Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a workpiece carrier heat resistant fiber composite ceramic material for Heat treatment of workpieces arranged on it, with in Use upward facing workpiece support areas that are spaced from each other in a support plane, so that the workpiece carrier as a whole for liquid or gaseous Treatment media is open. So the workpiece carrier is penetrable for the treatment media to an all-round Loading of the workpieces with the treatment media enable.
Workpiece carriers for use in the heat treatment of Workpieces, for example annealing, hardening, soldering, CVD coating are known.
With the unpublished patent application No. 196 51 408.8 has already been proposed, a workpiece carrier to manufacture from fiber composite material, which consists of strip-shaped components with slit-shaped edges Recesses is formed, the strip-shaped Components over the slot-shaped recesses are interlocked.
Such a workpiece carrier is indeed for many Uses sufficient and beneficial; the manufacture of the strip-shaped components and the formation of the edge-open slots, however, is complex and proves to be as costly. The slit-shaped connection points also weaken the material and require one correspondingly massive construction, with which an increased Material consumption goes hand in hand. When handling the Workpiece carriers can get the plugged connections sometimes solve.
The invention has for its object a Workpiece carrier of the type described above to improve in that he at the same or less material use more stable and cheaper can be manufactured. It should also be safe prevented that joined parts unintentionally solve.
This object is achieved in that the Workpiece carrier is monolithic in one piece or by being monolithic from one piece trained fiber composite ceramic elements and in Bores inserted into these elements and this cohesive rod, strip or tubular fiber composite ceramic support profiles is formed.
Because the workpiece carrier according to the first variant of the invention is monolithic, there is no risk of getting stuck Loosen connection points. In addition, if appropriate Production method to be described below Production costs can be reduced.
If above from a one piece monolithic Workpiece carrier is spoken, there is one among them to understand seamless construction, d. H. the body forms in finished condition a solid manageable unit. Already in the manufacturing process of fiber composite ceramics Material becomes a near-net shape of the Workpiece carrier reached.
According to the second variant of the invention, there are several monolithically formed elements by rods, strips or tubular fiber composite ceramic support profiles held together in holes in the elements are plugged in. It has been shown that this a much more stable support structure for the Workpiece carrier can be realized without the Wall thicknesses need to be increased. It can be in Even smaller wall thicknesses compared to the plug-in technology fiber composite ceramic elements or the rods or Realize tubular support profiles. The Workpiece support areas can be from the support profiles or of the elements having the holes or of both be formed.
An example of a fiber composite ceramic material is CFC (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Carbon), where the fibers are made of Carbon and a so-called matrix precursor made of pitch or resin. The matrix precursor is used during the Manufacturing process in carbon or graphite converted. For oxidation resistance and as Wear protection can be made monolithic Elements can also be coated.
To produce a monolithic one-piece construction Workpiece carrier can advantageously a Wet winding technology can be applied, one with Binder soaked fiber bundle or also a strip-shaped fiber web on a rotating core is wound up. This creates a hollow strand from which then longitudinal sections to form the monolithic Workpiece carrier can be separated. If at Using a strip-shaped fiber web Stripe width already the height of the to be manufactured Corresponds to the workpiece carrier, so this is already after the curing of the wound form without getting a additional separation process is required.
Can be used to form the workpiece support areas preferably milled recesses are provided be. This opens up the possibility of the workpiece carrier in advantageously stacked on top of each other.
To prevent stacked materials from sliding sideways Preventing workpiece carriers are advantageous open cuts provided, whose Boundary surfaces as stops between the Serve workpiece carriers and hold them in position.
According to a further preferred embodiment of a monolithic workpiece carrier is in the form of a embossed flat material web one with binder impregnated fiber, formed by the embossing Elevations and depressions are shaped. The imprint will preferably carried out in a heated mold, where several flat material webs laminate one above the other are arranged so that the process of curing in the heated mold can be performed.
The embossing preferably results in elevations and recesses with a rounded shape formed in a regular pattern of what the Possibility opened using the workpiece carrier of spacers in a defined position one above the other to arrange.
