Verfahren zur Herstellung einer glasfaservliesummantelten GipsbauplatteProcess for the production of a glass fiber fleece coated plasterboard
Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a method for producing a glass fiber fleece coated plasterboard, in which a mixture of plaster of paris, water and fibers made, this mixture formed into a plate and at least one of the A glass fiber fleece is fed to the main surfaces of the plate and the whole thing is then sent through forming rollers or belt conveyors.
In a method of the type mentioned at the beginning known from German Auslegeschrift 1 033 123, the glass fiber fleece is soaked with pure plaster of paris when it is fed to the plate and the mixture forming the plate is in an expanded, foamy state. This method is relatively difficult to carry out because two different types of plaster of paris of different thicknesses have to be firmly bonded to one another, wet on wet, which will hardly be possible with the desired uniformity. In addition, the pure plaster of paris will form residues on the metal of the forming rollers or belt conveyors, which lead to sticking.

In addition to the previously mentioned glass fiber fleece coated plasterboard are also known from DIN 18 180 plasterboard. Plasterboard is generally produced on conveyor belts in such a way that that an aqueous slurry of plaster of paris with certain additives is continuously formed between cardboard and hardened and the resulting product cut to the desired size. On the conveyor belts for them Plasterboard production runs after the bilateral upstands and overfoldings of the underboard filled with plaster of paris via a molding table, while the top cardboard entering via an upper molding roller closes the mold at the same time. Curing takes place on a binding tape and, after cutting to the desired length, drying is carried out in a roller conveyor dryer .
When using gypsum plasterboards as formwork panels according to the permanent formwork system, errors appear, as is set out in German Auslegeschrift No. 1,287,992 and German Offenlegungsschrift No. 1,434,513. On the one hand, the adhesion of the back cardboard to the concrete core is insufficient; In particular, however, there are adhesion damage to the visible side cardboard, which means that in the case of unfavorable construction site conditions, it is necessary to completely detach the cardboard surfaces before the plaster is applied. In addition, if the exposure to moisture lasts for a long time, fungal attack appears on the visible side cardboard, which must be removed.

The object of the invention is therefore to overcome the disadvantages of the known method of the type mentioned at the beginning and of the known to avoid plasterboard that can be used as formwork plasterboard. The invention accomplishes this by a method as initially described mentioned type, which is characterized in that the glass fiber fleece is in a plaster-free, dry when fed State and the mixture forming the plate is in a pasty, aqueous slurried state.
The method according to the invention can be used on those conveyor belts carry out, which are also used for plasterboard production. This means that the forming rollers or belt conveyors are dirty Avoided to the extent that only that plaster of paris can lead to contamination that passes through the glass fiber fleece. The gypsum building boards produced according to the method according to the invention can be used with particular advantage as formwork plaster boards. Since the defects of the known formwork plasterboards preferably occur on the visible side, can also find a plasterboard according to the invention use that on the visible side with glass fiber fleece, on the rear side, towards the concrete, but covered with cardboard.
In der Zeichnung zeigtA preferred embodiment is shown below with reference to the drawing of the invention described. In the drawing shows
