Sitzbank für Kfz aus Polyurethan-Integralschaum, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sitzbankpolster ausschließlich aus einem Stück Polyurethan-Integralschaum gegossen ist (ohne Bezug) und das ggf. zusätzliche Teile eingearbeitet bzw. eingegossen sind.

Description

  • Stand der Technik:
  • Mono- oder Bipostositzbänke für Moped, Roller und Motorräder werden derzeit aus einem Trägerteil aus Hart- bzw. Weichplast oder Metall, einem Schaumgummikern und einem Leder-, Kunstleder- oder PVCfolien – Bezug hergestellt.
  • Problem:
  • Empfindlichkeit gegen UV-Strahlung und mechanische Beanspruchung sowie Einschränkung in Form, Design und Reparatur bzw. Austauschbarkeit.
  • Lösung:
  • Das Sitzbankpolster wird aus einem Stück aus Polyuretanweichschaum gegossen.
  • Vorteile:
  • Leichte Auswechselbarkeit bei Reparatur, Fahreranpassung und Modellwechsel; höhere Stabilität; höhere W-Strahlungsbeständigkeit; breitere Designpalette; haftungsoptimierte Oberfläche; preiswertere Herstellung

Claims (1)

  1. Sitzbank für Kfz aus Polyurethan-Integralschaum, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sitzbankpolster ausschließlich aus einem Stück Polyurethan-Integralschaum gegossen ist (ohne Bezug) und das ggf. zusätzliche Teile eingearbeitet bzw. eingegossen sind.
