Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a workpiece carrier heat resistant fiber composite ceramic material for Heat treatment of workpieces arranged on it, with in Use upward workpiece support areas that are spaced apart in a support plane, so that the workpiece carrier as a whole for liquid or gaseous Treatment media is open. So the workpiece carrier is penetrable for the treatment media to an all-round Loading of the workpieces with the treatment media enable.
Workpiece carriers for use in the heat treatment of Workpieces, for example annealing, hardening, soldering, CVD coating is known.
With the unpublished patent application No. 196 51 408.8 has already been proposed, a workpiece carrier to manufacture from fiber composite material, which consists of strip-shaped components with slit-shaped edges Recesses is formed, the strip-shaped Components over the slot-shaped recesses are interlocked.
Such a workpiece carrier is indeed for many Uses sufficient and beneficial; the manufacture of the strip-shaped components and the formation of the edge-open slots, however, is complex and proves to be as costly. The slit-shaped connection points also weaken the material and require one correspondingly massive construction, with which an increased Material consumption goes hand in hand. When handling the Workpiece carriers can get the plugged connections sometimes solve.
The invention has for its object a Workpiece carrier of the type described above to improve in that he at the same or less material use more stable and cheaper can be manufactured. It should also be safe be prevented that joined parts unintentionally solve.
This object is achieved in that the Workpiece carrier is monolithic in one piece or by being monolithic in one piece trained fiber composite ceramic elements and in Bores inserted into these elements and this cohesive rod, strip or tubular fiber composite ceramic support profiles is formed.
Because the workpiece carrier according to the first variant of the invention is monolithic, there is no risk of getting stuck Loosen connection points. In addition, if appropriate Production method to be described below Production costs can be reduced.
If above from a one piece monolithic Workpiece carrier is spoken, there is one among them to understand seamless construction, d. H. the body forms in finished condition a solid manageable unit. Already in the manufacturing process of the fiber composite ceramic Material becomes a near-net shape of the Workpiece carrier reached.
According to the second variant of the invention, there are several monolithically designed elements by bar, bar or tubular fiber composite ceramic support profiles held together in holes in the elements are plugged in. It has been shown that this a much more stable support structure for the Workpiece carrier can be realized without the Wall thicknesses need to be increased. It can be in Even smaller wall thicknesses compared to the plug-in technology fiber composite ceramic elements or the rods or Realize tubular support profiles. The Workpiece support areas can be from the support profiles or of the elements having the holes or of both be formed.
An example of a fiber composite ceramic material is CFC (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Carbon), where the fibers are made of Carbon and a so-called matrix precursor made of pitch or resin. The matrix precursor is used during the Manufacturing process in carbon or graphite converted. For oxidation resistance and as Wear protection can be made monolithic Elements can also be coated.
To produce a monolithic one-piece construction Workpiece carrier can advantageously a Wet winding technology can be applied, one with Binder soaked fiber bundle or also a strip-shaped fibrous web on a rotating core is wound up. This creates a hollow strand from which then longitudinal sections to form the monolithic Workpiece carrier can be separated. If at Using a strip-shaped fiber web Stripe width already the height of the to be manufactured Corresponds to the workpiece carrier, so this is already after the curing of the wound form obtained without a additional separation process is required.
Can be used to form the workpiece support areas preferably milled recesses are provided be. This opens up the possibility of the workpiece carrier in advantageously stacked on top of each other.
To prevent stacked materials from sliding sideways Preventing workpiece carriers are advantageous open cuts provided, whose Boundary surfaces as stops between the Serve workpiece carriers and hold them in position.
According to a further preferred embodiment of a monolithic workpiece carrier is in the form of a embossed flat material web one with binder impregnated fiber, formed by the embossing Elevations and depressions are shaped. The imprint will preferably carried out in a heated mold, where several flat material webs laminate one above the other are arranged so that the process of curing in the heated mold can be performed.
The embossing preferably results in elevations and recesses with a rounded shape formed in a regular pattern of what the Possibility opened using the workpiece carrier of spacers in a defined position one above the other to arrange.
A one-piece monolithic workpiece carrier is also understood to be one that is formed from a plurality of hollow strand elements with a polygonal cross-sectional shape that are produced using wet winding technology, which are pressed together in the wet state and then hardened to form the monolithic body ( FIG. 3).
Between the hollow strand elements pressed together or to summarize a group of Hollow strand elements can be impregnated Fiber mats are used that are wet are arranged between the hollow strand elements to their To improve connection to each other, or to form a Bundles are wrapped around the hollow elements. In each Case becomes a one-piece joint-free after curing monolithic workpiece carrier received.
