Claims (3)

1. Aufmontierbare Positionsleuchte mit LEDs für Fahrzeuge, insbesondere für LKWs, um deren Konturen dunkeln kenntlich zu machen, die vormontiert an einen Fahrzeugaus­ rüster anschlussfertig geliefert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zweiteilig aus einem am Fahrzeug (10) flach aufliegenden wannenförmigen Bodenteil (16) mir einer abgedichteten Schraubmuffe (18) zur Kabeldurchführung (20) und einer auf dem Bo­ denteil (16) mit einer umlaufenden Dichtung 32 passend aufgesetzten Einheit zu­ sammen geschraubt sind, wobei diese Einheit aus einer Grundplatte (26) mit einer aufmontierten Platine (42) für Bauteile einer Ansteuerelektronik und die hiermit ange­ steuerten einzelne oder mehreren LEDs (40) und einer mit der Grundsplatte (26) fest verbundene lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung (28) besteht.

Positionsleuchte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lichtdurchlässi­ gen Abdeckung (28) eine Lichtscheibe ist und aus einem farblosen durchscheinenden Kunststoff für eine Frontbeleuchtung und aus einem entsprechend eingefärbten durchscheinenden Kunststoff für eine Heck- oder Seitenbeleuchtung besteht.
3. Positionsleuchte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je nach gewünsch­ ter Leuchtstärke ein oder drei LEDs 40 eingesetzt werden, wobei insbesondere die Heckleuchten mit mehreren LEDs ausgestattet werden.