As a one-piece monolithic workpiece carrier is also understood to be one of a plurality of hollow strand elements manufactured in wet winding technology is formed with a polygonal cross-sectional shape, which in wet state pressed together and then to Formation of the monolithic body are hardened (fig 3).
Between the hollow strand elements pressed together or to summarize a group of Hollow strand elements can be impregnated Fiber mats are used that are wet are arranged between the hollow strand elements to their To improve connection to each other, or to form a Bundles are wrapped around the hollow elements. In each Case becomes a one-piece joint-free after curing monolithic workpiece carrier received.
If after the second variant of the invention several monolithic fiber composite ceramic elements by rod, strip or tubular fiber composite ceramic support profiles are joined together, so an embodiment proves to be advantageous in the sleeve elements extending perpendicular to the support plane are used in which cross holes for the support profiles are introduced.
The cross bores are preferably so to each other offset that the inserted in the cross holes Sections of the support profiles within the sleeve elements come to lie on top of each other. This opens the Possibility to extend the support profiles as far as possible Insert sleeve elements or even by another aligned cross hole on the other side again to let out, thereby the stability of the Workpiece carrier is increased considerably. If the Support profiles, as mentioned above, within the Sleeve elements come to lie on top of each other, this opens up furthermore the possibility of through the sleeve elements Connecting means, such as screws, bolts or the like, connect with each other.
The opposite longitudinal openings of the sleeve elements can be covered by cap-like closure elements be.
Solchenfalls bilden die nach oben gewandten Schmalseiten der Streifen die Werkstückauflagebereiche (Figur 4).The workpiece carriers can be used for another Embodiment also angled meandering comprise strip-shaped monolithic parts which by means of rod-shaped through openings Support profiles, especially screws, fixed against each other are. In such a case they form upward-facing ones Narrow sides of the strips the workpiece support areas (Figure 4).
It can also be trained in wet winding technology Hollow strand segments transverse to the longitudinal axis of their opening the support profiles reaching through holes be connected to each other (Figure 6).
After a particularly advantageous inventive idea, which relates to all embodiments of the invention can refer to the workpiece carrier Stack interfaces with which spacers such can work together that multiple workpiece carriers are stackable on top of each other. Are preferred these stack interfaces by in the stacking direction provided recesses, into which spacers can intervene.
These recesses can be embossed or, for example punched through openings in one piece be a monolithic workpiece carrier. If the Workpiece carrier an area-shaped elevations and It is a structure with deepening, it turns out as advantageous, the openings in the surveys and / or To provide recesses.
It can be particularly in one embodiment with in Pipe direction oriented sleeve elements as advantageous prove if the interface-forming recesses There are threaded openings.
Another variant of the invention by independent Significance becomes in a generic workpiece carrier seen who is trained so that the Workpiece support areas from lattice to flat Profile construction formed wound fiber strands are, the pitch of the winding the distance of the Grid structure defined (Figure 7). In the Profile construction can be a construction of the type described above with monolithic training Elements and out in holes in these elements inserted support profiles on which the fiber strands are wound up, act.

In Figure 4 are meandering angled strip-shaped
Figur 5 zeigt einen Werkstückträger 5, der aus
faserverbundkeramischen Rohrprofilen 52, 53
5a). Dadurch werden gleichzeitig die Hohlräume des
Rohrgebildes von den umgebenden Medien geschützt und
abgedichtet.Figure 5 shows a
Auflage- bzw.
Verschlusselemente 58 werden durch eine Schraubverbindung
in dem Gewinde 51 a befestigt. The stacking principle in Figure 5a of the invention

Figur 6 stellt einen mit gleichartigen senkrecht stehenden
Hohlprofilen 61 aufgebauten Werkstückträger 6 dar. Die
einzelnen Hohlprofile, die wiederum in Nasswickeltechnik
hergestellt sind, werden durch Rohrprofile 62
zusammengehalten und sind durch das diagonal eingeschobene
Rohr 63 ausreichend fixiert.
stehenden Hohlprofile 61 erzeugt. Bei einer Variante dieses
Konzepts 66 werden die Hohlprofile versetzt angeordnet.
Dadurch kann auf eine diagonale Rohrverstrebung verzichtet
werden.Figure 6 represents one with similar vertical standing
Figure 7 shows a
