Claims (5)

1. Reaktor zum kontinuierlichen Auflösen von kristallinem Zucker in einem Lösungsmittel, vorzugsweise Wasser, bestehend aus wenigstens einem Be­ hälter, der eine Zuführeinrichtung für den Zucker, eine Zuführleitung für Was­ ser, eine Abführleitung für den erzeugten Zuckersirup und eine Meß- und Re­ geleinrichtung zur Einstellung der Zuckerkonzentration im Zuckersirup auf­ weist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
  • 1. daß der Reaktor (1) als vertikal angeordnetes Strömungsrohr ausgebildet ist,
  • 2. in das am unteren Ende die Zuführleitung für Wasser (4) einmündet,
  • 3. das unmittelbar anschließend eine Zuführ- und Verteileinrichtung für Was­ ser (2) aufweist,
  • 4. das an seinem oberen Ende in die Abführleitung für Zuckersirup (5) aus­ mündet und
  • 5. in dessen untere Hälfte die Zuführeinrichtung für Zucker (3) eingreift.
