Description
Method for attaching those provided with a plaster base Dämmatten The invention relates to a method for attaching mats with sound-absorbing Properties that a plaster base has.
Mats made up of a layer of soundproofing material and a Plaster base, z. B. tubular fabric or a carrier made of wooden sticks, are known. The completion of the plaster base for these mats takes place z. B. when using seaweed as a sound-absorbing material and tubular fabric as Plaster base support in such a way that a retaining wire along the outer boundary surface of the tubular fabric and of a lying on the inside of the tubular fabric Binding wire is held by several windings. The plaster base prepared in this way is stitched onto the sound-absorbing layer in which the sound-absorbing material is pressed and stitched together. The insulation mats are carried through at the construction site attached to the wire bandage guided hook. As with this type of mat, the retaining wire is on the outside of the plaster base, the hook head must be of this type adapting, also outside, d. H. in the outer boundary surface of the plaster base to be appropriate.
If the insulation mat attached to the wall is plastered, it forms between the plaster layer and the wall due to the conductive properties of the hooks, whose heads are in the layer of plaster, a rigid connection that makes the sound passes through plaster and wall. The wall consequently has only a low level of sound insulation on. The sound insulation is so low that, for example, half-stone apartment partitions Covered on one side with mats of the type mentioned and plastered on both sides, not the one comply with building regulations for sound insulation.
These deficiencies can be eliminated using the invention. in the For the purposes of the invention, the fastening is carried out which is provided with a plaster base support Insulating mats in such a way that the mat in which the retaining wire of the plaster base support on the inside, namely on the side facing the mat, and the binding wire runs on the outside of the plaster base, with through the plaster base driven hooks or similar fastening means on the wall od. Like. Fixed is, in such a way that the head of the fastener is below the outer perimeter the plaster application, expediently below the middle cross-sectional area of the Mat, ideally within the sound-absorbing layer, and that when it is tucked in the fastening means iii of the plaster base support resulting depressions with strips made of insulating material are covered by gluing, for example. The insulating material adheres on the plaster base and leaves an air space between itself and the hook head free, which is used to create a rigid connection between the plaster base to be applied plaster layer and the wall od. Like. To prevent. The insulating strip can be attached with a common adhesive.
It is advantageous to use a mat with one that protrudes on one side Edge of the plaster base. The mat sheet is expediently designed in such a way that that their laterally protruding plaster base to form a flat as possible Connection to the neighboring mat, seen in the cross section, tapers off.
The invention is to be illustrated by the following example. Seaweed is evenly distributed, pressed and quilted between two layers of paper, so that a uniform and generally wide carpet-like insulation layer arises. A tubular fabric is quilted onto this layer in the same operation, its holding wire on the side facing the insulation layer and its binding wire runs on the outside of the tubular fabric. Insulation layer and tubular fabric now form a coherent dam mat.
The tubular fabric protrudes about 5 cm on one of the two longitudinal edges the dam layer and can overlap an already paved membrane in such a way that that a jointless plaster base surface is formed.
After completion of the normal masonry shell of 12 cm thick, the dam mat is cut at wall height with a suitable device and cut the 5 cm laterally protruding edge of the plaster base on the first strip so that the mat can be pushed close to the edge at the beginning. The mat is now depending on the hardness of the wall joints with about 6 cm long Rabitz or Steel hook fastened so that the hook head is in or slightly below the tubular fabric finds its end position. When the second strip is put on, the one protruding on one side engages Edge of the plaster base overlay of this membrane over the already attached dam mat, so that both are firmly next to each other and form a seamless plaster base surface. The following webs are fastened in the same way until the whole '' Grand is without any gaps is covered. The fastening hooks are now marked with a 3 to q. cm wide Insulating strips, e.g. B. made of paper, pasted over. The strip adheres to the tubular fabric and inevitably leaves an air space between itself and the hook head, which is necessary for this serves to prevent a rigid connection between the plaster layer and the wall.
The wall is now plastered in the usual way. The wall has airborne sound insulation from 5 i db, d. H. the airborne sound insulation is even cheaper than normal Brick wall 25 cm thick. Further advantages are the low weight the smaller wall thickness, the gain in space, additional high thermal insulation and Material and cost savings.
The high sound insulation value results, as already indicated, from the fact that the plaster of the wall covered in the context of the invention does not have a rigid connection with the wall behind it. Both surfaces vibrate when excited by sound waves for themselves; direct vibration transmission is prevented.
