Description
Handstück für Hochfrequenz-Elektroden
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Handstück für Hoehfrequenz-Elektroden,
insbesondere für die Hochfrequenzchirurgie, mit eingebauten Steuerschaltern zur Steuerung eines Hochfrequenz-Generators
im Sinne einer Änderung seiner Ausgangsenergie, frequenz od.dgl..
Bekannte Handstücke der genannten Art haben mechanische Schaltkontakte,
die durch Druckknöpfe oder Kippschalter zu betätigen
sind. Ferner sind Handstücke bekannt, die durch Drehen einer
aufgesetzten Muffe mit eingelegten Schleifringen eine Steuerung des Generators erlauben.
Die bekannten Ausführungen haben den Nachteil eines verhältnisraäüsig
komplizierten Aufbaues, schleichender Kontaktgabe, unter Umständen auch ungenau arbeitender Schaltstellungen und
mechanischer sowie elektrischer Verschleißerscheinungen an den Kontakten.

Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, diese Nachteile zu beseitigen,
also den Aufbau bei erhöhter Betriebssicherheit zu verein^
fachen. .
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß als Steuerschalter
magnetfeldabhängige Kontakte!eraente verwendet sind und im Handstück ein mit einer Handhabe verbundener
angeordnet ist. Heben einem einfachen Aufbau sowie einer fachen und gefahrlosen Bedienung ergibt sich vor allem der
Vorteil hoher Kontaktsicherheit, bei eindeutigen Schalt-'
Stellungen.
Von Vorteil ist es, den Magnet an oder iri einer als Schieber -.
ausgebildeten Handhabe anzuordnen. Weiterhin ist es vorteilhaft, den Schieber mit Rückstellfedern-so zu belasten, daß er
aus einer bestimmten Mullage linear in die Arbeitsstellung ,auslenkbar
ist und die Steuerung des Hochfrequenz-G.enerators in der Weise auszubilden, daß mit der Auslenkung des Magneten über
die Kontaktelemente zugleich der Generator eingeschaltet wird. Als Steuerschalter werden zweckmäßig in Schutzgas eingebettete
Kontaktelemente, sogenannte Eeed-Kontakte, verwendet.
Anhand der Zeichnung wird ein Ausfuhrungsbeispiel der Erfindung
erläutert.
Die Pig. 1 und 2 zeigen im Auf- und Grundriß zum feil im
Schnitt ein Handstück mit einem im Gehäuse 3 angeordneten,
in Form eines schmalen, dünnen Bleches 2 ausgebildeten Hoch"
frequenz-Leiter, der das Hochfrequenzkabel 3 mit der in eine Metallbüchse 4 eingesetzten Hoehfreque.nz^le;ktrodie 5 vertoiind'et,
Unmittelbar über dem Hochfrequenz-Leiter 2 befindet sich ei-ne
Kunststoffplatte 6, welche fest mit dem Gehäwee 1
ist. In die Kunststoffplatte 6 sind versetzt zwei takte 7 und 8 eingegossen» Die Eon tatet® 7 und B steuern den

Hochfrequenz-Generator über die Steuerleitungen 9und10 sowie
über den als gemeinsamen Rückleiter für die Steuerleitungen dienenden Hochfrequenz-Leiter 2 derart, daß bei geschlossenem
Kontakt 7 der Hochfrequenz-Generator z.B, auf Koagulationsbetrieb und bei geschlossenem Kontakt 8 auf Schneidbetrieb
geschaltet ist. Bei offenen Kontakten ist der Hochfrequenz-Generator abgeschaltet.
Die Anwahl "Schneiden" oder "Koagulation" erfolgt durch einen in dem Schieber 11 angeordneten Dauermagneten 12. "Wird der
Schieber 11 in Richtung des Pfeiles 13 bis zum Anschlag H
des Pührungsteiles 15 gegen die Kraft der Feder 16 ausgelenkt, so kommt der Dauermagnet 12 unmittelbar über den Kontakt 8
und bewirkt dessen Schließung.
"Wird der Schieber 11 in Richtung des Pfeiles 17 bis zum Anschlag
18 des Führungsteiles 15 gegen die Kraft der Feder verschoben, so kommt der Dauermagnet 12 unmittelbar über den
Kontakt lr so daß dieser nunmehr geschlossen wird. In der
durch die Federn 16, 19 bestimmten Nullage des Schiebers 11
(gezeichnete Lage) befindet sich der Magnet in einer Zwischenstellung
zwischen den Kontakten 7 und 8. Beide Kontakte sind in dieser Stellung des Magneten 12 geöffnet, d.h. der Hochfrequenz-Generator
ist ausgeschaltet, die Bohrung 20 dient zum Verschrauben des Führungsteiles 15 mit dem Block 6.

Claims (6)
- - 4 Patentansprüche1y Handstück für Hochfrequenz-Elektroden, insbesondere für die Hochfrequenzchirurgie, mit eingebauten Steuerschaltern zur Steuerung eines Hochfrequenz-Generators im Sinne einer Änderung seiner Ausgangsenergie, Frequenz od.dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, da/3 als Steuerachalter magnetfeldabhängige Kontaktelemente (7, 8) verwendet sind und im Handstück ein mit einer Handhabe (11) verbundener Dauermagnet (12) angeordnet ist.
- 2. Handstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Magnet (12) an oder in der als Schieber ausgebildeten Handhabe (11) angeordnet ist.
- 3. Handstück nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (11) aus einer durch Rückstellfedern (16, 19) bestimmten Nullage in die Arbeitsstellungen auslenkbar ist.
- 4. Handstück nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Auslenkung des Magneten (12) über die Kontaktelemente (7, 8) der Hochfrequenz-Generator eingeschaltet wird.
- 5. Handstück nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Zuführung der Hochfrequenzenergie zu den Elektroden (5) ein durchgehender Hochfrequenz-Leiter (2, 3) vorgesehen ist, der gleichzeitig als gemeinsamer Rückleiter für die Steuerleitungen (9, 10) dient.
- 6. Handstück nach Anspruch 1 bis 5» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Steuerschalter in Schutzgas eingebettete Kontaktelemente, sogenannte Reed-Kontakte, verwendet sind.109853/08A8BAD ORIGINAL
