Abstract
Verfahren zum Rekonstruieren eines Bildes in einem medizinischen Bildgewinnungssystem, das eine Mehrzahl von Detektoren umfaßt, die geeignet sind, eine Mehrzahl von in einem Bereich von Projektionswinkeln auftretenden Strahlen zu detektieren, wobei die Strahlen transversale Strahlen und schräglaufende Strahlen umfassen, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfaßt: Detektieren einer Mehrzahl von Strahlen unter Verwendung der Detektoren; Erzeugen einer Sammlung von Daten, die repräsentativ für die detektierten Strahlen sind; Rebinning der Daten zum Erzeugen eines Stapels von zwei-dimensionalen Datensätzen, die einzelnen transversalen Scheibenbildern entsprechen, wobei die Scheibenbilder zusammengenommen ein dreidimensionales Bild ergeben, wobei für jeden Datensatz die in dem Datensatz enthaltenen Daten weniger als allen möglichen Projektionswinkeln für das zugehörige Scheibenbild entsprechen; Anwenden eines zweidimensionalen iterativen Rekonstruktionsalgorithmus auf jeden der Datensätze, um aus den Datensätzen scheibenweise ein dreidimensionales Bild zu rekonstruieren; und axiales Filtern der dem Rebinning unterworfenen Daten.
