Oberflächengruppen enthaltenden fließfähigen Masse;
- b1) Einführen der Masse von Stufe a) in eine Form; oder
- b2) Aufbringen der Masse von Stufe a) auf ein Substrat
- c) Polymerisation und/oder Polykondensation der organischen Oberflächengruppen der anorganischen Feststoffteilchen unter Bildung eines gehärteten Formkörpers oder einer gehärteten Schicht.

A = n-wertiger Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 2 bis 30, insbesondere 2 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen, der eine oder mehrere Heteroatomgruppierungen aufweisen kann, die sich jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarten Kohlenstoffatomen befinden (Beispiele für derartige Heteroatomgruppierungen sind O, S, NH, NR (R = Kohlenwasserstoffrest), vorzugsweise O).
Transmission (550 nm): Spektroskopisch (einseitige Beschichtung der Substrate)
Reflexion (550 nm): Spektroskopisch (unbeschichtete Rückseite der Substrate geschwärzt)
Haftung (Schicht auf Substrat): Gitterschnitt und Klebebandtest gemäß DIN 53151 und DIN 58196.
Claims (16)
- a) Bereitstellung einer nanoskalige anorganische Feststoffteilchen mit
polymerisierbaren und/oder polykondensierbaren organischen
Oberflächengruppen enthaltenden fließfähigen Masse
- b1) Einbringen der Masse von Stufe a) in eine Form; oder
- b2) Aufbringen der Masse von Stufe a) auf ein Substrat; und
- c) Polymerisation und/oder Polykondensation der Oberflächengruppen der Feststoffteilchen unter Bildung eines gehärteten Formkörpers oder einer gehärteten Schicht.
