Abstract
Dämmpack: Dadurch gekennzeichnet, das relativ druckfeste Dämmmaterialen wie z. B. Polystyrol vorwiegend aus Recylingquellen so in Folienbehältnisse durch Einschweißen eingepackt werden, dass sie vor der, die Dämmwirkung stark herabsetzenden Feuchtigkeit, geschützt sind.
Der Folienbeutel besteht hierbei aus wasserdichter Kunststofffolie (vornehmlich Polyethylen) Das Dämmmaterial besteht aus relativ druckfesten Dämmstoffen wie Polystyrol- oder Polyurethandämmstoff oder druckfestem organischem Dämmstoff z. B. gepresstes Stroh oder anorganischen Dämmstoffen wie z. B. Perlite.
Die Dämmung kann aus verschieden großen Einzelteilen des Dämmstoffs bestehen, so dass bei Schaumkunststoffen vornehmlich auf Recylingmaterial zurückgegriffen werden kann.
Der durch Erddruck oder ähnlich entstehende Überdruck kann durch einen Schlauch entweichen. Dieser Schlauch besteht ebenfalls aus Kunststoff und ist flexibel bzw. lässt er sich durch einfaches Fortführen des Foliensackes selbst herstellen. Dies ermöglicht desweiteren die Kontrolle des Dämmpacks auf Feuchtigkeitseintritt durch eine einfache Luftfeuchtemessung im Schlauch selbst und macht das Verschließen des Dämmpacks im Wasserbereich überflüssig. Description
- Der Dämmpack ist in das technische Gebiet der Dämmungen zur Wärmeisolation einzuordnen. Stand der Technik ist bei Dämmanwendungen im Boden wasserundurchlässige druckfeste und verrottungsfeste Dämmplatten oder Dämmschüttungen zu verwenden. Diese bestehen aus EPS, Schaumglas Polyurethan usw. welche energieintensiv und kostenintensiv hergestellt werden. In Zukunft sind zur Pufferung von Überschusswärme z. B. von Biogasanlagen oder zur saisonalen Speicherung thermischer Überschüssen aus Solaranlagen Wärmespeicher mit großen Abmessungen erforderlich. Diese lassen sich zum Beispiel über Erdkiesspeicher o. ä. relativ kostengünstig errichten, wobei jedoch erhebliche Dämmstoffmengen dieser wasserunempfindlichen und teuren Dämmstoffe erforderlich sind. Ein weiteres Einsatzgebiet ist die Umkehrdämmung auf Flachdächern zu nennen, wo ebenfalls große Mengen feuchteunempfindlicher Dämmstoffe benötigt werden.
- Hier setzt die Entwicklung des Dämmpacks an. Dämmstoffreste z. B. Polystyrolreste aus Verarbeitung, Verpackung usw. oder feuchteempfindliche Dämmstoffe werden hierbei in wasserdichten Folien (z. B. Polyethylen, PP) eingepackt (eingeschweißt bzw. eingesackt). Bei Verwendung von Polyethylen und Polystyrol z. B. lässt sich so eine Dämmplatte mit geringen Auswirkungen auf Boden und Grundwasser herstellen, welche nach der Nutzungsdauer selbst wieder in die gleiche Anwendung zurück recycelt werden kann. Das Verfahren hierzu ist vom Einschweißen von Lebensmitteln usw. in z. B. Gefrierbeutel zur Haltbarmachung bekannt.
- Beim Einbau in einem Kies-Wasserspeicher zum Beispiel sind die Dämmpacks beidseits vor Beschädigung mittels Vliesen oder Schutzmatten, ggf. ebenfalls aus Recyclingpacks vor Beschädigung durch Steine usw. zu schützen. Diese Schutzpacks können in gleicher Weise wie die Dämmpacks hergestellt werden, nur das anstatt des Dämmaterial auch Polyethylenfolien o. ä. ebenfalls aus Verpackungsresten usw. als „Füllung” eingesetzt werden kann. Desweiteren ist es möglich die Dämmpacks bzw. zugehörige Schutzmatten mit umweltfreundlichen organischen, relativ druckfestem Material wie z. B. Kartonwaben, Stroh usw. zu befüllen. Eine Sicherung vor Nagern ist ggf. vorzusehen.
- Der Dämmpack ist mit einem Entlüftungsrohr oder einfach einer Schlauchfortführung des Dämmsackes, ähnlich einem flexiblen Elektroleerrohrs, zu versehen. Dieses Entlüftungsrohr bzw. Fortsatz führt zum Beispiel in einen Kontrollschacht. Durch das Entlüftungsrohr kann die infolge des Erddruckes erforderliche Entlüftung des Dämmpacks erfolgen. Auch eine Belüftung kann hier, falls erforderlich, erreicht werden.
- Desweiteren dient das Entlüftungsrohr zur Dichtigkeitkontrolle des Dämmpacks.
- Undichtigkeiten lassen sich am (Feuchtegehalt der Luft im Rohr einfach messen). Alternativ kann das Entlüftungsrohr auch durch ein Ventil ersetzt bzw. mit diesem kombiniert werden. Im Falle von Undichtigkeiten kann durch eine Sonde in diesem Entlüftungsrohr der betroffene Dämmpack ggf. mit Pu-Schaum „gerettet” werden.

1 zeigt einen Dämmpack im Schnitt, bestehend aus dem äußeren, wasserdichten Schutzmantel (1 ) (z. B. Polyethylenfolie) sowie dem Dämmmaterial im Inneren (2 )( z. B. Polystyrolschnitzel aus Recycling). (3 ) zeigt den Verschluss z. B. durch Verschweißen bzw. bei der Sacklösung durch Abbinden auf das Entlüftungsrohr oder einfache Fortführung des Dämmsackes. (4 ) zeigt das Rohr zur Entlüftung, ggf. Belüftung Kontrolle und ggf. Reperatur. Alternativ kann hier der Sack selbst als solches ausgebildet werden. -

Claims (1)
- Dämmpack: Dadurch gekennzeichnet, das relativ druckfeste Dämmmaterialen wie z. B.
