Die Öffnungen 4 sind abge schlossen und ihre Oberflächen sind in Richtung zur Innenseite der Fahrzeuge durch poröse Abdeckungen geschützt. Die Lautsprecher 6 sind koaxial in die entsprechenden Öffnungen 4 mittels herkömmlicher Befestigungsmittel eingesetzt. Die passiven Membranen 7 hingegen sind mit den Tragstrukturen 3 durch am Umfang des passiven Elementes 7 angeordnete Ein griffselemente 8, beispielsweise durch einen ringförmigen Rahmen 8, verbunden, der eine zentrale Masse 9 mittels elastischer dämpfender Elemente bzw. Zentrierzwischenelemente 10 trägt.
