Vorrichtung zur Bündelung von Materialstangen zu einem Stangenverbund, wobei die Materialstangen in einem Magazin bereitgestellt werden und über eine Vereinzelungseinheit mit einem Linearförderer in Wirkverbindung mit einem Abstreifer einer Übergabestation zugeführt und von hier aus einem Rundmagazin übergeben werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Übergabestation (19) ein reversibel drehbar angetriebenes Aufnahme- und Übergabeelement (5) mit einer Aufnahmetasche (4) angeordnet ist, wobei die Aufnahmetasche (4) so gestaltet ist, dass an dieser im Bereich des Auslauf eine Einkerbung (16) angeordnet ist, über die die Materialstangen (1) einem Rundmagazin (20) zugeführt werden und im Rundmagazin (20) zentrisch ein oder mehrere Aufnahmesterne (6) mit Vertiefungen (12) drehbar angeordnet sind. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln und anschließender Bündelung von Materialstangen, mit definierten geometrischen Abmessungen, die zunächst von einem Stapel aus vereinzelt und anschließend mit der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung so radial zueinander in einem Magazin, welches vorteilhaft als Rundmagazin ausgebildet ist, positioniert werden, dass diese einen geschlossenen Hüllkreis ergeben, wobei kein oder ein definierter radialer Zwischenraum zwischen den einzelnen Materialstangen verbleibt und diese Bündelung so erfolgt und bereitgestellt wird, dass dieser Verbund in einen Wirkraum eines verfahrensbedingt nachfolgend angeordneten Wechselmagazins übergeben werden kann. Die Erfindung bezieht sich ebenfalls auf die Bündelung von Stangenprofilen aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen, wie zum Beispiel Holzstangen, bei denen die geometrischen Abmessungen sowie die Ebenheit über die Länge der Stangenprofile abweichen, wobei für diese Verwendung die Anordnung auf dem Hüllkreis so erfolgt, dass zwischen den einzelnen Stangen ein linearer Versatz erzeugt werden kann, der für eine kontinuierliche Fertigung von Hohlprofilen die erforderliche Verzahnung der einzelnen Stangen zu den nachfolgenden Stangenbündel sichert. Damit gewährleistet die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung eine sichere kontinuierliche Bereitstellung eines definierten Stangenbündels für eine nachgeschaltete Pressstrecke zur Rohr- bzw. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass eine Vereinzelungseinrichtung angeordnet ist, die zunächst die Materialstangen durch einen Linearförderer aus einem Magazin entnimmt und vereinzelt einer Übergabeeinrichtung, vorzugsweise als Aufnahme und Übergabeelement gestaltet, übergibt, wobei hiermit die vereinzelten Materialstangen einzeln in ein angeordnetes Rundmagazin übergeben werden. Die Übergabeeinrichtung besteht aus einem segmentartig gestaltetem Aufnahme- und Übergabeelement, welches reversierbar angetrieben wird, und die vereinzelten Materialstangen in einer Aufnahmetasche aufnimmt, wobei die Aufnahmetasche eine Einkerbung besitzt, die ein vorzeitiges Abrollen der zu übergebenden Materialstangen in das Rundmagazin verhindert. Kernstück dieses Rundmagazins bildet ein Aufnahmestern der so gestaltet ist, das dieser am Umfang verteilte Vertiefungen zur Aufnahme der Materialstangen besitzt, wobei die Vertiefungen so gestaltet sind, das die Aufnahme der Materialstangen bis weniger der Hälfte des Durchmessers der Materialstangen beträgt. Erfindungsgemäß ist es ebenfalls möglich, den Aufnahmestern so zu gestalten, dass die Vertiefungen nicht dicht aneinander, sondern mit einem definierten, dem gewünschten Abstand der Materialstangen zu einander, versehen ist. Das Rundmagazin wird getaktet angetrieben und zur Sicherung eines Formschlusses der Materialstangen mit den Vertiefungen im Rundmagazin sind beiderseits Druckbacken angeordnet, die durch angeordnete aktiv wirkende Elemente die Lagesicherung der Materialstangen in den Vertiefungen des Rundmagazins sichern. Die Druckbacken sind so gestaltet, das diese schwenkbar angeordnet sind und eine Leiteinrichtung besitzen, die zur Bildung eines Einlaufkanals dienen. In dem Rundmagazin werden die Materialstangen aufgenommen und zu einem Vollkreis, einem Kreissegment bzw. je nach Ausbildung des Aufnahmesterns in definierten Abständen, angeordnet. Die Beschickungseinrichtung ist so gestaltet, dass ein oder mehrere Aufnahme- und Übergabeelemente angeordnet sein können. Im unteren Bereich zwischen den Druckbacken ist eine Leiteinrichtung schwenkbar so angeordnet, dass diese über ein aktiv wirkendes Element die Materialstangen an die Vertiefungen des Aufnahmesterns drücken.
