Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing provision of an insulating material made of rice husks.
Rice husks fall in size in rice-producing countries quantities and are increasingly becoming a disposal problem. Because of their chemical, biological and phy sical properties, in particular their natural low thermal conductivity and non-combustibility, are basically the rice husks for use in construction predestined area. From e.g. B. is DE-OS 43 22 907 a process for the production of plates and moldings with high thermal insulation and fire retardancy value from rice husks knows, in which the when peeling and peeling the Reiskör collected rice husks, stored temporarily, piled up in layers and then at a temperature of 20 to 120 ° C with 0.5 to 5 t to plates or moldings be pressed together. Basically arise from the Disclosure step only process parameters for the Her placement of a plate, d. H. for a rigid sheet Insulation material, whereby the parameters are also still insufficient are there z. B. the (weight) force indication "0.5 to 5 t" without Relative to an area no information about the actual relevant process parameters, d. H. the pressure that delivers.

The invention is based on the surprising finding that an optimal by the inventive method Isolation in a wide variety of areas becomes. The method according to the invention can be used in this way probably particularly flexible insulation mats as well as particularly stiff fe manufacture flat pressed plates. The latter have one of the like stiffness on that usual in the prior art Carrier plates can be dispensed with. The insulation mats can can be used as core and roof insulation. There is also the possibility of using them as insulation material in vehicle construction (Engine compartment insulation). The flat press plates can be as molded parts, e.g. B. used in the automotive industry zen, where their low flammability is particularly effective is coming. In addition, the insulation material is invented method according to the invention with a low procedural Renewable expenditure can be produced, since none in layers Fill and no horizontal alignment of the Rice husks is required.
Further features and advantages of the invention result based on the claims and the description below, in of the two embodiments are explained in detail.
The first embodiment relates to one according to a Embodiment of the present method according to the invention manufactured insulation mat. To make the insulation mat by means of wind sifting of very fine particles of loose, when debossing and peeling rice husks from rice grains, which are in collected in a warehouse and, if necessary, in a room have been accommodated, separated. Thereby a greater air pore content is achieved with the insulation mat. Since also the smallest components of bran and the like will be carried out, it is also ensured that Pests no longer the otherwise inedible and indigestible rice husks. Then the Rice husks with a fungicide in the form of borax with a Treated proportion of 5 wt .-%. This causes a fungal attack avoided, especially when using the insulation mat in Sloping ceilings, which are a warm and also represent a humid environment, not excluded can be. Borax also assigns one additional fire retardant effect. Because borax dissolved in water drying is necessary on the rice husk of the rice hulls that connect the rice hulls back on dries down to a normal water content. The humidity the rice husk depends on the relative humidity. Below is the binder that is based on building biology impeccable fabrics based, with a share of 10 wt .-% applied in a similar way to the borax. If one too Additional internal stability is sought after following one or more fabric inserts made of natural yarn or the like can be inserted. This can happen when using from Z. B. latex or products with similar properties to be required. Finally, the rice husks are at a pressure of 0.02 bar and a temperature of 100 ° C dried by means of a dryer. Can if necessary the resulting insulation mats are packed.
The second embodiment relates to a flat press plate. Deviating from the above procedure some of the rice husks are shredded and the rice sleeves arranged in three layers so that in the middle layer the uncrushed and in the outer La against the shredded (shredded) rice husks the. In the following, as described above, a binding agent tel applied. Then the bindem provided rice husks in a commercially available heating press with a high pressure (30 bar) at a tem temperature of 100 ° C compressed. The result is one layered flat press plate, which due to the Au crushed rice husks arranged on the outside Stability and relatively uniform surfaces.
Those in the previous description as well as features of the invention disclosed in the claims can be used individually or in any combination for the realization of the invention in its various NEN embodiments may be essential.
