Claims (16)
1. Akkommodierbares, inftaokulares Implantat zur Aufnahme in den Kap
selsack, das einstückig aus elastisch verformbarem Material eine zentrale
optische Linse (1) und wenigstens zwei Haptiken (2, 4) in Form radialer
Arme aufweist, die sich mit ihrem freien Ende im Äquatorialbereich des
Kapselsacks abstützen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende jedes
radialen Arms (2, 4) mit einem Abschlusselement zur Stütze (6, 7) des Im
plantats am Äquatorialbereich des Kapselsacks versehen ist, dessen Außen
fläche im wesentlichen torisch ist, wobei die Verbindung des Abschluss
elements (6, 7) mit dem entsprechenden Arm (2, 4) über ein flexibles Ele
ment ausgebildet ist, das mit einem ersten dünneren Abschnitt (2d, 4d) des
Arms benachbart zum rückwärtigen Rand des Abschlusselements (6, 7)
angeordnet ist, während die Verbindung des Arms mit der Linse über ein
flexibles Element ausgebildet ist, das mittels eines zweiten, ebenfalls dün
neren Abschnitts (2c, 4c) des Arms auf gleicher Höhe mit der vorderen
Oberfläche der Linse ausgebildet ist, wobei sich die die ersten dünneren
Abschnitte umfassende Ebene (P1) hinter der die zweiten dünneren Ab
schnitte umfassenden Ebene (P2) befindet.
2. Implantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Arm (2,
4) zwischen den dünneren, ein flexibles Element bildenden Abschnitten
eine hintere Verdickung (2b, 4b) aufweist.
3. Implantat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn
zeichnet, daß jeder Arm (13, 14) in Form eines Bogens ausgebildet ist, des
sen untere Enden (13a, 13b, 14a, 14b) mit der optischen Linse (1) über
dünnere Bereiche verbunden sind, die längs einer zur Mittellängsachse des
Arms senkrechten Linie (19, 20) verlaufen.
4. Implantat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn
zeichnet, daß es ausgehend von der Linse (1) wenigstens zwei radiale, star
re Verlängerungen (10, 12) aufweist, die zwischen die haptischen Arme mit
einer im Vergleich zu den Armen kleineren radialen Länge eingesetzt sind,
um Anschläge für das Implantat gegen die Ränder der Öffnung des Kapsel
sacks zu bilden.
5. Implantat nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Verlän
gerungsanschläge außerhalb der Winkelhalbierenden der zwei aufeinander
folgende, radiale Arme trennenden Winkel angeordnet sind.
6. Implantat nach Anspruch 3 und Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jede radiale Verlängerung den gemeinsamen Bereich (15, 16, 17, 18)
zur Verbindung von zwei benachbarten unteren Enden der beiden bogen
förmigen Arme mit der Linse bildet.
7. hnplantat nach Anspruch 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es drei
bogenförmige Arme (21, 22, 23) aufweist, die regelmäßig um die Linse (1)
angeordnet sind.
8. Implantat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn
zeichnet, daß die Berührungswinkellänge zwischen der Gesamtheit der Ab
schlusselemente und dem Äquatorialabschnitt des Kapselsacks wenigstens
gleich 120° ist.
9. Akkommodierbares Implantat mit Zusatzkomponenten mit einem Im
plantat (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es ein vom Implantat getrenntes, elastisch verformbares Element (120,
130) mit wenigstens einem Umfangsabschnitt in Form einer radial ver
formbaren Rinne aufweist, dessen Durchmesser am Boden der Rinne im
Ruhezustand höchstens gleich dem auf der Außenfläche jedes Abschluss
elements (110) im Ruhezustand des Implantats gemessenen Außendurch
messer des Implantats ist.
10. Gegenstand nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der außer
halb der Rinne in ihrem Ruhezustand gemessene Äquatorialdurchmesser
des getrennten Elements (120, 130) dem Aquatorialdurchmesser des Kap
selsacks des Patienten mit einem Alter zwischen 20 und 30 Jahren ent
spricht, für den der Gegenstand bestimmt ist.
11. Gegenstand nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oben
genannte Element (120) kalottenförmig ist mit einer hinteren Hülle (125),
dessen Rand in Form einer Rixme ausgebildet ist.
12. Gegenstand nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oben
genannte getrennte Element (130) auf einen rinnenförmigen Ring be
schränkt ist, dessen rückwärtige Berandung (133b) festoniert ist.
13. Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeich
net, daß der Abschnitt in Form einer Rinne eine Mehrzahl von Querschlit
zen (126, 136) aufweist.
14. Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeich
net, daß die vordere Berandung (122, 123) des Rinnenabschnitts einen
kleineren Radius hat als die radiale Abmessung der Verlängerungsanschlä
ge des Implantats.
15. Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeich
net, daß das getrennte Element (120, 130) wenigstens dem dem Abschluss
element benachbarten Ende jedes Arms des Implantats zugewandt eine
Verdickung (124, 134) aufweist, die einen hinteren Stützanschlag für den
entsprechenden Arm bildet.
16. Gegenstand nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeich
net, daß es ein drittes, durch einen Ring gebildetes, Teil (150, 160) auf
weist, dessen größter Durchmesser höchstens gleich dem inneren Durch
messer der Rinne ist vermehrt um die Dicke der Abschlusselemente der
Arme des Implantats, und zwar gemessen im Gleichgewichtszustand des
Gegenstands.
