Implantat, insbesondere Zahnimplantat, mit einem Implantatkörper (11), der an seinem Umfang eine Vielzahl in Richtung der Längsachse des Implantatkörpers oder in einem spitzen Winkel zu dieser verlaufende Rillen (20) aufweist, deren Größenordnung der Größenordnung der Osteone des Kieferknochengewebes entspricht, die sich an die rillenförmigen Vertiefungen anlagern, und dessen Oberfläche in Richtung seiner Längsachse in eine Anzahl Abschnitte (16) unterteilt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen (20, 50, 70, 110) in wenigstens einem der Abschnitte (16) radial zur Längsachse des Implantatkörpers (11) mit dieser einen Winkel α bilden und über ihre Länge eine unterschiedliche Tiefe aufweisen.
2. Implantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen (20) in einem der Randbereiche des Abschnitts (15) ihre maximale Tiefe aufweisen und im entgegengesetzten Randbereich des Abschnitts in dessen Umfang auslaufen.
3. Implantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen (20) im abgewickelten Umfang in Richtung der Längsachse des Implantats einen annähernd keilförmigen Grundriß aufweisen (Fig. 3).
4. Implantat nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die annähernd keilförmigen Rillen (20) am Umfang gewendelt verlaufen.
5. Implantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen (130) über einen Teil eines der Abschnitte (16) radial zur Längsachse (41) des Implantatkörpers (11) einen ersten Winkel α bilden und über einen weiteren Teil des gleichen Abschnitts (16) radial zur Längsachse (41) des Implantatkörpers (21) einen zweiten Winkel β bilden.
6. Implantat nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen (130) im abgewickelten Umfang einen annähernd rautenförmigen Grundriß aufweisen.
7. Implantat nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die annähernd rautenförmigen Rillen (140) am Umfang gewendelt verlaufen.
8. Implantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillentiefe vom oberen Rand der Abschnitte (16) zum Implantatfuß (18) hin zunimmt.
9. Implantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillentiefe vom unteren Rand der Abschnitte (16) zum Implantatkopf (12) hin zunimmt.
10. Implantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einen Abschnitt (212) mit zum Implantatfuß zunehmender Tiefe ein Abschnitt (213) mit zum Implantatkopf zunehmender Tiefe folgt.
11. Implantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Umfang von wenigstens einem der Abschnitte (16) erste Rillen (110, 120) vorgesehen sind, die in einer ersten Richtung am Umfang gewendelt verlaufen, und daß am Umfang des gleichen Abschnitts (16) zweite Rillen (111, 121) vorgesehen sind, die in einer zweiten Richtung in gewendelt verlaufen und sich mit den ersten Rillen (110, 120) kreuzen, und daß die ersten und die zweiten Rillen radial zur Längsachse des Implantatkörpers (11) mit dieser einen Winkel α bilden und über ihre Länge eine unterschiedliche Tiefe aufweisen.
12. Implantat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Abschnitten radial verlaufende Bänder (17, 163, 192, 226) angeordnet sind, in welche die flachen Enden der Rillen (20, 160190) auslaufen.
13. Implantat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rillenförmigen Vertiefungen (20) in ihren Bereichen (32) größter Tiefe dicht benachbart sind und ein konkaves Profil aufweisen, das an seinen Rändern in Stege (33) oder noppenförmige Erhöhungen am Umfang des Implantatkörpers (11) übergeht.
14. Implantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Implantatkörper (191) eine Kegelform aufweist und daß annähernd keil- oder rautenförmige Rillen (192, 200) in Abschnitten (193) entlang des Kegels vorgesehen sind.
15. Implantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschnitte (162) unterschiedliche Durchmesser aufweisen, die zur Bildung einer abgestuften Kegelform zum Implantatfuß hin abnehmen.
16. Implantat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Umfang des Implantatkörpers (211, 221) eine Kombination unterschiedlicher Rillenformen angeordnet ist.
17. Implantat nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Implantatkörper (221) Gruppen von Abschnitten (222, 223 und 224, 225) aufweist und daß die Rillen (210) der einen Gruppe (222, 223) in ihrer Form von den Rillen (227) der anderen Gruppe (224, 225) abweicht.
18. Implantat nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß daß die Rillen (210) der einen Gruppe (222, 223) kreuzweise gewendelt und die Rillen (227) der anderen Gruppe (224, 225) in Richtung der Implantatlängsachse verlaufen.
19. Implantat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen (20) vom Umfang gemessen eine maximale Tiefe im Bereich von 150 Mikrometern aufweisen.
20. Implantat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen eine maximale Breite im Bereich von 300 Mikrometern aufweisen.
