Abstract
SPEISE-VOLLSALZ als Tafel oder Diätsalz dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Superposition von Steinsalz mit wichtigen physiologischen Mineralsalzen darstellt. Diese Superposition folgt nachstehender Rezeptur.
• Natriumchlorid 75–96,5%,
• Natriumsulfat 1–5%,
• Kaliumsulfat 1–5%,
• Calciumsulfat 0,5–3%,
• Magnesiumcarbonat 0,5–3%,
• Magnesiumsulfat 0,5–3%,
• Natriumbromid 0,01–0,5%.
• Natriumchlorid 75–96,5%,
• Natriumsulfat 1–5%,
• Kaliumsulfat 1–5%,
• Calciumsulfat 0,5–3%,
• Magnesiumcarbonat 0,5–3%,
• Magnesiumsulfat 0,5–3%,
• Natriumbromid 0,01–0,5%.
Description
- Tafelsalz gewöhnlicher/üblicher Art besteht aus hoch raffiniertem NaCl – gemeiniglich als Kochsalz bezeichnet – und einem Zusatz an verschiedenen Hilfsstoffen, wie auch Jod und Fluor.
- Um derartiges hochreines Kochsalz technisch herzustellen, wird übermäßig viel Wasser und Energie eingesetzt.
- Desgleichen existieren Schutzansprüche, wie
DE 698 025 15 T2 ,DE 600 190 89 T2 oderDE 300 8171 A1 , die Salzgemische u. ä. als großtechnische Lösung unter Verwendung von vornehmlich Salzsole herzustellen wünschen. - Die unter Anspruch 1 aufgezeigte Erfindung beruht auf der Nutzung von Naturbelassenem Steinsalz, welches Untertage ausschließlich mechanisch gewonnen und bearbeitet, also vermahlen wird.
- Die Zusammensetzung bekannter Spezialsalze, wie
DE 252 700 3 A1 oderDE 697 300 81 T2 , orientiert sich vornehmlich am Geschmacksempfinden. - Bei der Schutzschrift
DE 382 690 3 A1 , z. B., wird nur auf einen physiologischen Effekt von Magnesium abgestellt. - Das SPEISE-VOLLSALZ nach vorliegender Erfindung besitzt durch die gewählte Superposition mit den gewählten Mineralsupplementen eine höhere physiologische Wertigkeit. Damit ist i. d. R. eine ausgewogenere Stoffwechsellage zu erwarten, besonders bei überdurchschnittlichen Belastungen.
- Es erreicht damit eine große Nähe zu natürlichen Meersalzen, wird deshalb auch als „dem Meersalz ähnlich” bezeichnet, ohne die Risiken/Nachteile eines heutigen Meersalzes, wie einer Verschmutzung des Meerwassers mit verschiedensten z. B. organischen Abfällen, Plastwerkstoffen, Öl u. ä. – aufzuweisen.
- Mittels der Additiven Mineralsalze in orthophysiologischer Kombination wird zusätzlich ein harmonisch milder und vollmundiger Geschmack – bei entsprechendem Salzbedarf – erzeugt, sowie auch eine „Geschmacksbremse” bei einem vorliegenden zu hohen Salzkonsum – bezogen auf den „General Intake” oder bezogen auf den Gesundheitszustand.
- Behoben werden mit der vorliegenden Erfindung auch Defizite, wie es in der Schutzschrift
EP 1 487 283 B1 , bzgl. des Steinsalzes in der Referenz des „Real Salt” auf dem U.S.-Markt, aufgezeigt wird. Bei diesem Referenz – Produkt „fehlen ausreichende Mengen an essentiellen Nährstoffen wie Kalium, Calcium, Magnesium und Zink”. - ZITATE ENTHALTEN IN DER BESCHREIBUNG

Claims (6)
- SPEISE-VOLLSALZ als Tafel oder Diätsalz dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Superposition von Steinsalz mit wichtigen physiologischen Mineralsalzen darstellt. Diese Superposition folgt nachstehender Rezeptur. • Natriumchlorid 75–96,5%, • Natriumsulfat 1–5%, • Kaliumsulfat 1–5%, • Calciumsulfat 0,5–3%, • Magnesiumcarbonat 0,5–3%, • Magnesiumsulfat 0,5–3%, • Natriumbromid 0,01–0,5%.
- SPEISE-VOLLSALZ nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass hochreines natürliches NaCl (Hallit) statt allgemeinem Steinsalz eingesetzt wird.
- SPEISE-VOLLSALZ nach vorgenannten Ansprüchen, in der Form, dass NaCl in europäischer Lebensmittelqualität angewandt wird.
- SPEISE-VOLLSALZ nach den Ansprüchen 1. bis 3., dergestalt, dass Magnesiumcarbonat durch natürliches Calcium-Magnesium-Carbonat und/oder Calciumcarbonat ersetzt wird.
- SPEISE-VOLLSALZ gemäß den obigen Ansprüchen, in einer Rezeptur ohne Natriumbromid.
- SPEISE-VOLLSALZ nach den Ansprüchen 1. bis 5. mit einem Zusatz von Magnesiumchlorid und/oder Kaliumchlorid in einem Anteil von 1% bis 5%.
