Claims (12)

1. Sicherheitsverschluß für einen Behälter, insbesondere Kanister, umfassend eine kreisförmige Verschlußkappe (10), an der ein Innengewinde (11) zum Aufschrauben auf ein Behälteraußengewinde vorgesehen ist, und die an ihrem offenen Aufschraubende einen nach außen vorstehenden Flansch (13) aufweist, an dem über Abrißstege (14) ein Originalitätsring (20) angeordnet ist, und wobei die Verschlußkappe (10) an ihrer äußeren Mantelfläche (15) mit gleichmäßig voneinander beabstandeten in axialer Richtung der Verschlußkappe (10) nach außen vorstehenden gleichförmig ausgebildeten und angeordneten Mitnehmernocken (30) versehen ist und eine kreisförmige Überkappe (40), die an der Außenseite 41a ihrer Seitenwand (41) Griffelemente (42) aufweist, und wobei an dem offenen Einsteckende der Überkappe (40) eine nach außen vorstehende Wulst (43) ausgebildet ist, und wobei die Überkappe (40) innenseitig mit einer umlaufenden nach innen vorstehenden Ringwulst (44) versehen ist, und wobei an der Innenseite (41a) der Seitenwand (41) der Überkappe (40) gleichmäßig voneinander beabstandete in Achsrichtung X der Überkappe (40) nach innen vorstehende gleichförmig ausgebildete Nocken (50) angeordnet sind, und wobei die Mitnehmernocken (30) der Verschlußkappe (10) und die Nocken (50) der Überkappe (40) bereichsweise abgeschrägt ausgebildet sind und die Schrägen (30a, 50a) der Mitnehmernocken (30) und der Nocken (50) der Kappen (10, 40) unter Drehen und Ausübung eines Druckes in Pfeilrichtung P derart anliegen, dass die Verschlußkappe (10) beim Abschrauben (Lösen) des Sicherheitsverschlusses vom Behälter von der Überkappe (40) mitgenommen wird, und wobei an der Innenseite (45a) der Kopfplatte (45) der Überkappe (40) mindestens ein Federärmchen (60) ausgebildet ist.1.
