Claims (12)

1. Elektronisches Zahlungssystem für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, mit:
einer elektronischen Karte (20), die Informationen darin speichern kann;
einem in einem Transportfahrzeug eingebauten Rahmen (10) mit einer Abtast­ antenne (11) zum Abtasten der in der elektronischen Karte (20) befindlichen Informationen, einem Lese- und Schreibmodul (12), das mit einem Verschlüsse­ lungsmodul (13) verbunden ist, so daß das Verschlüsselungsmodul (13) die Informationen sicher empfangen und senden kann, einem mit dem Lese- und Schreibmodul (12) über das Verschlüsselungsmodul (13) verbundenen Betriebs­ steuermodul (14) und einem mit dem Verschlüsselungsmodul (13) verbundenen Hypermikrocomputer (15) mit einem Telekommunikationsmodul (150),
wobei das Betriebssteuermodul (14) eine Identifizierung und Aktualisierung der Informationen in der elektronischen Karte (20) vornehmen kann und der Hyper­ mikrocomputer (15) mit einer Steuerzentrale (40) in Verbindung treten kann, um eine Transaktionsberechtigung zu erhalten.
2. Elektronisches Zahlungssystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Steuerzentrale (40) ein Codierungs-, Decodierungs- und Identifizierungsmodul (41) aufweist, das mit einem Steuercomputer (42) in der Steuerzentrale (40) verbunden ist.

Elektronisches Zahlungssystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verschlüsselungs­ modul (13) ein Kartendecodierungsmodul (130), ein Kartencodierungsmodul (131), ein Identifizierungsmodul (132) und Mitteilungscodierungs- und -decodie­ rungsmodule (133, 134) umfaßt, wobei das Lese- und Schreibmodul (12) außer­ halb des Verschlüsselungsmoduls (13) eine mit dem Kartendecodierungsmodul (130) verbundene Ausgangsöffnung aufweist und das Kartendecodierungsmodul (130) mit dem Identifizierungsmodul (132) verbunden ist und das Identifizie­ rungsmodul (132) jeweils mit dem Mitteilungscodierungsmodul (133) und dem Betriebssteuermodul (14) außerhalb des Verschlüsselungsmoduls (13) verbunden ist.

Elektronisches Zahlungssystem nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Hypermikrocomputer (15) zwei Ausgangsöffnungen aufweist, von denen eine mit dem Mitteilungs­ decodierungsmodul (134) verbunden ist, das mit dem Betriebssteuermodul (14) in Verbindung tritt, so daß eine Ausgangsöffnung des Betriebssteuermoduls (14) mit dem Kartencodierungsmodul (130) in dem Verschlüsselungsmodul (13) verbunden wird, das Kartencodierungsmodul (130) dann mit dem Lese- und Schreibmodul (12) verbunden wird und die Abtastantenne (11) verschlüsselte Informationen aus dem Hauptrahmen (10) aussenden kann, um die Informationen in der elektro­ nischen Karte (20) zu aktualisieren.
5. Elektronisches Zahlungssystem nach Anspruch 1, des weiteren mit einem mit dem Hauptrahmen (10) verbundenen Zeitschreiber (16) zur Registrierung der Trans­ aktionszeit.
6. Elektronisches Zahlungssystem nach Anspruch 3, des weiteren mit einem mit dem Hauptrahmen (10) verbundenen Zeitschreiber (16) zur Registrierung der Trans­ aktionszeit.
7. Elektronisches Zahlungssystem nach Anspruch 4, des weiteren mit einem mit dem Hauptrahmen (10) verbundenen Zeitschreiber (16) zur Registrierung der Trans­ aktionszeit.
8. Elektronisches Zahlungssystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Betriebssteuermodul (14) des weiteren einen Drucker (140) aufweist.
9. Elektronisches Zahlungssystem nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Betriebssteuermodul (14) des weiteren einen Drucker (140) aufweist.
10. Elektronisches Zahlungssystem nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Betriebssteuermodul (14) des weiteren einen Drucker (140) aufweist.
11. Elektronisches Zahlungssystem nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Betriebssteuermodul (14) des weiteren einen Drucker (140) aufweist.
12. Elektronisches Zahlungssystem nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Betriebssteuermodul (14) des weiteren einen Drucker (140) aufweist.
