Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an insulation board, before preferably for the insulation of building facades and / or cellar ceilings with elements for ver improvement of the adhesion of plaster and the like Chen are provided.
In the prior art for thermal insulation shelled and multi-layered outer walls different known methods. To when there is insufficient Thermal resistance the valid thermal protection To comply with regulations will be thermal insulation measures by gluing polystyrene hardboard or by sticking on and additionally doweling Mineral wool insulation made.
The sticking of insulation boards on outer wall surfaces takes place according to the so-called point-bead method or with a flat wall surface also after the tooth bed method or spray method by one if possible full surface support of the panels on the outside of the wall reach area.
In the known insulation boards it is disadvantageous that due to the low tensile strength of mineral wool insulation materials for secure fixation of the insulation materials on the outer wall between Insulation and wall must be done. The dowel is because of the high cost of dowels and the high Effort for inserting the dowels very costly and time consuming. Furthermore, the process of ver dowels associated with high noise pollution. Another disadvantage is that each dowel connection due to the high thermal conductivity of the metal dowels represents a thermal bridge.
The invention has for its object a Insulation board to provide a high tensile strength speed around the gluing of the insulation materials to allow the outer wall without dowelling and when laying them by mechanical connection thermal bridges avoided and the Workload as well as the noise pollution at the Assembly can be reduced.
According to the invention the problem is solved characterized in that on both sides of the insulation board a molded part is attached, the molded parts by means of fasteners penetrating the insulation board supply elements are interconnected.
An advantageous embodiment provides that the Moldings by at least one of the entire insulation fabric penetrating seam with each other and with the Insulation are connected. Usually penetrates the seam of the insulation board in a vertical direction tion compared to the molded parts. However, it is also possible that the seam runs diagonally to pull and To be able to optimally absorb shear forces.
All commercially available insulation materials can be used Fabrics such as polystyrene, foam rubber, glass wool or other mineral wool can be used.
A preferred embodiment of the ß insulation board provides that the insulation board consists of a mineral wool layer, which is both tig full or partial, z. B. in Form of strips and the like, with fabric ver see is.
It is also possible that the insulation layer on all sides of a fabric or any Molded parts are enclosed. To guarantee high dimensional stability can be invented insulation board according to the invention also spacing elements be attached.
It is also possible that on at least one Side of the insulation board the molded part non-level area che which has an additional positive connection between the insulation board and the neighboring plaster or Allow adhesive layer. Such one Positive locking can be achieved by the wavy design of the Molding, by attaching loops or Barbs or other design elements can be achieved. This will put in an adhesive layer a firm bond between the insulation board and the External wall reached.
The one arranged on the outside of the insulation board Fabric serves as a plaster base or for attachment other coating systems.
The insulation board according to the invention enables one on the nature of the insulation board surface independent full-surface fastening without that otherwise necessary anchoring an insulating Plaster base layer. This is also an assembly possible without a power connection got to.
Another advantage is that the insulation plate simply by cutting to the required Shape can be adjusted, for example in Area of windows and other breakthroughs important is. Through the cracked in the insulation board th connecting elements, preferably by forming a seam is an exact end cutting the insulation board possible without the sta stability of the insulation board is impaired.
In der zugehö rigen Zeichnung zeigen:The invention is based on an off management example explained in more detail. In the associated show the drawing:

Fig. 4 eine Dämmplatte mit Verbindung durch Kunststoffelemente. Fig. 4 is an insulation board with connection by plastic elements.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the insulation board according to the inven tion consists of a 2 to 20 cm thick mineral wool layer 1 and the two lateral fabric layers 2 , the inner fabric layer 2.1 having barbs 4 , which were generated by bending conditions of lattice parts, while the outer fabric layer 2.2 , which serves as a plaster base or fastening means for a further adhesive layer, is flat. The fabric layers 2 and the mineral wool layer 1 are connected by seams 3 . The barbs 4 ensure a secure attachment of the insulation board in the adhesive or mortar layer of the outer facade of the building to be insulated.
Fig. 2 shows a special embodiment of the insulation board, in which the seam 3 is at least partially inclined. The slope is chosen so that in the assembled state of the insulation board on the outer wall 5 of the thread 3 runs from an upper point on the inner fabric layer 2.1 to a lower point on the outer fabric layer 2.2 . As a result, the insulation board can also absorb larger loads, which can lead to tensile and shear forces within the insulation board as a result of layers attached to the outside of the cladding. The insulation board is fastened in a known manner to the outer wall 5 with an inner adhesive layer 6 . The inner adhesive layer 6 adheres to the outer wall 5 and penetrates into the inner fabric layer 2.1 , which is designed here in the form of a tissue claw. The outer fabric layer 2.2 , which is designed in the same way as the inner fabric layer 2.1 in the present example, are connected to one another by the seam 3 , the thread here being in the form of a double chain stitch. However, lockstitch seams are also possible. The thread of the seam 3 is guided obliquely from the inner fabric layer 2.1 to the outer fabric layer 2.2 , knotted there and returned to the inner fabric layer 2.1 and runs there until the next seam stitch. Of course, the seam can also be sewn from the other side. On the outer fabric layer 2.2 , the outer adhesive layer 7 forms a reinforcement layer, in which the reinforcement fabric 8 is inserted. On the outer adhesive layer 7 there is the final coating, which may be in the form of a plaster layer 9 or a ceramic layer and the like. In the example shown, the final coating in the upper region is formed by a plaster layer 9 , to which ceramic elements 12 are connected in the lower region. The ceramic elements 12 are usually grouted with grout 13 and have a seal 11 on the upper edge.
Fig. 3 illustrates the arrangement of the insulation panel on an outer wall 5. On the outer wall 5 , the inner adhesive layer 6 is attached, on which the insulation plate with the inner fabric layer 2.1 , on which the barbs 4 are located, is attached. The outer adhesive layer 7 is applied to the outer side of the insulation board, on which the outer fabric layer 2.2 is located. In addition, a reinforcement mesh 8 is attached to which the plaster 9 or any facade elements are then attached.
Another embodiment of the insulation board according to the Invention is shown in Fig. 4. In this embodiment, the connection of mine wool layer 1 and fabric layer 2 is not by a sewing connection, but by locking pins 10 . The locking pins 10 , which can be made of plastic or metal, are inserted from one side through the fabric layers 2 and the elastic mineral wool layer 1 . When inserted, they have the shape shown in the illustration below. As a result of the springing back of the mineral wool layer 1 , the tips of the securing pins 10 are bent into the shape shown in the upper illustration. These pins can also be arranged at an angle to improve the force absorption.