If after the second variant of the invention several monolithic fiber composite ceramic elements through rod, strip or tubular fiber composite ceramic support profiles are joined together, so an embodiment proves to be advantageous in the sleeve elements extending perpendicular to the support plane are used in which cross holes for the support profiles are introduced.
The cross bores are preferably so to each other offset that the inserted in the cross holes Sections of the support profiles within the sleeve elements come to lie on top of each other. This opens the Possibility to extend the support profiles as far as possible Insert sleeve elements or even by another aligned cross hole on the other side again to let out, thereby the stability of the Workpiece carrier is increased considerably. If the Support profiles, as mentioned above, within the Sleeve elements come to lie on top of each other, this opens up furthermore the possibility of through the sleeve elements Connecting means, such as screws, bolts or the like, connect with each other.
The opposite longitudinal openings of the sleeve elements can be covered by cap-like closure elements be.
Solchenfalls bilden die nach oben gewandten Schmalseiten der Streifen die Werkstückauflagebereiche (Fig. 4).According to a further exemplary embodiment, the workpiece carriers can also comprise meandering, angled strip-shaped monolithic parts which are fixed to one another by means of rod-shaped support profiles, in particular screws, which extend through openings. In such a case, the narrow sides of the strips facing upward form the workpiece support areas ( FIG. 4).
Hollow strand segments designed in wet winding technology can also be connected to one another transversely to the longitudinal axis of their opening by the support profiles extending through bores ( FIG. 6).
After a particularly advantageous inventive idea, which relates to all embodiments of the invention can refer to the workpiece carrier Stack interfaces with which spacers such can cooperate that several workpiece carriers are stackable on top of each other. Are preferred these stack interfaces by in the stacking direction provided recesses, into which spacers can intervene.
These recesses can be embossed or, for example punched through openings in one piece be a monolithic workpiece carrier. If the Workpiece carrier an area-shaped elevations and It is a structure with deepening, it turns out as advantageous, the openings in the surveys and / or To provide recesses.
It can be particularly in one embodiment with in Pipe direction oriented sleeve elements as advantageous prove if the interface-forming recesses There are threaded openings.
Another variant of the invention of independent importance is seen in a workpiece carrier of the generic type, which is designed such that the workpiece support areas are formed by fiber strands wound onto a flat profile structure, the pitch of the winding defining the spacing of the lattice structure ( FIG. 7). The profile construction can be a construction of the type described above with monolithically designed elements and from support profiles inserted into bores in these elements and onto which the fiber strands are wound.
Fig. 1 shows a workpiece carrier 1 , which was separated from a hollow profile made in wet winding technology and obtained by targeted milling operations on the sides of the support surfaces 12 , 13 and stacking surfaces 16 , 17 . This makes it possible to accommodate cranked longitudinal parts 21 in a one-piece workpiece holder and to stack 11 workpiece holders one above the other. Noses 14 and 15 prevent the workpieces from sliding up to the sides on the contact surfaces 12 , 13 and thereby negatively influencing the heat treatment result. The workpiece carriers 1 can be stacked at an angle of 45 °. The stacking surfaces 16 and 17 ensure secure stackability, with stops 18 and 19 of the workpiece carrier lying above them, which are formed by free cuts, ensuring a defined position. The lugs 14 and 20 prevent slipping in the transverse direction.
For non-cranked longitudinal parts, it is possible to manufacture the circumferential monolithic frame (hollow profile) without the cutouts in the support surfaces 12 , 13 and to create openings by drilling out the side walls 22 and 23 through which at least two cross tubes are inserted as a support surface for the longitudinal parts (without Illustration). The surrounding frame keeps the workpieces in their position.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen monolithischen Werkstückträger 2 (Grundrost), hergestellt in Prepreg-Technik. Fig. 2 shows a monolithic workpiece carrier 2 (base grating), manufactured in prepreg technology. The tissues impregnated with matrix precursors are placed on a press mold with elevations 24 and depressions 25 and then pressed. After curing and conversion into fiber composite material, openings 26 are introduced into the elevations 24 used by a surface grinding process, and a flat surface is created for receiving workpieces.
Fig. 2a zeigt beispielhaft ein Verbindungs- bzw. Fig. 2a shows an example of a connecting and spacer 27 as the stacking aid according to the invention for the workpiece carrier 2 in Fig. 2. A pipe 28 from faserverbundkeramischem material acts as a spacer 27 between the upper and lower workpiece carrier. The six pins 29 each attached to the circumference of the pipe ends engage in the openings 26 and prevent the spacer 27 from slipping.
