or information in braille directly on the cans so that they can be read well by visually impaired people.

Therefore, it would be desirable to provide some sort of protective element to ensure hygienic conditions on the surface of the cans until the moment of consumption by the consumer, and also to be an advertising medium, which is the main object of the present invention. On the other hand, it should also be noted that the existence of another invention with similar technical, structural and design features as the one advocated here is not known.

Detailed description of the invention

The protective cover proposed by the invention as an advertising medium for beverage cans represents a remarkable novelty in its field, because due to its application, the above-described object of the invention is ideally achieved. The characterizing details of the invention are contained in the claims at the end of this description.

More specifically, the envelope proposed herein consists essentially of a body made and preferably printed from a suitably impermeable and sufficiently resistant material, preferably a thin plastic material, vegetable plastics, cellophane or the like, having a can-like configuration and, for example, adjacent other ways, by applying heat to the material (thermoforming) is applied, the box tightly wrapped completely wrapped, and this can optionally also top and bottom covered by inserting a protective cap.
