Claims (5)

1. Kraftfahrzeug mit einer nach außen schwenkbaren heck­ seitig angeordneten Tür oder Klappe (Heckklappe) (2) mit den Merkmalen:

  • b) an der Heckklappe (2) ist mindestens ein mit einer elektronischen Steuereinrichtung (8) verbundener Abstandssensor (7) angeordnet, derart, daß die Steuereinrichtung (8) bei einem vorgegebenen gemes­ senen Abstandswert zwischen der sich öffnenden oder sich schließenden Heckklappe (2) und einem die Öffnungs- und/oder Schließbewegung der Heckklappe (2) möglicherweise beeinflussenden Hindernis (5) ein Signal erzeugt, welches ein Abschalten des An­ triebes (4) der Heckklappe (2) oder ein Entkuppeln des Antriebes (4) von einem zwischen Antrieb und Heckklappe (2) angeordneten mechanischen Übertra­ gungsglied bewirkt.