Fig. 3 shows a modified winding technique for preparing shows a monolithic honeycomb structure at a workpiece carrier 3. The individual honeycombs are wound on a corresponding core 30 , so that hollow profiles 31 are formed. Then the still wet, wound hollow profiles 31 are folded together, pressed and hardened. A monolithic base body 32 is formed , which can be cut to the final shape 3 after the cores have been removed. The upper or lower narrow side of the honeycomb segments 35 is used as a support surface for the workpieces.
Since the individual honeycombs are only connected via the matrix, the bending strength of the entire grate can be improved by inserting or winding impregnated fiber mats 34 between the individual hollow profiles 31 or around the entire structure. If the hollow profiles 31 are subsequently pressed, hardened and carbonized, there are also fiber orientations between the individual honeycombs in the composite.
By winding up fiber strands, only elongated hollow bodies 31 can be produced, since the fibers have to be wound up obliquely and crosswise. In order to produce a narrow grate, the structure made from stacked, elongated hollow bodies must be separated into segments 35 . In order to save separation, this winding technique can be modified by already impregnating a tape that has been woven to a grid width and then winding it onto a core. This band has a width which corresponds to the height of the workpiece carrier to be produced and can at the same time be used to reinforce the connection between the hollow profiles.
In Fig. 4 meandering angled strip-shaped parts 41 are staggered and assembled individually at the connecting surfaces 42 with screws 43 , one step-shaped part 41 being provided with bores 45 and the adjacent one with thread 46 . A continuous rod 47 is even more favorable, which passes through bores 48 in the strip-shaped parts 41 and can be fixed at the end with a screw connection. This increases the transverse rigidity and minimizes the assembly effort. At the same time, the elastic honeycomb structure can compensate for stresses due to different thermal expansion of the screw connection and the angled strip-shaped parts 41 .
Fig. 5 shows a workpiece carrier 5 , which was put together from fiber composite ceramic tube profiles 52 , 53 . Vertically standing sleeves 51 (here six pieces) are connected to CFC tubes 52 and 53 , which are inserted into bores 55 in the sleeves 51 , and form a frame. Thinner tubes 54 are inserted between the three transverse tubes 53 in the frame to form a grate. The joint connection that holds the frame together is located inside the vertical sleeve 51 and is shown separately in plan view 56 . The thin tubes 54 are inserted through holes 55 a in the cross tubes 53 and held together by the frame. The two longitudinal tubes 52 and the lower transverse tubes 53 of the frame are connected by a bolt 57 within the vertical sleeve 51 . The tubes 52 and 53 can also be pushed through the sleeve 51 on both sides in order to increase the torsional rigidity (without illustration). The thermal expansion at the connection points is almost the same, so that residual stresses during heating are not to be expected. In order to incorporate wear-resistant support points, the sleeves 51 can be closed at the open locations by means of corresponding locking elements 58 made of steel or fiber-composite ceramic material ( FIG. 5a). This simultaneously protects and seals the cavities of the tubular structure from the surrounding media.
The stack principle in Fig. 5a of the workpiece carrier according to the invention in Fig. 5 shows that the sleeves 51 can be provided on the top and bottom with a thread 51 a. This creates a defined interface for stacking several workpiece carriers. A tube 59 tapered at the ends can be inserted as a spacer 59 between the individual workpiece carriers. Support or closure elements 58 are fastened by a screw connection in the thread 51 a.
Fig. 6 illustrates a standing with similar vertical hollow profiles are 61 constructed workpiece carrier 6. The individual hollow profiles, which are in turn produced in Naßwickeltechnik, are held together by pipes 62 and are sufficiently fixed by the diagonally inserted pipe 63. The tubes 62 , 63 are inserted through mutually aligned openings 65 in the hollow profiles 61 and can be secured at their ends by inserted bolts (not shown). The contact surface of the workpieces 64 is generated by the narrow side of the vertical hollow profiles 61 . In a variant of this concept 66 , the hollow profiles are arranged offset. This eliminates the need for diagonal pipe bracing.
FIG. 7 shows a workpiece carrier 7 , a large-area lattice hollow profile 71 forming a uniform, flat surface. This hollow lattice profile 71 is produced using the winding technique, the pitch of the winding being so large that a gap to the adjacent fiber bundle 72 is created. The grating is supported by a tubular structure 71 to absorb the gravitational forces. The tubes 73 are fixed to an end cross bar 74 . The crossbar 74 is grooved at 75 to prevent slipping in the transverse direction and the tube 73 is slotted to clamp the web in between. The two outer tubes are additionally fastened with a bolt 76 or a screw and hold the grate together. In order to incorporate wear-free support points, corresponding elements made of steel or fiber composite ceramic material 77 can be attached at these points. These elements can also be set up as a defined interface for stacking several basic gratings.
