Claims (3)

1. Vorrichtung für die Aufnahme eines Mobiltelefons, mit:
einem oberen Gehäuseteil (3) und einem unteren Gehäuseteil (5) zur Aufnahme des Mobiltelefons sowie aller Bauteile;
einer Halterung, bestehend aus zwei identischen, symmetrisch angeordneten Hälften, wobei auf derselben Seite einer jeden Hälfte eine Kerbverzahnung (14) an einem ihrer Ränder vorgesehen ist;
einem U-förmigen elastischen Klemmstück (2), das in der Nähe der Kerbverzahnung (14) der Halterung angeordnet ist und mit zwei Anschlägen (20) versehen ist, die in die Kerbverzahnung eingreifen können und dadurch die Halterung festzuhalten durch Beaufschlagung mit einer nach innen gerichteten Kraft und
einem Druckhebel (4), der in das Klemmstück (2) eingesetzt ist und bei dessen Beaufschlagung dafür sorgt, dass die Anschläge außer Eingriff mit der Kerbverzahnung gelangen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
die Halterung mit den beiden Enden eines Kreuzgelenks (12) verbunden ist, das drehbar in der Mitte der Halterung angeordnet ist;
ein Einsatzteil (16) am Ende der Drehachse (15) des Kreuzgelenks vorgesehen ist;
das Einsatzteil in einer seitlich verlaufenden Aussparung (30) im oberen Gehäuseteil (3) gleitend eingesetzt ist;
zu beiden Seiten des Einsatzteils je eine Spiralfeder (31) angeordnet ist und
zwei Druckfedern (13) zu beiden Seiten der Aussparung (30) an der Halterung oder am Kreuzgelenk vorgesehen sind.
2. Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Mobiltelefons nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb der Halterung ein Verbindungsstecker (6) vorgesehen ist, der seitlich um einen vorgegebenen Winkel verschwenkbar und danach feststellbar ist.
3. Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Mobiltelefons nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung außer der Anschlussbuchse für das Mobiltelefon eine Anschlussbuchse (33) für den Kopfhörer aufweist, die in der Mitte der Halterung vorgesehen ist, mit der der drahtlose Kopfhörer kommuniziert, wobei die Anschlussbuchse (33) für den Kopfhörer als Umschalter ausgestaltet ist, die ein eingehendes Gespräch entweder zum Kopfhörer oder zum externen Lautsprecher weiterleitet.
