Vorrichtung zum Schneiden und Portionieren von flachen Lebensmitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Schere (1) aufweist, bei der eine erste Schneidklinge (2) gegen eine zweite Schneidklinge (3) um ein gemeinsames Gelenk (4) verdrehbar ist und die erste Schneidklinge (2) gegenüber des Gelenks (4) einen ersten Griff (5) sowie die zweite Schneidklinge (3) gegenüber des Gelenks (4) einen zweiten Griff (6) aufweist und an einer Schneidklinge (2, 3) eine Tragplatte (7) senkrecht zur Schneidrichtung angeordnet ist.1.
