Claims (1)

  1. Basisstation zur Übertragung von Daten eines Transportblocksatzes, die adaptive Modulation und Kodierung verwendet, und einen hybriden automatischen Wiederholungsanforderungsmechanismus der physikalischen Schicht besitzt, wobei die Basisstation umfasst:
    einen Sender, der an eine Antenne gekoppelt ist, zur Übertragung von Daten eines Transportblocksatzes mit einem ersten spezifizierten Modulations- und Kodierungsschema, und in der Lage, Segmente des Transportblocksatzes zu übertragen, wobei zumindest zwei der Segmente separat übertragen werden;
    einen automatischen Wiederholungsanforderungs-Empfänger zum Empfangen einer Wiederholungsanforderung;
    eine adaptive Modulations- und Kodierungssteuerung, die an den Sender gekoppelt ist, zur Veränderung des spezifizierten Modulations- und Kodierungssatzes auf einen zweiten spezifizierten Modulations- und Kodierungssatz; und
    eine Segmentierungsvorrichtung, die auf den Empfang einer Wiederholungsanforderung und den Wechsel auf den zweiten spezifizierten Modulations- und Kodierungssatz reagiert, zur Segmentierung des Übertragungsblocksatzes in eine Vielzahl von Segmenten in Übereinstimmung mit Segmentierungsinformationen für die Übertragung durch den Sender.
