Claims (5)

1. Basisstation mit einer Nullsteuerungsvorrichtung, worin nur einem von mindestens zwei entfernten Benutzern, die alle einen gleichen oder einen korrelierten Spreizcode innerhalb einer gegebenen Zelle oder innerhalb eines gegebenen Sektors verwenden, ermöglicht wird, eine Kommunikati­ on von der Basisstation, die an die mindestens zwei entfernten Benutzer überträgt, zu empfangen, wobei die Basisstation zu den entfernten Benut­ zern über ein Antennenarray mit einer Vielzahl von Antennen überträgt, umfassend:
N + 1 Modulatoren an der Basisstation zur Modulation der Daten di, für i = 1, . . ., N, vorgesehen für einen von N (N < 1) entfernten Benutzern, wobei jeder Modulator eine Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung N + 1 komplexer Gewich­ tungen wi (für i = 1, . . ., N, jeder ist ein N + 1 komplexer Vektor), wobei je­ des modulierte Signal von den Modulatoren zu einer der N + 1 Antennen geleitet wird;
wobei die eine komplexe Gewichtung erzeugende Vorrichtung einen Vek­ torgenerator zur Erzeugung jedes Elementes der Vektoren w1 und w2 als eine Funktion der Kanalimpulsantworten von dem Antennenarray zu den Positionen der entfernten Benutzer umfasst;
Summiervorrichtungen für die Summierung der modulierten Datensignale d1, d2, . . . dN; und
eine Vorrichtung zur Überführung der summierten Signale an das Grup­ penarray zur Übertragung an die mindestens zwei entfernten Benutzer.
2. Basisstation nach Anspruch 1, worin die Antennen in einem gegebenen Abstand beabstandet sind.
3. Basisstation nach Anspruch 2, worin der gegebene Abstand in der Grö­ ßenordnung von 0,75 Meter liegt.
4. Basisstation nach Anspruch 1, worin die Vorrichtungen zur Erzeugung komplexer Gewichtungen so konfiguriert sind, dass komplexe Gewichtun­ gen erzeugt werden, so dass eine Leistung einer Kommunikation, die von einem ersten der entfernten Benutzer von der Basisstation empfangen wird, maximiert wird.
5. Basisstation nach Anspruch 4, worin die Vorrichtungen zur Erzeugung einer komplexen Gewichtung so konfiguriert sind, dass komplexe Ge­ wichtungen erzeugt werden, so dass eine Leistung einer Kommunikation, die von einem zweiten der entfernten Benutzer von der Basisstation emp­ fangen wird, minimiert wird.
