Claims (5)
- 소정의 셀 또는 섹터 안에서 동일한 확산 코드 또는 상관 처리된 확산 코드를 이용하는 적어도 2 명의 원격 사용자 중 1 명의 사용자만이 기지국으로부터 상기 적어도 2 명의 원격 사용자로의 통신을 수신 가능하게 하는 영점 조정 장치를 구비하는 기지국으로써, 상기 원격 사용자들은 복수 개의 안테나를 갖는 안테나 어레이를 통해서 상기 원격 사용자들에게 전송하고,상기 영점 조정 장치를 구비하는 기지국은,상기 기지국에서, N(N>1) 명의 원격 사용자 중 1 명의 원격 사용자에게 향하는 데이터(di, i=1, ..., N)를 변조하기 위한 N+1 개의 변조기--각 변조기는 N+1 개의 복소 가중값(wi, i=1, ..., N이고 각각이 N+1 복소 벡터임)를 생성하기 위한 장치를 가지며, 상기 변조기들의 각 변조 신호는 상기 N+1 개의 안테나 중 1 개의 안테나로 향하고, 상기 복소 가중값 생성 장치는 상기 벡터들의 각 요소 w1과 w2를 상기 안테나 어레이로부터 상기 원격 사용자의 위치로의 채널 임펄스 응답의 함수로서 생성하기 위한 벡터 생성기를 포함함--와,상기 변조된 데이터 신호들(d1, d2, ... dN)을 합산하기 위한 합산 장치와,상기 적어도 두 명의 원격 사용자에게 전송하기 위해서 상기 합산된 신호들을 상기 안테나 어레이에 전송하기 위한 장치를 포함하는 것인 영점 조정 장치를 구비하는 기지국.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안테나들은 소정 거리 이격되어 있는 것인 영점 조정 장치를 구비하는 기지국.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소정 거리는 0.75 미터의 배수로 되어 있는 것인 영점 조정 장치를 구비하는 기지국.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복소 가중값 생성 장치는 상기 원격 사용자 중 제1 원격 사용자가 상기 기지국으로부터 수신하는 통신 전력을 최대화하도록 복소 가중값을 발생하는 구성으로 되어 있는 것인 영점 조정 장치를 구비하는 기지국.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 복소 가중값 생성 장치는 상기 원격 사용자 중 제2 원격 사용자가 상기 기지국으로부터 수신하는 통신 전력을 최소화하도록 복소 가중값을 발생하는 구성으로 되어 있는 것인 영점 조정 장치를 구비하는 기지국.
