Abstract
The device comprises a first clamping part (1) in which a threaded spindle is rotatably supported. The spindle head has a shoulder at its rear end, to which a screw, ratchet wrench etc can be fixed. A lid is screwed to the clamping part in the area of the spindle head. A ring is fixed to the lid. The device further comprises a second clamp part (2) which has a threaded spindle bore, in which the spindle engages.

Claims (1)
- 1. 1.1 in einem ersten Klemmteil (1) ist eine, mit Gewinde versehene Spindel (4) mit einem Spindelkopf drehbar gelagert,
- 2. 1.2 am hinteren Ende ist der Spindelkopf mit einem Ansatz (4.2) versehen, auf dem ein Schrauben, Ratschenschlüssel o. ä. aufsteckbar ist,
- 3. 1.3 im Bereich des Spindelkopfes (1.6) ist am ersten Klemmteil (1) ein Deckel (4.3) aufgeschraubt, an dem ein Ring (4.4) befestigt ist, dessen Durchmesser dem des Spindelschaftes entspricht,
- 4. 1.4 im ersten Klemmteil (1) sind zwei parallele Führungsstangen (3) befestigt, die in Führungsbohrungen (1.3) eines zweiten Klemmteils geführt sind, diese werden durch Schrauben die in der Bohrung 1.16 geführt sind durch eine nichtgezeichnete Gewindebohrung in ihrer Stirnfläche gehalten,
- 5. 1.5 das zweite Klemmteil (2) weist eine, mit Gewinde versehene Spindelbohrung (2.1) auf, in die die Spindel (4) eingreift,
- 6. 1.6 das erste Klemmtei (1) und das zweite Klemmteil (2) weisen je auf der zueinander gekehrten Seite einen Absatz (1.7) auf, an dem jeweils zwei oder mehrere Zapfenbohrungen (1.8) vorgesehen sind, deren Durchmesser dem Zapfen (5.1) entsprechen, die an Klemmbacken (5) angebracht sind, wobei die Abmessungen der Klemmbacken (5) denen des jeweiligen Absatzes (1.7) entsprechen,
- 7. 1.7 das erste Klemmteil (1) und das zweite Klemmteil (2) sind flach ausgebildet und weisen jeweils auf einer Seite oder auf der Bodenfläche (1.14) bzw. der Deckfläche(1.15) eine Riffelaussparung (1.9) und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite eine glatte Aussparung (1.10) auf, die jeweils nach außen hin konisch ausgebildet sind,
- 8. 1.8 das erste Klemmteil (1) und das zweite Klemmteil (2) sind flach ausgebildet und könne jeweils auf der Bodenfläche (1.14)bzw. der Deckfläche(1.15) eine Riffelaussparung (1.9) und oder eine glatte Aussparung (1.10) aufweisen, die jeweils nach außen hin konisch ausgebildet sind,
- 9. 1.9 auf der Deckfläche(1.15), der Bodenfläche (1.14) und den Seitenlächen können Nuten der verschiedenen Formen und Längen eingebracht (z. B. 1.12; 1.13) oder nicht gezeichnete Profilformenaufgebracht werden,
- 10. 1.10 diese Aussparungen, Profile und Nuten können senkrecht, parallel oder winklig zur Spindelachse (1.17) ausgerichtet sein,
- 11. 1.11 das erste Klemmteil (1) und das zweite Klemmteil (2) sind mit jeweils mehreren, mit Gewinde versehenen Seitenbohrungen (1.1) und mit jeweils mehreren durchgehenden Vertikalbohrungen (1.2) ausgestattet, deren Durchmesser dem von Gewindestangen oder Schrauben usw. entspricht,
- 12. 1.12 es sind zwei Laschen vorgesehen, die mit Bohrungen versehen sind, deren Durchmesser dem von Gewindestangen entspricht, wobei jede Lasche mit einer konisch zulaufenden Laschenaussparung (6.1) versehen ist und
- 13. 1.13 im ersten Klemmteil (1) und im zweiten Klemmteil (2) sind eine oder mehrere Aufsatzbohrungen (1.11) vorgesehen, deren Durchmesser dem von Zapfen entsprechen, die in einem ersten Winkelaufsatz (9), an einem zweiten Winkelaufsatz (10) und an einer Rohr-Biegeschablone (13a u. 13b) angebracht sind
