Claims (6)

1. Schutz- und Befestigungsschicht, bestehend aus zwei Vliesschichten aus synthetischen Fasern, mit einem Flächengewicht von jeweils 400-600 g/m2, die durch Vernadelung oder Verfestigung mit Wasserstrahlen hergestellt und einseitig kraftschlüssig mit einer 0,25-1,0 mm dicken Folie aus flexiblen, thermoplastischen Polyolefinen mit hoher biaxialer Dehnfähigkeit verbunden sind.
Eine der Vliesschichten ist auf der anderen Seite mit einer zur Abdichtung eines Tunnels, eines Behälters oder eines Beckens notwendigen Kunststoffabdichtung von 1,5-4 mm Dicke dauerhaft verbunden.
Nach Befestung der ersten Vliesschicht am Bauwerk oder der Ausbruchssicherungs­ schicht des Tunnels werden die einander zugewandten Oberflächen der Vliesschichten aus thermoplastischen Folien mittels Heißluftgeräte erwärmt und streifenförmig oder vollflächig durch den Druck von Anpreßrollen verschweißt.
2. Schutz- und Befestigungsschicht nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vliesschichten bevorzugt aus Fasern aus Polypropylen, aber auch Polyester oder Polyamid hergestellt sind.
3. Schutz- und Befestigungsschicht nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vliese während der Extrusion der thermoplastischen Folien zugeführt und dabei fest mit der Folienschicht verbunden werden.

Schutz- und Befestigungsschicht nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Vliese nach ihrer Herstellung gleichmässig verteilt Polyethylenpulver aufgestreut wird, das nach Erwärmung durch Heizstrahler schmilzt und mit Walzen dann in die Oberfläche des Vlieses als thermoplastische Folie eingedrückt wird.

Schutz- und Befestigungsschicht nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht mit der Abdichtung verbundene Vliesschicht auf der, der Folienbeschichtung abgewandten Seite kraftschlüssig mit einem Gewebe verbunden ist, dessen eine Seite mit vorstehenden Schlingen aus stabilen Kunststoffdrähten, sogenanten Monofilen, versehen ist.
6. Schutz- und Befestigungsschicht nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern einer oder beider Vliesschichten mit einer bei Wasserzutritt aufquellenden Chemikalie umhüllt sind, wodurch die vertikale und horizontale Durchlässigkeit der Vliesschicht unterbrochen wird.
