PROCEDIMENTO DI REALIZZAZIONE DI COLONNE E GOLE IN CARTONGESSO ED ELEMENTI OTTENUTI CON DETTO PROCEDIMENTO PROCESS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF COLUMNS AND GORGES IN PLASTERBOARD AND ELEMENTS OBTAINED WITH THIS PROCEDURE
DESCRIZIONE DELL’INVENZIONE DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
La presente invenzione si inquadra nel settore tecnico del cartongesso ed in particolare si riferisce ad un procedimento che permette di realizzare colonne da rivestimento e gole in cartongesso direttamente in cantiere, con conseguente riduzione dei costi di trasporto e di magazzinaggio delle diverse tipologie di prodotti. L'invenzione comprende anche gli elementi ottenuti con detto procedimento. Per migliorare il grado di finitura di pilastri in calcestruzzo ed occultare tubazioni e cavi, da tempo si utilizzano rivestimenti realizzati iniettando un impasto di gesso ed acqua in apposite casseforme. In tal modo si possono realizzare rivestimenti per colonne rotonde o sfaccettate, o gole di copertura da disporre in verticale o in orizzontale. Anche il processo di fabbricazione è costoso, poiché richiede tempo e complesse ed ingombranti attrezzature. Lo scopo del presente trovato è di permettere l'assemblaggio di colonne di rivestimento e di gole in cartongesso direttamente in cantiere, con conseguente riduzione dei costi di trasporto e di magazzinaggio delle varie tipologie di prodotti. Nel procedimento che si descrive si fresano opportunamente dei pannelli costituiti da uno strato di cartongesso e da uno strato di fibra. I pannelli piani, predisposti in fabbrica per le varie tipologie di rivestimenti, possono essere sovrapposti come le tradizionali lastre in cartongesso e quindi economicamente trasportati ed immagazzinati. Gli elementi di rivestimento o copertura possono essere facilmente e rapidamente assemblati in cantiere, piegando i pannelli in base alle fresature predisposte, preventivamente impregnate di collante. Delle apposite sagome mantengono in posizione calibrata gli elementi ripiegati, fino al completo essiccamento della colla. In tali figure con il riferimento 1 è indicato lo strato di gesso, con 2 la carta di rivestimento e con 3 lo strato di supporto e tenuta, costituito da materiale fibroso, o comunque di adeguata resistenza. Tali strati sono accoppiati stabilmente in sede costruttiva. Tali fresature attraversano lo strato di fibra 3 e di gesso 1, ma lasciano integro il foglio di carta 2. Esse permettono di ripiegare con precisione i pannelli, come mostrato in figura 2, dopo aver distribuito un adatto collante nelle scanalature stesse. Il pannello piegato viene mantenuto in posizione calibrata mediante le sagome 5, munite di incavi 6 atti ad alloggiare i bordi del pannello. A tiraggio avvenuto, le sagome verranno rimosse: si ottiene così una semi-colonna di rivestimento 7.
