Although this makes it possible to easily transport smaller pieces of luggage, such as parcels, such a cargo bike can only be used in a very inflexible manner due to the side walls of the box.

The invention therefore provides for a single locking device to be used for a large number of openings in the loading area, in particular for all openings in the loading area in which an item of cargo can be locked.

A locking plate in the sense of the invention is understood to be a flat component by means of which a large number of feet can be locked under the loading area. The blocking plate can therefore not only be designed, for example, as a metal sheet, but also, for example, as a lattice, as a flat linkage, etc.
