Das Verkleben in dem C-förmig umgebogenen Rand besitzt jedoch den Nachteil, dass aufgrund von Fertigungstoleranzen bei der Herstellung des Randes der randseitige Vorsprung an den Profilen mal klemmend und mal mit Spiel eingreift und Klebemittel unterschiedlich verteilt wird. Wenn zwischen die Profile und den Rand Feuchtigkeit gelangt, kann diese aufgrund der Kapillarwirkung auch zu Bereichen gelangen, die nicht immer vollflächig beschichtet sind, so dass die Feuchtigkeit zu Korrosionsproblemen führen kann. Das Verklemmen und gleichzeitige Verkleben der Profile innerhalb des C-förmigen Randes führt dazu, dass nicht immer sichergestellt ist, dass die Klebung prozesssicher bei der Verklebung durchführt wurde. Claims
